Im chiranjit ghosh i have perches hero fi 3 years before from hero authorised seller (National automobiles), location chakdaha nadia (West bengal).
After perches this bike i have maintain all procedure to get blue-book,
But unfortunately they have lost my some paper to submit local vehicles office.
This is the resin still i don't get my blue-book, i have visited there many time for
My blue-book but every time they say they are trying. Past 3 year always i get same answer. Now i'm fed-up. Please help me to get my blue-book.

    Hi, i have purchased hero maestro edge in september 2017. From the day one am facing multiple issues with battery, petrol leakage, air lock, and starting issues. I have contacted service center for battery issue they have asked us to visit exide battery godown to replace the same, after that i have visited due to issue with petrol leakage from the vehicle then they have replaced pipe and charged 120/- for that but still it was not resolved again i have visited with the same issue again they changed the pipe and again they charged 120/- and it became repeated issue and it is not getting resolving it permanently, also due to petrol leakage am facing air lock issue and starting issue. Upon asking them for the permanent fix giving me lame excuses like some bike will reach us like this we cannot do anything for it.

    I want to ask hero moto corp that is this the way you people do the quality check of the vehicle before sending it for sale.

      Dear sir i'm from karnataka vijayapur bike no ka28ep5840 5 month old bike i was done my 2nd service on 27/09/17 km-3199 that time bike was shows problem in starter (When bikes in run automatic starter run and sound continue) and engine sounding different and getting hot early when i show it in service they made dirty service. Now i'm a also getting same problem today i'm giving 28/11/17 3rd service

          I am dileshwar from raigarh cg i am buying a new glamour bike from 6 month ago my bike is never fast starting in hot and bike have speed driving in not running regular bike is stoped in seep running. My bike have engine problem but here show room are never available solution and than bike have warrenty. So i kindly request give me solution for my bike engine problem.

            Hero company ne davaa kiya hai ki, i smart 110 sbse best aur smooth bike h aur 75 km ka mileage hai.. But company galat h.. 75km nhi use davva krna chahiye tha ki 1 leter me just half km chalegi.. Ingine me to esi voice aati h ki drive krne me b darr lagta h ki kahi ingine na fat jaye.. It's very bad bike...

              I bought hero passion pro i3s on 11.04.2017and i have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hero service centers in jaitpur, delhi 44. It's unfortunate to state that, i'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the service which is being provided by most of the hero service centers.

              Each time when i give my vehicle for service, they just used to wash the vehicle and give it back to methis is the service patliputra auto has provided me. After that the condition has worsen. Still my bike average is 40-42km/litr. And now i am facing lots of problems :
              1. The engine is sounding extra its just annoying.
              2. Within just two months the speedometer is not working.
              3. Self-starter is not working.
              Today when i was about to go for my work, the engine didn't start, in fact the display board was indicating nothing. I used kick to start the bike which was worrisome.
              As i have been a hero user for the last 10 years. This is the first time when i have lost my faith. Now i finally realised why honda is on top. As a dissatisfied customer, what to do now.. Whom to call...

                  I bought with full payment of the new two wheeler hero - passion pro, at hero bike authorized dealer, moon motors, thiruvarur, on date 09.10.2017.
                  I gave all the necessary documents for registration process to the company, it has been nearly 50 days left, even though they are delayed for my bike registration. Many times i contact them, but there is no response me.

                  Further more issues about the company, all the free services including first one, they collect rs. 390 for oil change, though the service is not good. They smuggled petrol during the bike services.
                  I quietly disappointed about their responsibility to myself.

                    I have given a order of spare parts like headlight, fearing, mad-guard etc. To asian motors goddeo naka, bhayander (East). I have given a order to him on dt.[protected] but still i didn't get my order, on dt.[protected] i called him for follow up but one person told next week mai ayega, i said okk no issue once again i called him on dt.[protected] what reply coming from hero moto still we didn't got the part it will take 12 to 13 days more this is the stupid response from hero moto company, i am the stupid i purchased those company bikes whose spares parts now getting in market easily, why u are making those bike please kindly contact bhayander (E) branch of asian motors and arrange the parts urgently and give the same my bike is standing from[protected] please sir i am requesting

                      This was very bad experience of dealing with, i purchased a bike from you guys on 20 november vide receipt number rj14d[protected], at the time of selling ajay was very polite and after selling service is very poor, at the time of selling he also told that he will be giving cash discount of 400 also 1 helmet free but he didn't followed that thing. Today on 23 nov'17 i went for number plate installation and the agent was very rude, don't have etiquettes how to talk with customer, customer service is very poor.

