I am facing oil leakage problem from kick. I am surprised because i am not used kick due to it is self start bike. I want it should be rectifie as soon as possible.

    Glamour is correct but there is some problem that there is no fuel locking system so that petrol is stolen. Almost 20 litter of petrol was stolen from my bike. I became frustration in this regard. So provide the device, i think locking should be at off state of switch. Think how will it be rectified? Actually company does not face this situation, so company does not worry about this. There is one idioms whose son is bit by snake, his or her mother cry. My request you to rectify this as much as possible. Lastly namaskar.

    i have purchased hero delux hf on jan 2017.
    when ever i go to a service center near me- Shivani hero, varachha road, surat the person who received my bike forced me to put booster or engine cleaner and all that. when i deny he said you have to buy other wise your bikes warranty will be anded.

      Ka05jc4420.. I gave for miner complent to replace lock set and speedo metter not working and magneto side oil leakage
      But the thing is before giving for complent repair my vehicle is fine now faring vibration is there and l/h rear cover broke and spare change is less but labor is high...

      Spares charges is less and labor is too high ..80 rs speed meter cable spear and to replace it 98 rz including all taxs..and l/h casing rear cover is broken ..

        We had purchased hero pleasure color mag registration no. Mp09uj7038
        Engine no jf16ejhjk06743 chasis no. Mbljfw027hgk03655 purchased from your dealer sukhmani automobiles [authorised dealer of hero motocorp ltd] bill no. 11237bk17s2048 dt 25.11.17.

        We had been approached by ur dealer for 1st service and we had taken the above vehicle for 1st service around 1 month ago.

        I am true indian mentality person and hence i never gone for honda product [activa] inspite of pressure from my family member. I wanted to buy only indian company product hence i did so. But this fact was hearted when during 1st service your dealer engineer called me and told me that rs. 2, 500 need to be paid for some repairs in the vehicle. I refused for that repair. I told your dealer engineer that the vehicle has run only for less then 100 km after purchase and i am not prepared for that repairs i will make a complaint to the company for this. Then they forced me that ok we will keep the vehicle for 1 day and get the vehicle checked by company's engineer and then deliver the vehicle next day.

        But then i took the vehicle in my custody and kept at home and now making the complaint through this email and request you to kindly ensure smooth running of the vehicle in warrantty period. Since this incident i was using the vehicle after service but now the self of the vehicle has stopped working and i doubt if they have removed my original battery and put old battery in my vehicle. And now the vehicle we are using is without self [we are using kick to start the vehicle] another point to this is that the vehicle has run only 171 kms. Till now after purchase and list of complaints have started.

        Now i have lost total confidence in your above dealer hence please arrange to
        Replace this vehicle with new one because the vehicle has run oly for 171 kms so far.

        Early action is highly appreciated

          I A SATYANARAYANA gave my bike for servicing in sri varalakshmi mators pvt ltd, vizianagaram, AP, bearing bike no : AP35AH3776 and took delivery of my bike and within 3days after servicing i got to know that there is a problem in engine and asked the service section and raised a complaint and gave the bike on15/2/18 bearing job card no : 77, from then i keep on calling the showroom guys once in 3 days and my bike is not repaired yet when i asked regarding thay are not responding not giving the delivery of my bike and behaving very rudely and this is worst service i have ever seen from now i won't recommed hero to any of my family n my friends and to known persons. Hero is the worst service company throught the India and ranks 1st in worst service providing and today also i went showroom in person and they are saying to come a week later, i don't understand what u guys thinking howmany days we should keep my bike with i don't bought it to keep it with you i unnecessarily choosed hero now i got to know how worst decision i took by choosing hero i[censored] guys won't respond i will take the matter to consumer court

          On 13 July 2017 I gave my bike for regular servicing to Rounak motors Khidderpore Kolkata 700023 (WB) they are give me manual bill approximate RS 3200/- without any GST. If you want online bill they told that network is slow but amount is same as GST I lost the bill
          मेरे पास हीरो की सुपर स्प्लेंडर बाइक है है जो हमने मार्च 2017 में ली थी इस बाइक की बेटरी सही काम नहीं कर रही है मैंने तीन बार शोरूम से बेटरी बदलवा भी ली है लेकिन मुझे बार बार वही बेटरी दे दी जाती है और वो दस पंद्रह दिन सही चलती है फिर ख़राब हो जाती है मै तो काफी परेशान हो चुका हूँ आपके पास इस समस्या समाधान हो तो जरूर बताये नहीं तो कंपनी इस बाइक को वापस ले और मेरे रूपए वापस करे

