1. Today i was starting duet bike, but not started then i call dev automobile khunti showroom but he is not good response for solving it.. When i purchased dute bike he is asured me that if any bike will have any trouble within 5km my engineer will go and solve it.
2. Three time mobile has changed in dute bike but my dute bike went on only 6699. Mentioned owner manual - replace engine oil once in every 6000 km. When i asked it misbehaving.

I have purchased hero pleasure bike in August 2016, problem with self starter of bike started after first servicing sometimes horn also doesn't work. When these problems were told to the service centre people they said after another servicing it will get resolved but again the same problems are occurring even after 3rd servicing.

    The complaint reported in the M S & S (Motors) p.ltd palarivattom, cochin on[protected] that when engine shut off during running And they made service as per invoice no:[protected]rinv[protected] amount Rs 1052- and the complaint
    is not solved.and ones again the same compliant is reported on 29-04-17 and they made service amount Rs 200- and here no changes happen.and on 06-5-17 also made service .still compliant is not solved .here i attached the bill's also . Iam not satisfied with the ms & s (Motors) P.ltd services
    please take the necessary step.

      I have purchased hero duet in the month of october 2016, from jalaram auto b wing upper ground sargam complex, opp bhulka bhavan surat from very first day, i have a problem with my two wheeler regarding average and battery problem. After 1 week they have changed the battery. Hero motor floor incharge and receptionist claim that on high way hero duet average is giving 60/ km but actully from the day i purchased my two wheeler, after two services and number of follow up average is giving only 33to 35. I have complaint so many time s to work shop incharge mr, snehal and ahmad

      I havr purchased 4 vehicle personally and many of asked to purchase to my frnds. But since that i have noticed that none of the workers come to time on workshop. Today i was sitting from 8 am now it is 8:40 till now workers are not available here. And the quality of washing is also not good.

        Please provide fuel lock in glamour bike because of at night many times petrol has stolen from my glamour bike, so this is becoming very difficult to maintain in daily life. So as much as possible provide with bike and spare for old and new bike so that my problem will solve for ever.

          Sir, i am rajashankar chakraborty booked a hero duet, black colour on 19.03.2017. For that purpose i paid cash rs. 26225.00 & rest amount paid by loan which was sanctioned by hero on 25.03.17. When i book the vehicle then the senior manager of showroom (Cynosure manik's auto centre, madhyamgram, kolkata -700129) mr. Babul and sales person rajesh sahoo assured me that they will delivered this vehicle with final registration of rto barasat within 15 days from the date of booking. But still they don't delivered me the said vehicle. Even they don't assure which day the showroom delivered the vehicle. Sir please take appropriate action that's why i will take my said vehicle as early as possible. Because already 45 days gone and the showroom not delivered the said vehicle.           I wish to buy hf deluxe i3s model. But last 30 days keep asking abt vehicle. They r tlling no stock. They r nt sending stock. My advice is dont give more than 1 dealership in diff cities for same person. Thats the main problem. They concontrate on one area only.
          Hero Motocorp should instruct the showrooms to take responsibility in fixing issues rather than providing excuses, they should learn to empathize with the customer so that they can have a better understanding of the problem, especially Chirkunda showroom (Jharkhand ).

            I have purchase Splendor on aug 2016 from how it is 8 month there is multiple problem are coming and the one problem which has come so many time service center resolve again it come i told them and also i have raise complaints to customer care they tell me we will go it no proper answer I told to service center please change the engine if the problem is coming again and again and there is no resolution. Plz change the engine but they are not agree on this. Engine problem has come 4 to 5 time and there is no resolve from hero so now i am thinking to get my money back. This is the final option.

