I called the customer care to enquire about duplicate invoice as the dealer from whom I purchased is closed. The executive was totally uncooperative and rude.
I'm telling him the dealer is closed but he is not ready to listen. Even their website do not have the dealer name enrolled, but still he is insisting its there. This is Pathetic.

If this is the attitude then better i sell my hero bike and go for other players in the market.

    Hello,
    I had purchased Hero HF DELUXE BS6 drs c i3s FI black grey STR on
    [protected]. My vehicle chassis number is MBLHAW102L5M83726.

    Currently I am facing lot of issues like oil leakage, engine sudden off in vehicle running condition, heating of complete body of vehicle, fuel pump frequent ON/OFF. My vehicle is completely at idle condition now because of multiple issue.
    I have reported it to service center at Sonaj Hero Akluj in Maharashtra. When I reported issue to service center they are not ready to register my complaint and denied to repair work. Behavior & response at the service center is not good.

      Dear Sir, I am Santanu Rudra, my motorbike number is WB7504 75. On 18th April, on the way my bike suddenly started off, so I pushed my bike to Katwa Maa Chamunda Hero Showroom. Asim bro, a motor mechanic there, after checking my bike, told me that the bike had an engine problem and the crank, cylinder of the engine had to be replaced. I asked them that in just three and a half years, how could my bike have an engine problem and told them to check my bike to see if there was an under warranty period, in response, they told me that I have to fix the bike with pay the full money.i am disappointed . being a middle class family what should i do.i agreed them and give them my bike for fix .they hold my bike for 8 days. But later I came to know from Durgapur Service Center and I also got to know from one of your representatives that the service history of my bike is totally Ok. And I got totally free of cost service from Hero Company for the problem I had with the engine. But the authorities of the Katwa Hero Showroom got my bike out of a warranty period according to their own opinion, about the engine problem of my bike. Now my question is why they did not take my permission to repair my bike from another place like their own wish. And for that repair I had to pay a total of 7500 rupees which was the maximum free service I could get from the company. I received a handwritten bill on a white paper from the Katwa Hero Service provided, it was provided by an authorized hero company?? This is my question to you. Now the condition of my bike is not very good, after this servicing a lot of sound is coming from the engine when i start. I want to replace all the parts they have repaired and all the uncomposed unauthorised parts they have given to my bike and give the parts of Properly Hero Company to my bike at free of cost as my bike record is still under warranty. How can they take 7500 rupees from me illegally ?? The invoice given to me by Hero Company has 3160 rupees written in it, the account of the remaining money has been written in normal white paper. I want to get my full money refund and get my bike in totally good condition. My request to you is that you should not take this complaint lightly in any way, you have taken strong action, why is there so much harassment and deception with the common people ?? I strongly condemn to the Department of Total Hero Company the manner in which I was cheated.

          मैंने अपनी फोर्थ सर्विस सिंगल एजेंसी से 25/04/2022 को करवाई जिसमे उन्होंने बताया कि आपका हेड ऑयल लीक कर रहा है तो मैने उसको कहा आप टीक का करदो लेकिन मेरी प्रॉब्लम पूरी तरह से ठीक नहीं हुई जिसके लिए में आज भी गया उन्होंने सिर्फ नट टाइट कर दिए घर आया तो oli लीक कर रहा था !
          क्या ऐसे ही सर्विस होगी मुझे बार बार सर्विस सेन्टर के चक्कर लगाने पढ़ेंगे??

