I have made a complain against mileage of new scooty but still not resolved after visit two times in service centre but not effect kindly rsolved it. The problem is fuel consumption,
I bought a scooty mastroedge, as per company commitment fuel consumption will takes place 64lpkm but its its consumption is 28lpkm so please resolved it asap. The service always telling me that it will not increase more than this it is very disappoint for me.

Bike riding not so good. and additional kit providing by u. but till today i dont get and same thing repoated at show but no reaction. my bike no_od 10d 6399.

    Taramaa auto showroom staff said, bike parts always available in every hero showroom or in market, if there any brokerage, accidental case, or normal requirements but 10th november 2017, my bike accident in sagrai more and i submitted my bike to ramshankar motors, shyam sunder, today showroom staffs said, no parts available, three days passed away, but my bike is not ready yet, what i do now? And i want complaint against every showroom that they never said false statements to any customer.

      I had bought hero duet, i am facing:
      1. Battery issue - for which i had to beg to the dealer
      2. Sudden stoppage of bike because of overflow/unknown reason
      3. Filter clogging issue: which persists. For a run of nearly 2000km my bike's filter becomes clogged and i get the same solution from the dealer"kindly change your filter".
      Totally unhappy.

        I have purcharge a scooty on dated 17 october 2017. It stops suddenly from walking. I have shown him 6 times hero service center. But to no avail. They start and give it right.           My newly purchased hero corp glamour is making unnecessary noices from the engine. This is making me feel unease about the vehicle and i went through a lot of hardships to purchase this vehicle.

            Dear gents

            I have purchased scooter, model pleasure last jan 2017 from pathanapuram dealer, kollam distt. Kerala. And i am facing prob. Fromthe day one it wont start by single crank and it takes long crank with two or three attempt to start. Repeatedly requested to solve but no use. Recently we have prob of ignition key switch and the dealer is refusing to provide under wty despite it is under warranty period and all the service carried in dealer ship.

            For your king information i have another scooter from bajaj from last five years and it never disappoint me.
            The quality and support will decide the fame of the company.

            I purchased splendor + from siddhi vinayak automobile Mirzapur Road Allahabad on, 18.10.2017.from first day when it's speed goes up from 50km/h, it starts giving shocks as happens in when petrol comes in reserve. Four services have been done and At every service I complained for it but could not be sort out. Kindly change my bike. Vandana

                      Given my passion pro i3s for first service in 528kms at mody motors - on[protected] secunderabad. Went to collect my bike noticed they have not filled any engine oil and did not replace the cap. When i noticed and informed they filled it. Today noticed the oil drained in complete as the bottom bolt is not fitted properly. Now i cannot start my bike.
                      Also registered compliant with number[protected]
                      Seeing this i believe they might have not even changed any spares listed in the invoice.

                        Sir, my name is vandana krishana, i purchased a maestro edge before 2 months from travancore motors, ottapunna, cherthala, alappuzha, kerala. After purchasing this vehicle i visited the same service centre for my vehicle problem. The same vehicle shows self start problem regularly. I visited the service centre but the technician not ready to check the vehicle. He was telling the battery is not charged fully. And i left my vehicle there for 1 day. The very next day they give my vehicle back after charging battery. My vehicle was runs daily minimum 40 km so there is no chance for battery charging problem. After 2 weeks the same problem repeat again. And i visit the service centre again and i told them there is problem in battery. Either battery is not charging nor its draining somewhere else through some short circuit. But the same technician ingnore my words. Again i left my scooter in service centre for 2 days. The vehicle i got after 2 days that time the scooter was self started well. But today again the same problem arise. After purchasing the vehicle i visited the service centre three four times. The bahaviour of the tecnician in the service centre is very lathargitic. He alwys ignoring the problem and he was not willing to do any work on my scooter. With out self start i cant start my scooter. But no benifit to go to service centre. They are not ready to do any jobs. Please help me what should i do. Please reply me. I hope best from hero motors

                          I am from visakhapatnam. I own a pleasure scooty. Every time i am giving for service at srinagar near vadlapudi bridge visakhapatnam show room for paid service at regular intervals. I am facing so many problems from service center i don't have any problem with my bike before service and it is in good condition after giving i have faced the problems they are not doing well and charging more amount. This time after check up i got a call for speedometer replacement and he didn't tell any thing about air filter and spark plug problem but after payment and handover of bike it was not in good condition i am unable to drive and the show room people telling that we are intimated for replacement and you told no these type of lies are telling. This is not a fair they are replacing parts and this will lead to loss of customer goodwill.