                  Hero Motocorp — Engine chain and mileage issue.
                  I am baying passion xpro 1.5 years ago, and hero say 5 years warrant on ENgine, but last 3 months I am every month going in service station, I am chang in full chain set, after 15 day ENgine bolt aromatic out of bick, service engg say when Nick is running, the bolt is open automatically...
                  Then after 5 day after automatically gear chaning spring broken automatically, the gear is blocked...
                  What the hero says 5 years warrant on engine...hero is very badly fullish..
                  Plz i request plz slowly my problem..my engine down, , Avery time I am going service station and say plz replace my engine...
                  I am baying bick for riding but I am not satisfied with hero...PLZ

                    I have purchaes new passion pro in nov 2016 unfortunately i have face accident with bulls and the bike is damaged then i have submit it in service station in 4 april 2017 but from one month ihave not get my bike. Is it ture that the parts are not avilabel in markrt? I have shock the new version of hero bike cant repair within month. I want to sell it and never buy hero ok

                        Very bad choose to select the bike from hero. I had purchased passion xpro on last year august. From day 1i had issue with engine sound very badly, clutch, mileage, engine chain sound. Till now 3 services got they couldn't solve the problem. When i connected the service center i got an answer as this bike model is spotted within a span of 8 months the vehicle model is stopped.
                        Hero company as wasted my money by given wrong advice to purchase wrong model.

                          I have purchased hero hf deluxe in april 2016, i m facing issue of mileage since purchased, i already complaint to hero agency but mechanic says that your mileage is alright. But average is still 35-37 km per litre in my knowledge. What can i do. My bike no is BR 02 AD 8109. 4 free service completed. Meter reading is about 4200 km. Problem persist.

                              To Whom ever it concerns,

                              I have purchased Hero Glamour PGMFI model bike 2 yrs back from SLN Showroom, Tolichoki, Hyderabad make of 03/2015. Several times it gave me problem due to its power coil and electric wiring. Twice I kept my bike in the show room for more that 2 weeks. I have been irritated as they did not fixed my problem.
                              I am a family guy with two kids and I don't know when my bike breaks down.
                              I work in night shifts and if my bike breaks down I don't have any option other than pushing it. I faced these situations several times and I am so frustrated.

                              I have two major concerns, it has 5 yrs warranty and the authority neither fix this issue nor provide me any alternate bike during the service which almost takes 10/14 days. Second neither I get any assurance that it won't give any trouble in the future nor they provide any immediate help when the bike breaks down.

                              I request you to look into this issue and fix my problem. Otherwise with no option left behind I must visit Consumer court for justice.

                                They took 7hrs for badly servicing my bike (Against provided time 2:30 hrs) and with the unimaginable unprofessional behavior of the concerned persons about complaint there attitude was "likh do ji jo likhna h" how mean...??

                                Please improve hero your partner is not professional

                                Most amazingly no complaint number provided see pic highly unprofessional.

                                I tried to complain at the website also but that link is just for showing that we care..

                                I have to take my bike partially unserviced because it was too late then..

                                They just want to sell the bikes and would not care anything else..

                                See what i tried to write at there website but wasn't able to..

                                "this is complaint and not feedback i also complained in the complaint book but surprisingly attitude of concerned authorities was"likh do ji jo likhna h"i waited for my bike get serviced for 7hrs.. Yes 7hrs at the end of 4th hour bike was not even washed and after complaining the process slowed down..

On the very first day my bike is having a starting problem thn after some hours i have visited charisma honda service center industrial area chandigarh. I told them m facing problem.. But their is no customer satisfaction work done. After 5 minutes he returned my bike n assure me that ab problem nyi ayegi roz subah dupeher sham jab bhi 1 hour ke baad start kro toh long self leke start hota hai... Pehle bhi maine bike apni passion pro isiliye sale ki thi k bike ka back wheel tang krta tha.. But he dealers n companies sudharne wali nyi.. Na inko customers ki fikar hai bas inka product bikna chahiye.. Customer bhaad mein jaaye... Hatts off you company members n dealers..

                                        I have purchase hero duet on 18/05/2016 from kamal showroom and service at nikhil automobiles at makhmalabad road that service station charge me for companys free service period with rs.30/- for wash and washing consurales like light, water, air and liquid but in your free service coupon wash and air is free components. So why they charge me30/- Rs. And they cant have packed oil only loose oil provide their .
                                        Just i go to their for avarage problem in makhmalabad service station they want to charge me labour charge.Is that companys policy that in warrenty period every problem of vehicle clear after giving labour charge.
                                        And my avarage problem is from start but they could not solve it .also the vehicle machine is so much vibration and noice. I cant see in other bike.
                                        So please solve my all problems as early as possible