            My hero maestro edge purchase 2017 June
            When it's new it's pick up acceleration every thing is ok
            Whithin 3 year after purchasing it's engine got seized and I only used it only 16000 km

            It's warranty is for 5 year for engine

            Hero service centre bajrang motor nainital deny to repair seize engine they told me you don't have showroom service record
            We are not able to give you free service for seized engine

            After this I pay 12000 rs for my seized engine

            They told me now it's warranty 6000 km or 6 month which is earlier
            After then I use my scooty

            My scooty pick up gone totally

            Meacinic told me engine never got set properly after repairing

            My scooty gives lots of vibration

            Within 15 days my scooty again stooped and fan belt got stuck engine oil leaks
            I told this and pay rs 900 again

            They also use new packing and one gear packing for oil leakage

            Within 15 days my scooty again got problem for heating and oil leakage again

            Then again I gone to showroom and told about leakage then they open it again
            And told me this work is done by machine we are doing it from hand and I pay 1600 again on that day also oil leakesnot solved

            Pickup also gone

            Now in one month again it's engine oil leakes

            Your hero mechanic Mr Karim open my scooty engine for engine oil leakes he use some Glu inside the engine and tamper it with cotton cloth he used a jugar he has to open full engine to solve my problem

            Then after it I again pay 800 recently

            Now my scooty engine remain same with no power no pick up

            I am requesting hero motocorp to replace my engine in warranty I pay lots of money to hero motor corp showroom at haldwani

            Every time my scooty is open by their head mechanic Karim and he is saying that now it's ok
            But every time fail engine leakage continues

            I
            Lots of time I gone there to revive my service book to now also same problem

            Please replace my engine with new one

            Hero motor corp haldwani service centre is very bad they even don't put all bolt lots of time I complaint there about their staff ignorance

              I bought hero xtreme 160 on march 15 2021. I am regularly doing services on time but last two service is not good my Shake absober was not functioning well and my bike touches ground in speed braker even without pillion rider on March 25 2022 I was riding with my brother crossed small pithole with speed of 50km.i got little shake but I didn't fall. Bike is in control. after 2 days I noticed air leaking in both wheels .then I found both wheel alloy was demaged hence I left my bike in showroom on April 1 2022.claimed for insurance but still my 27april 2022 in varalakshmi hero service center in chidhambaram. They are saying still both wheels not arrived. Taking one month?

              My insurance company told me that shake absorber in intact so can't claim. I want warranty for shake absorber due this poor quality of shake absorber my life was in under risk.and both wheels got demaged. I need proper reply orelse I will go to consumer court. I have proper evidence .

                I am owner of Maestro edge.
                I have bought this scooter in October 2021.
                My scooter front head is creating noise
                I have told this thing to service centre but when I received my scooter after service, the issue was not resolved.
                I asked them to resolve it. They taken my scooter back and give it me on next day but still the issue is not resolved.
                The worst thing about this service centre is that they don't take ride to test what is the problem before service and also after service they don't take test ride to know whether issue is resolved or not.
                Worst experience I am facing with hero.

                    Really pathetic that the Hero Glamour BS6 bike is not upto the mark.

                    Continuously making sound from the head once I cross 40kmph.
                    MAJOR ISSUE is that bike turns off automatically on pressing clutch or slowing down. It is very frequent when we drive in traffic. Every minute I need to restart which itself is a problem, bike doesn't starts with frustrating me.
                    This bike also runs with very poor suspension and poor pick up causing back pain.

                    I have complaint about this on every service visit but no results yet. I have another Duper Splendor from 2012 model that is more comfortable than the new one.
                    Kindly help out and please don't ruin my experience with Hero.

                        I am facing a big issue of starting problem continuously in Glamour FI from next day of purchase[protected] from GEETA SHOWROM). I went to service station every time they said about new issue and they deliver to me but problem is not resolving and I always facing the same problem. They temporarily fixing the problem and saying problem was resolved. But bike was stopping unexpectedly on road and unable staring.it doesn't start then I stuck on highway with helpless hand.
                        service station staff not responding properly, some times talking irrespectively. Please do needful help on this issue.

                            I am Akhil, Hero pleasure plus bike is on My brother's name C. Pavan Kumar,
                            bike number : AP 39, EZ 7532.