                        My newly purchased hero corp glamour is making unnecessary noices from the engine. This is making me feel unease about the vehicle and i went through a lot of hardships to purchase this vehicle. This sound is not good as far as i think. The motor corps told me it will go away on first service but still it didnt go away so i need my vehicle repaired or else i need my vehicle replaced on the earliest day possible... How can a reputed company like hero could be so irresponsible... So i need the things i mentioned done.

                          Dear mr. Hero motors,

                          Today i came to know that yes hero motors are real hero s on the earth i really appreciate the hero services in zirakpur punjab nr. To chandigarh special thanks to authorize service center by the name of m/s charisma hero workshop at zirakpur. This was my 1st and will be last very excellent experience of hero bikes and after this i will never suggest to purchase or prefer any motor bike of m/s hero motors. These heroes can generate scratch marks or dents in seconds and remove scratches or dents in fraction of seconds as well if sound is coming from the crank or some ood sound is coming from the engine then they require only 4~5 days to correct the same we appreciate the fastest services of the service center employees and upto the surprising even after keeping the bike for 4~5 days the same issue started very next day. I appreciate that even after keeping the bike for 4~5 days issues are reappearing this is the example of very good quality of workman ship demonstrated by the heroes of hero motors. Now once again i have submitted my bike to same service center on date[protected] but after receiving call from service center to collect the bike yesterday i was shocked to see the scratches and dents on the petrol tank of bike now service center heroes are calling me and threatening me that collect bike otherwise we will …………………..?.

                          I purchased this bike on[protected] since then the crank sound is coming and for the same issue I submitted the bike in SVC on 30 -Sep 2017 and got the bike back on 30- Sep- 2017 but very next day same sound started again and this was updated to service center Sales/Service GM Name not aware about. After this I went to service center once again on[protected] as once again crank sound started and service center people applied some packing along with crank due to this packing again the issue disappeared for 2 ~3 week time again the issue has started and I was suppose to submit bike back to service center now to day I collected my back but still this issue is same hence request you to replace my bike invoices are attached here with as a proof of bike sent to service center and the image of scratches are also attached.

                            I am secretariat assistant in govt of jharkhand, ranchi. I have purchased a glamour fi bike on 28/10/2016 from autobikes ranchi. Since then i have suffering mentally and physically form starting problem. I always complained regarding sellf starting problem whenever i went to autobikes service center. I am also a member of hero good life. I lodged complained each time of servicing. On 16/10/2017 with exide battery complanit ref no ejha00010883v433, i went to autobikes and he took off my battery from bike. Since when my bike is not working properly not displaying anything even after so many attempts i am able to start my bike. Autobikes is not giving my battery after resolving my complaint. I am suffering physically. I feel i did a blunder by purchasing a bike from autobiks ranchi and hero motocorp. This is completely a worst service.                               Mr. Gyas alam owner of m/s lucky motors, ghatsila authorised representative of m/s union motors, bistupur, jamshedpur not provided 3rd free service of my new bike glamaour as on 18/11/2017. He told me now no engineer free for provide the service but at the same time an another person approached for paid service and the owner intimidate accept the bike. I object for how to give you service when he comes at your service centre after me. The attitude so rude with me and i felt very bad that time.

                                  I purchased hero xtreme sports bike from dealer tarapur auto agency on 24th august 2017 but there was no throttle bolt in the bike they put another bike bolt temporarily and promise me to replace it by shortly but they fails to fulfill their promise and also 2 months and 20 days has passed but they didn't provide me r. C and and number plate of bike yet and today dated 20th november they said me two more month they will take to provide r. C and number plate.
                                  I am extremely irritated by your company's poor service i will neither purchase hero motocorp product nor suggest to anyone to purchased your product.

                                      Some abnormal sound observed since the purchase of vehicle. But the dealer assured me to it will resolve while serviceing., but still the the problem not resolved after 2 free service s.in fact the service provider did not work on that and only perform the general task of the serviceing.
                                      Vehicle - hero splendor i smart.
                                      Purchase date - 2.7.17.
