I own a hero scooty (Up25 bk8297) and have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hero service centers in bareilly it's unfortunate to state that, i'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the service which is being provided hero service centers, especially ayub khan branch bareilly

I had the horrible experience of vehicle repairing, i have paid 2000/- for scooty repairing but after that it still have same problem that occurred before repairing.

I have opted for hero since it's a reputed vehicle brand. And now i regret for my decision. And it's sad and unfortunate to state that, neither will i myself consider taking a hero scooty in future, nor will recommend my friends/relatives for the same.

My scooty service since 2 year in this service center.in this 2 year schooty engine related service more than 4 time because the ear harm noise in engine and oil out complaints are not remove by your service engineer.in this period my time and money are waste but don't solved my problem. At this time my scooty mestro edge is in behror service center. This service is mindly or costly harmful. So plz solved my critical problem and complaints

After purchasing this vehicle i was facing issue of vehicle start problem and i was give my vehicle for repair for approx 7-8 times but the problem still now resolve so i request you please solve the my vehicle problem or exchange my vehicle with the new mastro vehicle...

My splendor+ bike which i bought from magalmurty hero agency, in my bike there was some engine problem but at service centre they give poor service 3times in 5 days and my bike engine is in worst condition.
Pls take my complaint seriously otherwise, i m going to register a case in consumer form and also in police station.
Because i m totally frustrated with your services. I m the student of btech we donot have time to waste in your service centre.

I purchased a hero new glamour i3s model motorcycle from rohan motors, bhubaneswar, odisha on 10.04.2017. After 8 months, the speedometer of the motorcycle did not work and the colour of the engine is deteriorating gradually. So i complained near one of the hero service center i. E paradeep motors, paradeep for change speedometer and engine of my motorcycle. Its almost 3 months gone. Still my problem has not been solved. Please review my complain and solve as soon as possible. Details of my motorcycle as follows;

This is ravikumar from tamilnadu my vehicle no. Tn 82 x 0659 i serviced at aadhi motors at palavakkam, chennai on 21.03.2018 its a free company service they rejected 3rd service and also accepted 4th service its ok after copleting the service evening i went to pick up the vehicle the bill amount 691/- ok in the bill service charges also give i argue with them they can not accepted i given full amount the service charges put 90+90=180 rupees...

This is to inform you that i am totally unsatisfied with the service of the staff of hero servive center located at my city bareilly, up. My maestro scooter up25 ba 4713 servicing was done on 13 march, 2018, but not done properly even after spending rs. 2710. Again i went there to make a complaint on 19 march, 2018 but staff was taken it lightly. My complaint was handled there by an unprofessional mechanic helper. Fed up by hero services.
Staff of service center always take complaints of customers lightly and waste time of the customer by giving bad services. My scooter was working even better before handing my complaint by the service center staff.

Hi im ajay agarwal from bhubaneswar odisha last year 1 buy a hiro i smart 125 i already free 5 service is done but last month i go to bharat motors for paid service here nobody has know how to service ismart im very disatisfied with ur service then dont know how to behave the customer how to give better service.
My privious bike also hiro honda super splender that bike i dont have any complain but ds my new bike totally west money i think bcoz nobody has given me the satisfied service and bharat motor i think is a very 3rd clas service in bbsr.
Plz let me know how i take better service from you other wise i will complain or file a consumer case in hiro motocorp.

I was buy new bike (Spenldor pro) in shivani motors pvt ltd at varachha surat-35006 date of purchase is 12/12/2014 and as we got the 5 year engine warranty but till i was lost my engine so i was visit the branch today and as we discuss about all and one of the shivani motors manager is told me your warranty is complete.
As per bill warranty is not complete the year and when i was buy the bike they are told me we are give you 5 year warranty and 12 services free and sales service officer is told me your 1st services here you complete and you will gate the five year warranty..
Please i want solution below case whether i will

I have cvz extreme, i have given this bike to chandan hero service centre, kankerbagh main road, patna, bihar for reparing on[protected], at that time they have opened the job card and told me to deposit advance of 4000 rupees i deposited the money then they told me that your bike will be completed in one week.
After one week the work is not done same condition is maintained by service centre every day, till date no work has been done in my bike, after about two month i am compiled write this to you, kindly look after my problem,