                            I had given for bike service on 16-April- 2022, Next day itself bike got stopped. So I had to push my bike for 2 kms to give to it to service center, then from next day when i filled petrol for RS. 200 n roamed for 25 kms, bike got stopped due to lack of petrol, again i had to push my bike for 1 km and filled RS.612 petrol bike reading was 18111, then when bike roamed for around 50kms, meter reading showed red. Petrol was about to get empty, then again i filled petrol for 100rs.

                            When i called manager, i told i will fill 100 r 200 rs petrol, but if I get to know problem is from your side then i need refund of 900 rs petrol for the problem u have created. Manager behavior was reckless and the way he is talking is not in giving any solution to the problem.

                                  I have purchase HF Deluxe in March 2021 but last 20-30 days i have found some technical issue in fuel pump.

                                  Bike not start in noon to evening due to heat [sunlight] and i am facing many problems in last 20-30 days.

                                  I am continuous follow up with your authorized dealer Patwa Abhikaran, Indore but they have says fuel pump not available in this time.

                                  So please look into this and resolve my problem...

                                    I had purchase hero bike from Akshar Motors, kapadwanj, kheda 387620 on dtd 22.12.2020.
                                    It's battery is under warranty period and it's not working properly so I had request for replacement on dtd 15.04.2022 but dealer is not replied me or replace battery.

                                      मी इनायत काझी या अर्जद्वारे आपल्या निर्दशनास आणीत आहे मी सदर स्कूटर मे २०१६ ला खरीदी केली आहे. आपल्या चांगल्या सेवेचा लाभ मला मिळावा म्हणून मी HERO GOODLIFE आणि HERO JOYRIDE ह्या मेम्बरशिप मध्ये सामील झालो. कारण मला आपल्या चांगल्या सेवेचा आणि माझ्या फायद्याचा विचार होता.


                                      दिनांक ९ ऑक्टोबर २०१७ ला बॅटरी व्यवस्थित काम करत नव्हती. त्यावेळी १२-१०-२०१७ ला तक्रारपत्र देऊन नवीन बॅटरी लावून घेतली. त्यानंतर २०१८ सालामध्ये आपल्या JOB CARD मध्ये गाडी मध्ये आवाज येत आहे हि तक्रार दिली होती. त्यामुळे इंजिन ही लवकर गरम होत होती हे निदर्शनास आणले. परंतु सदर तक्रार बऱ्याच वेळा चालू राहिली. कधी तुमच्या कडून सांगण्यात आले की GEAR BOX मध्ये आवाज आहे, कधी तुम्ही सांगितले की हळू हळू आवाज कमी होईल. माझ्या बऱ्याच वेळा सर्विसिंग करताना आपल्या JOB CARD मध्ये ह्याची तक्रार दिली. सर्विसिंग नंतर कधी आवाज थोडा कमी व्हायचा परंतु पुन्हा आवाज सुरु व्हायचा आणि इंजिन गरम व्हायचे. बऱ्याच सर्विसिंग नंतर आवाज येत राहीला शेवटी मी २५ मार्च २०२२ ला सर्विसिंग ला गाडी देताना आग्रह धरला की आपण मेहेरबानी करून इंजिन उघडून पाहा. त्यावेळी तुमच्या कडून इंजिन रिपेरिंग चे काम सुरु झाले. दर तीन चार दिवसांनी मी आपल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना फोन करून माहिती घेत होतो. बऱ्याच वेळा तुमचा कर्मचारी फोनच रिसिव्ह करायचा नाही. मग बिलिंग डिपार्टमेंट मध्ये फोन करून त्यांना बोलवून घायचो. त्यावेळेस तो सांगायचा की पार्ट बाहेरुन मागवायची ऑर्डर दिली आहे अजून आलेला नाही. मी फॉलोअप घेतो. परंतु त्याने मला कधीच फोन वरून माहिती दिली नाही. सारखा मीच फोन करायचो. दोनदा प्रसाद लांजेकर ना फोन लावला त्यांना सदर गोष्टीची कल्पना दिली. त्यांनी मला गाडीचे काम त्वरीत करून डिलिव्हरी देतो म्हणाले. मग मी १५ एप्रिल २०२२ शुक्रवारी श्री प्रसाद लांजेकर यांना सकाळी १०/१०:३० ला फोन केला. त्यांनी गाडी संध्याकाळी देतो म्हणून सांगितले.