                            The petrol tank of hero duet does not get closed. I went to the service centre (Address: plot no.1, b. K. Towers, sector-2, huda techno enclave, survey no. 64, madhapur, hi tech city, hyderabad, telangana 500081)
                            And they gave a temporaray fix and again i am facing the same problem.

                            Yesterday i went for 20km during night and on the way the fuel got over, so i stopped to fill the petrol and they after that the petrol tank was closing only.

                            This problem is not a one time problem, i face it twice. How can hero give such bad quality parts of the vehicle and now the service is just so worst.

                            Who is responsible in case vehicle catch fire because of the open tank when i was driving back with that beep-beep sound.

                            Who will provide the solution. Service center does not the address that problem correctly and just give the temporary fixes.

                            The key holder of this vehicle is a nightmare, its tank does not close.. Whole vehicle is rubbish.

                            Give a solution as irresponsible of hero made my life in risk.

                              I have a serious complaint about your enjakkal showroom pallimukku kadakkavur, trivandrum, kerala...

                              1, i had a problem with kicker of my maestro edge which i purchased 1.5 years before, so i went to the showroom on[protected] at evening they told me the changed the gear oil and rectified the problem with kicker, and then i paid bill amount rs 375. I was not satisfied with your service. And they told me that the battery got shorted, so since it's under warranty, i contacted exide showroom they told me that they will replace my battery within one week, currently i'm starting my scooter on kicker. And was not using my scooter for 3 days, when i checked today i found that the gear oil is leaking, and one bolt in the gear oil chamber is missing. I found that it because of the improper service of your showroom staffs. Kindly take immediate action to rectify the problems with my maestro.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have purchased i-smart from lakshya hero - swargate on 19 july 2016 invoice no:[protected]invoice[protected] dated: 13/7/2016.
                                Since the time of purchase i have faced tremendous issues - with the bike.
                                1) there was a leakage in the front mack wheel which was replaced.
                                2) chain sounds occurs at the time when clutch was press at a speed of 60 for changing gear for which i had visited the service center the technicians worked on it but not resolved.
                                3) average problem for which again i visited the service center average settings was done which was 70 kms for 1 liter of petrol after a week the average was 44 kms for which again i visited the service center on 19 sep 2016 advised me for replacement of carburetor which was done at lakshya hero service center, but again i faced the same issue for mileage. Then tl of hero bike mr. Vijay dangat was called and my bike was taken by him for resolving the issues to pratima service center - waked.
                                After 5 days i myself collected the bike from pratima service center waked it was informed that the settings has been done which resulted to 9.7 kms for 100ml of petrol and was said to ride the bike in economy mode that's in green on the speed meter that’s a speed between 30-50 kms. Also i was said that the average will drop if the speed crosses beyond 55 to 60 on the meter and will also drop at city areas where it is crowded.
                                So where exactly should i drive the bike in pune as per the bike and company convenience for better average.
                                After all the alteration setting done i again faced the same problem then mr. Vijay the tl of hero moto-corp did the settings on taco meter and suggested me that now the performance will be good but was the same.
                                After all the negative result and dis-satisfactory result from date of purchase with the new bike i still forcefully used the bike. Recently as i was told the tapping setting was done now there is some un normal sound occurring from the engine entire post mortem of the bike is done, and when i’ am mailing the company from last week for replacement or refund on : [protected]@heromotocorp.com, amol. [protected]@heromotocorp.com, suhas. [protected]@heromotocorp.com
                                Prashant. [protected]@heromotocorp.com, [protected]@gmail.com, i received a telecom feed back –to leave by bike at service center they will check, but what was the service center doing with my brand new bike for the last months from the date of purchase fiddling/ training their technicians. I’ am mental harassment and my time and money has been wasted on this worst bike ever lounged.
                                After several telecom calls to the authorized sales & service the feedback that i received was to sell the back and purchase a new bike that in - fact sates that this bike is indeed a defective bike and indicated that even the service center are aware of this bike failure.
                                Finally i visited the service center and again repeated the entire case history and an appointment for 22/4/2017 at 5.30pm was fixed.

