Dear sir, i got a massage on my number from hero-hr to send the resume to [protected]@gmail.com after that i send my resume on that mail and he reply me interview letter link but it is locked with password and he told me to send the interview charge of 350 rupees for password. After that i send the amount of interview after that he don't send me the password. Plz help me....

I have purchased hero maestro edge but till now i have not received my rc from asha automobiles patna & they are telling that u will receive in few days i have visit many times but they are not taking this thing serious there is no logic in that & they also cannot maintain a register in good way many pages are out of register in which they can not check whether they have received or not and without any confirmation they are asking for a week...

Yet i purchased super splendor from himmat jai motor jodhpur rajasthan and i submit down payment but they not provide any receipt of it and they take 1100 more rs for 2018 model but in insurance mentioned 2017 year.
I submit today rs 10300 downpayment for 2018 year model, kindly provide me deposite slip of it and provide 2018 manufacturing year on documents other wise file compliment in consumer court and in media...

I have reported oil leakage in engine to your service engineer in past 3 service and he suggested one by one spare parts on every service and collect 1500 to 2000 RS every time..
This is my fualt..i[censored] have not permanent solution for it then your fualt ..I am very dissatisfied from Hiro.
Whenever I told some issue we are facing in out bike they are totally ignore it and they are only interested in paybal service not interested...

Hello sir i m bharat rajani i have purchased hero i smart bike from jayshree motors porbandar date[protected] battery problem found 15 days so i call to dealeer but they not support to me then the better courier to dealers sometime same problem battery they returns old battery to me and i unsatisfied from company present time my bike battery not workimg so plz soul my problem...

Everytime i give my hero pleasure to service, they cost me a lot, and everytime the work is literally useless, i'm tired of this, they won't even respond if i say them, that i am going to complain about them, please take serious actions towards them.
Everytime i give them my vehicle to get serviced, i explain them in details what all should be done, but still, i'm very very very angry... I request you please, take serious actions against...

Sir, i have purchased mastero edge 6 months before and observing problem from first week, at first instance our dealer assured us that problem will be resolved after first service, after two month - it's internal battery go dead, we taken to service center for the first and second service and they got battery replaced but they did not resolved the sound of the scooty.

After few days we once again ask him to check the sound...

On 21 feb 2018 i gave my bike for regular servicing to rounak motors khidderpore kolkata 700023 (Wb). They are charged more amount of rs 5330/- on manual bill without any gst after argument with staff they are ready to give me online bill but including gst the amount also same. After this they are not accept card payment after argument with staff they are accept card payment for two percent extra charge. Now i am asking you why are more charge...

On the date 21 feb i hv done the service of my bike hero hf delux at your bangana distt una (Hp)... The nut of engine oil was not screwed property n the oil is leaking... My bike is slipped and i also had a injury... That all happens just bcz of carelessness o[censored]r workers... I is a huge matter if the person cause a major hurt who will be libal for that... N the wrost thing is that ur dealers n not talking so rudly... Is this our fault that...

I am complaint about my 2016 model. I bought that product almost 1 year before. They provided tube less tyre but wheel disc material is soft and thin so in case of driving condition it's outline get curve which result in lickage. Inaddition in wheel there is also leakage in middle portion just because of waste wheel material. So we have to add tube in that tyre. Moreover they design those wheel with too much less space which result in difficulty...

I mr. Swapan roy here by informing that i bought a "hero glamour" new model as on 29.10.2017 from raja hero (16f, b. T. Road, girja sodepur, kol-700115).

From the very next day the motorcycle creating noise. Imidiately i informed them (Raja hero). They checked and told there is no sound. On my first service i (26.12.2017) again told them that the noise didnt stoppd.

As on 10.02.2018 i faced...

My self jayaprakash from namakkal. I purchased hero pleasure scooty with rms hero show room at namakkal on 24/01/2018. I asked for gray colour scooty. But they offered me white colour scooty with their confirmation of change into gary colour with in a week time. But still (19/02/18) i couldn't get my choice. When ever i call that show room manager, he ll ask for further time with improper reply. I m very very disappointed...

I had given a complaint on 8/2/2018 but till date the issue remains unresolved my vehicllo no is ka 55 l 6420 my mobile numer is [protected] after the complaint was given three days they kept the vehicle and returned as it withoud doing anything inspite of repeated request they are not attending to it an it is their fault kindly look into this matter and do the needful...

From past 6 months i have ordered wind screen and indicators of hero glamour but none of them has came even nobody can tell me the expected date of coming. Today i have ordered it again and i am sure that after 6 month the condition will be the same as today.
Now the second thing is that last 2 services are done without washing because both times pump was not ok.