                                      १५ एप्रिलला ही गाडी नाही मिळाली. मग सोमवारी १८ एप्रिल ला सकाळी शमशेर सिंग ला फोन केला. नेहमी प्रमाणे त्याने फोन घेतला नाही. मग श्री लांजेकर ना फोन लावला. त्यांनी सांगितले की तुमची गाडी तयार आहे. उद्या १९ एप्रिल ला गाडी घेऊन जा. परंतु बिलिंग झाले नव्हते मग श्री लांजेकरना फोन केला त्यांना सांगितले की बिल चा मेसेज आलेला नाही. साधारण १ वाजे पर्यंत मेसेज आला आणि बिलाची ७६३४/ आली.

                                      यावर माझी अशी तक्रार आहे की या प्रकरणात मला फारच मनस्ताप सहन करावा लागला आहे. माझ्या पूर्वी पासून च्या तक्रारही दखल घेण्यात आली नाही. वेळोवेळी सर्विसिंग ला गाडी देताना सदर तक्राराची पुनरावृत्ती व्हायची परंतु त्याचे निरसन नाही व्हायचे. शेवटी २५ मार्च २०२२ ला गाडी देताना इंजिन उघडा म्हणून स्पष्टपणे सांगितले कारण मला भीती होती की एंजिनचे जास्त नुकसान होऊ नये. फ्रंटलाईन सुपरवायझरला दर तीन चार दिवसांनी फोन करायचो परंतु ते क्वचित फोन उचलायचे.

                                      त्यांच्या कामाची पद्धत मला आवडली नाही. तब्बल २४ दिवसांनी गाडी चे काम पूर्ण झाले. ह्या २४ दिवसात मला बराच मनस्ताप झाला. इंजिनच्या कामाला २४ दिवस खरेच लागतात कां? आणि हे जे बिल ७६३४/ झाले आहे त्याच्याशी मी सहमत नाही. जर वेळेत ह्या गोष्टीकडे लक्ष देता आले असते तर नाहक एवढा भूर्दंड झाला नसता. म्हणून आपणास विनंती आहे की आपण सदर बिलामध्ये मला सूट द्यावी.

                                      हे बिल मी भरू शकत नाही.

                                      I am summarizing the points here for better understanding.

                                      Upon visiting the workshop to submit the complaint letter on 19th April ’22, Mr. Lanjekar simply asserted that the warranty period was over although I had been complaining of the same issue since the year 2018. Is it that they were waiting for the warranty period to expire? Moreover, Mr. Anikesh Mehta (Dealer – Lakshya Motors, Swargate, Pune) informed me that INR 50 will be charged each day until the scooter is at the workshop. I was shocked at this attitude!

                                      You made me wait for 25 days to fix the problem (because the engine part wasn’t available) & when I genuinely had an issue with the way the entire matter was being handled, you cannot wait for 2-3 days until the issue is settled? How inconsiderate can service providers be?

                                      I was also told that the dealer was different while I purchased the scooter & hence the current dealer isn’t responsible. So are you trying to imply that the customer must suffer because of a change in dealership? We considered Hero MotoCorp, which is among the top brands in the country today, while purchasing the scooter & not the dealer. Is this how dealers deal with customers?

                                      Please treat this grievance as a matter o[censored]rgency. With each passing day, we are forced to pay 50 INR as a penalty. Nevertheless, I am already extremely disappointed & frustrated to see how this entire episode has shaped up!
