I purchased motor cycle in 2005 at bokaro steel city jharkhand. Shifted to howrah and like to get registration no. Changed. West bengal rto office needs bs compliance for new registration which is not mentioned in manual or anywhere else. Details of byke as follows.

Contacted bokaro dealer but they say when not mentioned in manual, only higher up can help. Pl. Provide me the compliance standard of the model.

      Hi,

      I purchased an splendor plus in oct 2017 from hero super agency, jabalpur.

      Within three months, i got to change power plugs thrice due to some oil leakage fault.

      Also, i gave it to service centers twice withing last three months. Once at napier town, opp city hospital and then to south civil lines. I, told them each time that it has some issue with oil leakage and power plug, but both the times they just washed it only.
      Seriously a nightmare, both product and services of hero.

      Shame on you.

      I request you, to register the complaint and resolve this issue of my bike such that i can say with proud that i have a good hero product.

        सर जी मैंने मैं सुनील कुमार फरकिया निवासी मनासा जिला नीमच मध्य प्रदेश मोबाइल नंबर[protected] मे न मनासा आप के डीलर मारू मोटर्स से .211. 2015 को Passion Pro गाड़ी खरीदी थी जिसकी मैंने रेगुलर 4 सर्विस कर आई है वह आउट ऑफ होने के कारण मैं पांचवी और छठी सर्विस नहीं करवा पाया जब मैं बाहर से आया तब मैंने देखा गाड़ी के गेर में आवाज आ रही है मैंने जब यहां शोरूम पर दिखाया तो उन्होंने बताया इसकाgear खत्म है मैंने जब उनसे वारंटी की बात की तो उन्हें बाकी सर्विस नहीं कर आने के कारण वारंटी खत्म बताइए आप मेरी समस्या का समाधान करें जबकि अभी मेरी गाड़ी केवल 15000 किलोमीटर ही चली है मैं हीरो कंपनी se असंतुष्ट हूं क्योंकि 15000 में अगर engine में काम आ जाए तो फिर वारंटी किस बात कि आप मेरी समस्या का तुरंत समाधान करें

          Dear sir, i have purchased a duet vx blazing red on 28/12/2017 in the name of subrata sahoo from sri laxmi motors, malakpet, hyderabad. Unfortunately the dealer in the temporary registration put a wrong color code. The blazing red has been mentioned as brd only, which the rto isn’t accepting. Upon contacting the dealer they, handed me over a forged set of tr paper with typing correction as blazing red in place of brd. That also went in futile attempts and rto found the paper as forged. I had already lost 2 working days by visiting the rto multiple times and your dealers door too. This definitely not create a great customer experience for which the whole company works for.

          Top of it, the dealer now suggesting to catch hold of a broker and payhim some money to attempt the wrong thing with the forged documents. Please adress the issue, your job certainly not ends after selling the vehicle.

            I was given my documentation twice but still i did't get number plat. It was really a bad service to the consumer and already this matter told to j k agency but they were not reply proper.

            Kindly allotment of number plate earlier.

              Hello sir
              There is a problem in my Hero Duet gear box since purchased date. I have complaint many times in my nearest Hero showroom SHIV SHAKTI HERO MADHUBANI (BIHAR) also purchased from here. But no any response taken from him. They told me that we have no parts for duet gear box... We have ordered when we will got that parts will ping you. On 30 December 2017 they informed me that we got the parts please come with bike. I have handed over the bike on 3 january 2018. They told me that leave the bike for one day I will ping you tomorrow. But till now[protected]they don't have handedover me the bike. Please help me. It's a request.

                I was purchase hero motors bike model splender plus on dtd 21.09.2017 from global agency, meerut road, ghaziabad.
                But now till date i am not received any rc from the agency.
                They told us to complaint in hero motors.

                How many times i have to complain every where? And also in hero motors?

                If some issues at your end to resolve this problem then pick your bike back and refund my amount. Its last complaint i[censored] solve this issue then ok, otherwise against of you i do case in consumer court.

                  My bike has start consuming enough fule and slow in low speed, its not giving proper mileage even i had been to service center2 time but problem still not solved after spend thousands of rs.. Its feel love ke i am riding yamaha bike.

                    We are facing a number of problems in our scooty (Maestro hero) like head light is being fused whenever m/s shaurya automobiles agency at jagat farm market sec-gama-i, gr. Noida changed head light.in addition, they disturbed our scooty after first paid service even his employee demanded extra money to repair as early as you want. May kindly look into the matter and take corrective action please on top priority, otherwise i will complain in consumer court.