Hi i am a owner of hero splendor+ (I3s-self-drum-cast), i want to purchased this vehicle on[protected] after some day my vehicle drain the petrol through carburetor after servicing of my vehicle i has visited 5 to 6 time hero service enter after the servicing but the arc motors pvt ltd okhla delhi refused and gives different different excuses every time the service center is not able to rectify the problem, so it is a very serious matter if my bike caught fire i wll go for legal action against dealer / principal company, if the problem will not rectified on earliest.

We want to register a complaint against m/s: singla auto agencies a block noida sector 58
We ask for break shoes. But works manager named : sandeep bharadwaj he said we do not counter sale the spare parts. But instead her was arguing to bring the bike workshop.
Which was not justified to get a spare we need to bring the bike as well. I will post a video in youtube as well & also in facebook. That first you sell your product. And then you give a harrashment to consumer!

Www.hsclinsurance.com this website has gave me my all details about my bike and given a link to pay for insurance policy. And my debit card was deducted for 1787 rupees for renewatiom of policy. Then the statement showed as transaction failed. And the hero motocrop agents not responding to me. Pls contact them ask that it will be refunded or i'll put them in consumer court.

I would like to say that today i came to service centre for the service of my bike at patparganj, industrial area, new delhi.

Mechanic had checked my vehicle and said that in your engine is giving the problem. And i said okk no problem you do it whatever you want and he said okk...in the receipt he gives me a time to receive my vehicle at 11:45 am but now the time at 2:43 pm i haven't received my vehicle...

I asked to the mechanic (Rajesh) why you taking too much time i getting very late and then he said we haven't a big part of your vehicle and the storemanager said to me it will take 3 or 4 hours more...

Kindly please help me and take necessary action against him.

I bought the passion x pro bike on 14/11/2016, which was free of six services, from whom i have been able to supply the service i used to service the jadon motors, which was developed by the vikas autowheels aligarh. I refuse to service me free today, it is my holiday and i came back from that because my time was spent and by buying hero bike, i i have to face this problem too, i am also considering to do its companent consumer forum

Hi,

I am totally not satisfied with the hero service center (Hero motocorp, gandhi ashram rd, juna vadaj, ahmedabad, gujarat 380027).
As i put my bike for service & told some problems regarding with my bike. Like.
1) gare is not proper working.
2) over vibration problem
3) milage problem with the bike.

After the service completed i show that there is none of the issues are not resolved & also not wash my, bike without washing bike they completed bike service. After i know that, wasahing service is not working scine last 30 days.

When i complain to their manager, he gives diplomatic answers to my question. Answers as below:

1) gare is not proper working.
- there are always problems with the new bile & older one, it's happening. We can't do any this for you.
2) over vibration problem
- it's happening with every bike.
3) milage problem with the bike.
- not gives an explanation, but i verify the mileage it's not acceptable with as per company provided information.

My self sameer shaikh i was purchase my bike 2015 registration no mh04gw9570 hero karizma r.

1 from day one front fering side noise.
2 vehicle shaking
3 engine fail & repaired.

Since 2015 i was follow up to ranjeet motors thane not given me good service except mr dinesh.

Rnajeet motor gave me faulty vehicle i was not using.

Every time hero people come & checked cleared my issue again & again i was so much surprise hero is big brand & making this kind of vehicle.

100 time i am saying give me replacement vehicle.

Hero people saying no noise is there.

I am very disappointed from hero moto cop i want replacement vehicle.

Hi sharath here, on that day i used vehicle for only 25kms. I came back from office and parked my vehicle. Just entered my home but the vehicle got fire immediately without any reason. If i was delayed by 2 minutes then it is a question of my life.
It was serviced recently in authorized service station and well maintanined vehicle.
I think the company has not taken proper safety measures required.

Request you people please consider safety as the priority matter don't be so commercial.
I will escalate this to consumer court or social media.