                                I have up dated the immages for the same on social network (Facebook) so that public should know about the bike manufactured by hero is a defective bike in market.
                                At present the shock observer oil seal have leaked - i-smart technology does not work and still issues with average - worst performance bike

                                worst performance bike, defective bike since 1st week of purchase even after several repairs at authorized service center still no performance in the bike metal spares like oil seal of shock observers get defective, average issues which variate, i-smart technology not functional pathetic service, ONLY NAMEIS HERO BUT BIKE PERFORMANCE IS 0 .KINDLY SEE THE CONDITION OF THE NEW BIKE

                                1)As per the telecom discussion let me be very clear after several repairs and replacement of spares what is the warranty of the spares ?.
                                2) As per the chain mail as you all have read I have always mentioned that there is an variation in the average which drops to 49-50 kmpl which is not acceptable and proves poor performance of the bike or a manufacturing defect .
                                3) If there is an immediate problem with the flood pin of the carburetor just at the time of test ride then how do u guaranty upon the service provided and the quality of spares .
                                4) Now you state that even in future if there is any issue you will again repair the bike since it is in warranty which states that the life of your bike is 5 years after that let the customer suffer .
                                5) Now what if repeat complaint occurs once again the same old story repairs & repairs & repairs why don’t you engineers agree that the bike has a manufacturing defect or its faulty 1 among the 100 manufacturing bike which has repeated complaints .And spares like shock observer oil seal, I-smart switch, carburetor, front Mack wheel, back wheel chain setting 8mm nuts gets loosen, average variation etc. within a year for a new purchase brand like Hero is not acceptable .AND ABOVE ALL SERVICE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITES IS VERY PATHETIC.
                                This was my last mail dated 15/12/2017
                                Recently yesterday dated 18/12/2017 received a call from Delhi Hero Moto corp reply was that the Service Manager will call hope so he is busy in other escalation since Hero bikes are defective and there are lots of pending complaint in West Zone of Maharashtra

                                  I was buy the bike in chennai, tambarram location on 09/10/15. Initial amount paid 20730 rs. My bike module as 2015 ignitor on road price in tambarram - radha automobiles rate as 73, 490 rs. Remaining amount i was taken as loan thru herofin corp.
                                  I was check with your hero dealer-radha automobiles, tambarram - 600045. I was totally frustration and fedup about your dealer done to me.
                                  Total estimated amount=73, 490 rs
                                  Initial paid=20730rs
                                  Balance =52, 760 rs
                                  Your hero dealer amt financed me as =58, 230rs
                                  Where is remaining amount=5470rs
                                  They must be finances as 52, 760 rs. I am right they not given any finance estimation and application or loan number. They didn't given any explanation about the finance processing charges.
                                  I need justification. I was attached the proof copy of bill. Please verified and advise

                                    I am from udaipur. I have splender plus bike. I give my bike for servicing at manama moters. I leave my bike at 10 a. M. He give me 5 p. M time to take back. I am on my time. But the servicing is not done by him.in front of me he servised my bike. But when i go for payment he inquded extra charges. Means - n2 gas, battery charging and all this.
                                    Servicing done in front of me.. But this serviced not done by him.
                                    I am giving him 1 star. He have not value of time.

                                    I am from Visakhapatnam. I own a pleasure scooty. Every time i am giving for service at Srinagar Near vadlapudi bridge Visakhapatnam show room for paid service at regular intervals . I am facing so many problems from service center i don't have any problem with my bike before service and it is in good condition after giving i have faced the problems they are not doing well and charging more amount. This time after check up i got a call for speedometer replacement and he didn't tell any thing about air filter and spark plug problem but after payment and handover of bike it was not in good condition i am unable to drive and the show room people telling that we are intimated for replacement and you told no these type of lies are telling. this is not a fair they are replacing parts and this will lead to loss of customer goodwill.

                                      From the time i have purchased hero duet each and everytime there is some or the other issues with the petrol tank lock. Instead of more than 10 repairs in different different workshops i am still facing the issues. Please look into the matter and tell me how can it be resolved. I am not able to fill in petrol cause tank never gets open by the keys provided to me. Request everyone not to purchase hero duet as if you buy it once, you'll be # off and even the authorised service center's employee says - "we don't get spare parts from the company so how can we resolve your problem."

                                      Please call me if you have any solution to it.
