Venkateshwara motors in rtc x roads, hyderabad, 500020, telangana, india.
I regularly service my vehicle in service center only.
The service is not at all good in this service center.
My vehicle has problem with oil leakage in engine part and also i am getting very low mileage. Several times i given complaint and also shown my vehicle problem to them, but every time when i visit there will be no response from them and staff in that place also good with the customers. They don't even check the vehicle also when i explain the problem.

Please take an action with that service center. Because many customers like me are facing the issues.

      1. I purchase hero passion pro on aug 2015 from nagpur aditya hero.. I do the all servicing in authorised service center. When i purchase the bike then we get milage is only taken 45 km/ltr. I complaint on every servicing that my bike milage is not more then 45 km but service center technician said that every time i will set your bike milage you go an drive bike.
      2. My bike is only 2 years old but there all part required replacement because hero use the very low quality material.in 2 years chain sprocket is is end, timing chain is required replacement rear tyre toatally cut - cut by corner gitti.
      Please improve your quality otherwise your hero compny is very local and bad compny is declare in future.

        Hello sir.
        My name is anil vishnoi and i had bought a hero i-smart110 on 21/12/2016 and my bike had not completed a year too and i had repaired my bike 9 times. The engine had choaked totally.
        My bike is in warrantee period and i also call my dealer "eshrwaal automobiles" in lohawat, jodhpur. No response is given to me from there and i had also complained to the main dealer of jodhpur "mahendra motors" but they said that we are not responsible for this and they misbehaved with me...

        Therefore i request you to make some serious actions on mahendra motors, jodhpur and please replace my bike.
        I had also complained in the consumer court and my complaint no. Is =432850... Vehicle no rj19be4319. Contacts no [protected]

          Today submited bike in hero service center for 1st service
          I have a problem of front left side single indicator is not working & other lighting is good so service man recevied 100rs from me & said we changed the you have to 100 otherwise your 100 rs returned to you
          & estimeted amount was 450 he said
          Is this free service or paid service
          I just rided 530 kms is it complasary to change ingine oil

            Hello sir iam owning an hero glamour bike, i have bought it feb 2017, ever since i bought it white smoke is comming from silencer, when i give it for servicing they are saying that dont worry smoke will get reduced after few more services but now my bike has stopped in the middle of the driving.
            Ever since i know iam using only hero bikes as it is reputated company but i regret it now.
            Please rectify my problem as soon as possible

              registration problem, rc book and number not yet received

              Dear sir, ma'am

              I bought my new scooty maestro edge on 13 oct 2016. From guddy motors anandapur, keonjhar, odisha-758021. They have not given my registration details or scooty number till to date. I hv been facing so many troubles to ride my bike inside the city. I hv gone the showroom again and again they not responding. All the payment has been done by cash.

              Also i have made a complain to hero customer care...

              Dear sir, ma'am

              I bought my new scooty maestro edge on 14 september 2017. From day 1 i have been facing troubles. The self starter of the scooty is not working i tried putting the choke but still no use. I have to kick to start the scooty and that too not once or twice after kicking 5-6 times will it only start. This is the condition from day 1. Especially after rain it doesn't work which means we can't take our scooty on a rainy day..

              Is this a special feature of maestro edge like "only ride on a sunny day"??? Even though we complained about the same already on the first day itself the respected authorities just changed the battery which doesn't make any change to the worst condition. Is this the kind of service which we have to expect from a reputed company like hero motors. Its just been 3 days we have bought the scooty and now itself it's like this.

              I request the respected authorities to either solve the problem. Replace the defected one with a new one or we will have to move legally.

                Sir i have a hero splender pro, dl 11 sj 50 63 which i purchase on 15th august 2015. And now i am facing a huge problem in his enginee and i went to rithala service center from where i purchase it but they are not recognise my point. So i want to say plz get my bike ok, they give me 5 year warranty, i went to the service center but they not cosider my point

                Hi,

                We recently bought the Hero Duet. After first service engine seized. The reason they said oil leak. But when we gave for 1st service, we didn't see any issues. Its new vehicle and we bought 2 months before.

                  I have karizma r bike ka05jc4420 i have left it for serviceing in one of the asc. They charged 2.5k but my complaint is lik that only and who attended my bike he said need to rp tensioner he charged 315 n r/p lab 118 but after paying that much amout also no changes in engine noise.                       I handed over my Pleasure bearing no. RJ01 JS8268 for first free service on 16.09.17 at 1000 hours to Agrawal motor co. Ajmer. I was promised to hand over the vehicle at 1500 hours but when I came back to receive my vehicle I was surprised that my vehicle is still untouched. Further when I request to manager, I have not given any sincere reply even they told me "you have to wait up to two hour more. Further I want to tell you that at 0330 my vehicle washed but I want clarify that my vehicle was not washed properly. They just throw the water only. Now I am sitting in waiting room at 1546 hours and watching that no one is working for my vehicle, when I further request to manager they don't want to give me any answer. Sir I request you to blacklist the company. Now my vehicle has not been handed over to me, further outcome after receiving my vehicle I will try to update further response. Please take some immediate steps.