            With due regards and respect i anand singh owner of bike up 64 7557 cbz xtreme sport wants to inform higher hero authorities that the service which is provided by sun hero is the worst service i had ever experienced, the staff told me to pay the price of my claim amount which was rs. 30000, against my 0 dep insurance, the staff was rude and disrespectfully said to come next day again as they were late for deo.
            2. I have first party insurance and there was damage in cylenser where as my chechis was sent in repairing process and staff said that my silencer cannot be repared nor it can be changed what’s the use of first party insurance.
            3. It’s was my mistake to take hero bike, ill insure and suggest all that do not take hero bike

              Sir i have purchased e hero maestro edge scooty on september, from the day of purchasing it have a engine aur i think battrey low problem, it can't start by self, every time i need to kick it to start, i have complain about it to show room aur service department but they are doing nothing expect charging of battrey agian and again, now i m tired of kicking this scooty urf scoooter please as soon as possible, resolve my problem about this vehicle, other wise my trust about hero is going to low, im an unsatisfied customer of hero product 1st buyer customer.

                I have purchase a passon pro i3s bike from (Kk motors opp civil line baran rajsthan) on dated[protected].

                On dated[protected] i have left my bike for first free service and then after service i have receive my bike on dated[protected]

                After 3 days dated[protected] my bike not in start condition at 30 km distance a town (Atru) there are a hero service center then i contact to kk motors baran reply to me "left your bike atru service center" according to there reply i left my bike on dated[protected].

                Kk motor call to me on dated[protected] and said to me that your bike make and take it from kk motors baran just time i reach there and take my bike but after 60 km run my bike stop automatic and not start fully primary aid then i contact to kk motors again today dated[protected] then replied by owner of kk motors that left your bike next day (Monday) dated[protected]. I satisfied their reply but sir, i want to ask to you. Why are left my bike for service daily to daily (After running 60 km)

                      Achiever150 new model's rear brake system is unbalanced. It makes the bike sleeved and i have been fallen down twice and have injured. I also make complain about the low width of the rear wheel. I think it is a massive problem. Hero moto corp should have to pay attention on this issue. It causes two massive accidents to me and i have been badly injured and my bike has been damaged badly. So i honestly request to hero moto corp to take necessary action immediately to maintain their brand value especially the bike like achiever 150 new model.

                        I have bike having number br6as1284 purchased from your authorised dealer radha hari hero muzaffarpur in 2016 but they don’t have enough time to take call/positive response. Is it possible please arrange call regarding rc.

                        She told me if you have some time please talk to any person & i don’t have time to rake your queries/problems. So that please talk to concern person for resolved it on urgent basis.

                            I have purchased hero maestro edge but till now i have not received my rc from asha automobiles patna & they are telling that u will receive in few days i have visit many times but they are not taking this thing serious there is no logic in that & they also cannot maintain a register in good way many pages are out of register in which they can not check whether they have received or not and without any confirmation they are asking for a week every time. Very poor services. Register photo also attached..

                              Yet i purchased super splendor from himmat jai motor jodhpur rajasthan and i submit down payment but they not provide any receipt of it and they take 1100 more rs for 2018 model but in insurance mentioned 2017 year.
                              I submit today rs 10300 downpayment for 2018 year model, kindly provide me deposite slip of it and provide 2018 manufacturing year on documents other wise file compliment in consumer court and in media against hero company

                                I have reported oil leakage in engine to your service engineer in past 3 service and he suggested one by one spare parts on every service and collect 1500 to 2000 RS every time..
                                This is my fualt..i[censored] have not permanent solution for it then your fualt ..I am very dissatisfied from Hiro.
                                Whenever I told some issue we are facing in out bike they are totally ignore it and they are only interested in paybal service not interested in mandatory service.

                                    Everytime i give my hero pleasure to service, they cost me a lot, and everytime the work is literally useless, i'm tired of this, they won't even respond if i say them, that i am going to complain about them, please take serious actions towards them.
                                    Everytime i give them my vehicle to get serviced, i explain them in details what all should be done, but still, i'm very very very angry... I request you please, take serious actions against them,
                                    I am a middle class poor guy, i can't spend all the money on the vehicle, i'm really upset, please take serious actions against them.

                                      Sir, i have purchased mastero edge 6 months before and observing problem from first week, at first instance our dealer assured us that problem will be resolved after first service, after two month - it's internal battery go dead, we taken to service center for the first and second service and they got battery replaced but they did not resolved the sound of the scooty.

                                      After few days we once again ask him to check the sound problem, he attended and assured us now it's fine. But after two days it once again begin to heavily sound and now there is problem in rear tyre assembly. It hardly moving with jerks & giving heavy sound.

                                      We got sick of this scooty in the last 6 months.

                                      Please change our scooty at the earliest.

                                      We believe that a brand like hero will resolve my complain at the earliest.