                    We have visited Hero Agency at Jagat Farma a number of times but our scooty mastro has problems as it is like head light is being fused after service, etc. hence, scooty is not working properly. Services provided by the service centre is not satisfactory. may kindly take necessary action please.
                    We are purchase hero splender + on july 2017 head lamp fuse gone in just 5 months quality of the product so poor
                    I Purchse new bike on Date 01/011/2017. My Bike is first Service 600 Km.then After service problem Mention are Below. Upto bike runing 1000 KM.

                    1st Visit Bike chain Spoket sound.(solve)
                    2nd Visit Bike tunning Set.(solved)
                    3rd Visit Bike Starting Problem.(Solve)
                    & 4th Problem Is catch to Clutch stop Start.

                        I purchased hero duet in feb 2017 from aan automile agency kuwadwa road rajkot. From the 1st day vehicle is not running smoothly have some fraction in internal parts also no instant pickup. I complaint in agency on the same day but agency personals misguided me and said that the defect will automatically removed after. Running of vehicle about 3000kms.
                        As on date my duet have run more than 7900 kms but problem still exists.
                        Agency is not listening my problem despite repeated requests and not solving my problem. Moreover agency sold me old model of november 2017 while i purchased in feb 2017. So i request to arrange to remove defect in my duet hero two wheeler other wide i will be compelled to go to consumer court for delivering defective and old product to me.

I have bought hero motocorp (Formerly hero honda) passion pro drs ccr month & year is 4/2013 it is passion pro self start from radu and radu hero, beema nagar near court trichy, tamilnadu. But they give form 23 indimate to maker's class is passion pro kick cast how it is possible. I have indimate to them many times they have not responsible.
                          Another one,
                          My wife bought maestro deluxe bs iii from karur district in 6/2015. I am give vehicle paid service to radu and radu hero in trichy district in tamilnadu. Date[protected] but service is not satisfied because of side indicater is not working, i said to them engine is produce unnecessary sound but that problem is continues. Simply they change the engine oil and water service only. I have piad rupees 824. Service is not satisfied. We are buy also hero products only but these incidents are discrage in your products sales and your concern faith. So the effort action do to need full.

                            Hi i have bought a new splender pro may 2016 and when i goservice centre for 3rd service then i m facing my vehicle chain set make a noise. When i go some time later to service centre and service advisor told me chain set is not well change the chain set so i m asking a hero motors co. The vehicle chain set which time to perform and which kilometers to ride with this new chain set

                              I purchased your hero seplendor+ on dated 13/10/2017 but from very first day there is problem of handle. It falls downword to the left side when i ride the bike. I visited ram auto service center in rajpura 5 to 6 times in three months but they are not able to solve my problem. I am mentally harrased. I was likely to met with accident just due to your bike handle problem but save somehow. Your agency ram auto world, rajpura is not able to provide a satisfied solution. Kindly look into the matter and provide solution as soon as possible.

                                  Hello team, i brought hero maestro last year april - may from pashupati motor.in the month june - july i faced issue with that scooter, ignition and lights goes off. I call service station and took my scooter to them they always do some temporary fix and send it back this happened 4 time in past and now today same problem.

                                    From beginning from 1st service i am complaining about the bike average. At the time of purchasing i have been told that bike average will be 74 km. Per litre.
                                    But bike is giving average below 50 km. Per litre. I raised this issue with service centre, udaipur (Raj.) [royal motors] every time whenever i went for bike service.
                                    But everytime they assured me that we are setting the average and it will be ok now. But after 7 service of bike the problem is still there. Average is coming below 50 km. Per litre which is too low.
                                    And due to this problem i am suffering from extra expenses on monthly basis.
                                    Please look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis. Otherwise i have to go in consumer forum.

UP 65 BQ 2707 is submitted on Monday and claimed for the parts on last 29th Dec. 2017 and parts have come on 3rd Jan 2018 in Service centre. But for the service purpose I am running by Friday 5th Jan to till date 10th Jan. But still I didn't get solutions and finally the are telling in the evening after wasting my time from 11 Am to 4 Pm, just come on 12th Jan you will get your bike ready. So my question is that why the are not working on my bike when I am available in Service centre?. What they want to hide? Where is assurity of parts change?
                                      I spent 3 days in Service centre, what you values of customer time? And today when in the evening by 4 Pm they were going to Service of my bike, they were not getting parts, they started to search the parts while they have already assured on 5th Jan that my bike parts have come. So it's very clear that a I am not sure that Hero can give Good Service and assurity.
                                      So please help in this matter as soon as possible.