                        मेरी Achiever 150 MH30-BA1674 दो महिने पहले लई. 1st servicing होणे के12/14 दिन बाद engine के पॅकिंग मेसे oil leak होणे लगा. मैने गाडी showroom मे दि.9/9/2017 दिखाइ. तो उन्होने oil rubber cap बदल दि. आज फिर oil leak होणे लगा. गाडी कि running सिर्फ 2470 हि हे. इतने जलदि oil leak नही होना चाहिये. यह हमारे साथ धोका करना है. मेरा यह problem ठिक जलदि ठिक

                          I own a splendor i-smart 110cc (Pb-10-fx-9883) and have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hero service center (Kalsi motors) in ludhiana. It's unfortunate to state that, i'm thoroughly dissatisfied with service which is being provided by them.
                          When i purchased this bike from kalsi motors in september 2016, i didn't notice at that time its fuel gauge is not working properly but after few days i began to notice that fuel gauge is faulty and didn't show exact fuel status, since than i've visited kalsi motor to change fuel gauge 15 times literally 15 times and every time they said its not in stock, and there was guy named sonu (Operator) he said this problem has no solution and i have to use it as it is. When i tried to talk to manager mr. Gulshan he also said its not in stock and when is asked when it is available he said will be available in 15 - 20 days but its been 3 months since this incident and still its not in their stock. Its been a year that i've harassed by these people over one fuel gauge and i've spent 7 times more money on fuel over the price of one fuel gauge.
                          I am requesting you to please look into this matter and help me.

                                I drbibhas have purchase a hero hf dawn motorcycle on 04/01/2017 from sainath automobiles, kharagpur, west bengal (Cst no [protected], tax invoice no 10375). During my two consecutive free services from the same service centre they forced me take the teflon care treatment (350 rupees). According to the service manager if i wont take that treatment i wont be able to get the 5 yrs warranty free. I have talked with some of my friends and they also faced the same situation. This is a very thing whichis going on in that service centre. I request the company to look into this matter and take a tough step to stop this illegal function of sainath automotives, kharagpur

                                  To Whomsoever,

                                  I had purchased Hero Maestro Edge almost 4 months back, with just one servicing done and I have faced serious issues which I would like to highlight. I am from Mumbai, Maharashtra.
                                  1. The headlights, indicators and speedometer has stopped working with the engine also not functioning efficiently.
                                  2. The website does not have updated details of any service centers. The numbers given are not available/ the address are not complete/ the service centers have already been shut down but HERO is not aware
                                  3. We visited almost 3-4 service centers “Ishna Motors-Andheri” which has been shut down, Service center in Seepz as given on the website-where the service center does not even exist and “Scan Auto-Goregaon” which is under renovation and they do not accept two-wheelers and finally I have been told go to “nidhi motors in Goregaon” which numbers are not reachable.
                                  4. I contacted the toll free numbers, and even spoke to a senior (Apeksha/ Siksha) who really did not know English and had no sense of speaking. The call went on for almost an hour which most of it being waiting time (almost 30mins). Even after that she has absolutely NO info about the service centers. She just went on speaking the same thing which is on the website in spite of me informing her that the website details are incorrect and I have been running around service centers for almost a week now since the bike servicing has been due on 13th Sep. She finally said I cannot help you anymore please speak to the Area region office and gave me their number. She disconnected my call when though I was talking pretending that she could not hear me. Is this the kind of training given to the customer care agents? Is this the way they are supposed to help customers, such arrogant behavior?
                                  5. I finally called area region office, Mumbai and spoke to a board person ‘Mr. Pravin’. Unfortunately, even he had no info about any other service centers, No complete address of “scan autos service center”, no phone number of “nidhi motors’ and went on to say that it is the job of the customer service.
                                  6. I had also put a complaint on your website “ Request ID[protected]” but till now no one has even bothered to call or send an email

                                  So finally with all this frustration, I am writing to you for an explanation that 1stly where is a customer supposed to go when they need help? Is this what HERO guarantees about service and about caring for customers? I also have an Honda Activa for more than 5 years and have never ever faced such an issue where I have been so helpless.? Why are so many service centers not functioning or you do not have ti ups with the right service centers? How can the bike parts stop functioning in 4 months? Why are the customer service agents not trained enough to speak what is asked and give adequate info? Why are the websites not updated? This has been a serious issue and I am going to take this up to consumer and social media till these issues are not sorted by HERO. If this is what you promise your customer. PLEASE CLOSE DOWN

                                    I was visiting to yuva motors, faridabad for my bike service and with major issue of lock is not working on dated 09/09/2017 (Job slip attach), from that day service center can't able to service the vehicle specially lock.
                                    Still service center is not able to deliver my bike.
                                    Can you look into this and help us to get back my bike after service.
                                    Response of service center executives are very poor.

                                    This is to inform you that we have purchased a new bike from you company named-Jeet Automobiles Tohana.We are facing problem with engine and fuel tank lock.
                                    Engine sound very bad and fuel tank lock is also not very good.When we are taking service or completing to Jeet automobile tohana, so they refused to rectify sound problem
                                    Apart from these problem am attaching a bill in which a single vigor(Front mirror) Purchased from your agency whose bill is 700, So we want to clarify this matter .

                                      I serviced my scooty hero mestro edge at devika hero. Jammu

                                      They gave me the scooty back without replacing the oil seal, with the result of that all oil drained out. And i was helpless to drive the scooty to the service station again.

                                      There i came to know that they are not even having the service part (Oil seal)

                                      . And the scooty is there for at least more than a week.

                                      They also refused to gave me a alternate vehicle, as it was their fault. Scooty is in warranty and they should be having all the parts required before servecing.
