I am regular customer for hero service .I went to naliya hero service centre i.e m/s bharat auto, 64, madhav nagar, Abda Adhabhang Tri Angle, District T-kutch. While doing service they took my tools kit from bike tool box and they also broken my speedo meter and left many screw in loose condition, when I asked to the manager for same matter but manager denied directly and also told me that you go anywhere for complained I don't have fear of complaint.

Vehicle is delivered without service book. Vehicle is not tested properly hendal was loose when delivered. Vehicle is giving shock on a speed of 60 km per hour.       I purchased unit 01 of maestro edge vi bs-iv on 29 mar 2017 and a total amount of rs 69750, out of which rs 67900/- was paid by dd and rs1850/- was paid by dr card. i was issued only hand written bill of rs 67900/- and was informed to collect the computerised invoice on 13 apr 2017 with insurance paper. when i visit the auto world, khosedelpur more, jessor road, p. s ashoknagar, pin: 743222. on 13 apr, i was given with an invoice of rs 64850/- and when i asked for bill for rest of the amount i. e rs 4900/-, it was denied to give any bill against rs 4900/- and the sales girl informed that don't give any bill for accessories, online money receipt is given and suggested me to keep the quotation in place bill. their approach and way of talking was fully against the existing rule laid down for the customer's protection and they did not care to listen about the bill for rs4900/-. it is requested to carry out a check to protect the interest of customers according to existing rules & regulation laid diwn by the government.

        Dear sir/madem

        I am parth vadariya from gujarat. I have hero extreme. Before 2 months i lost my bike key and i request to mostly showroom of ahmedabad for this issue but not any response from any of the service center, at last i reached at hero showroom near vijay char rasta ahmedabad and request to them for solve this issue and they told me we are submeet your request for make a new key/changed lock. I submitted my rc book and licence also but not any responce from them last 1.5 months. Weekly i met to them and asked about about the process but they all are hands up and nothing to tell regarding this problem. I am suffring in problem last 1.5 months and not any one clue to how solve this issue so please understand my problem and do some need full. Plese help me regarding this issue.

          Maine apni maestro scooty kanha motors se kharida uske baad servicing bhi wahi se karata hoon. 1 ya 2 servicing ke baad mere scooty ka engine achanak se seize(band) ho gaya unhone kaha ki unke kisi workor ne scooty ke engine oil ka srew thik se nhi kasa to uski wajah se engine oil gir gaya aur engine seiz ho gaya. To unhone kisi tarah banwa kar de diya phir bhi problem rehti hai aur batane par ignore kar dete hain.

          Yaha kanha motors PVR ke saamne waale shop pe gaadi kabhi bataye gaye time pe nhi milti is liye pls aap kuch karein taaki next time sabko bataaye gaye samay par gaadi mile aur keemati samay na jaaye.

            I am Dipak choudhary customer of Hero Moto corp, I have purchased cbz sports extreme Feb 25 2016, And now i am facing problem of silencer fume /Smoke and engine nosise and bike vibrating problem
            really i am tolerate this Cbz.
            I don't understand why a brand like Hero is doing like this or may be earlier it had collaboration
            with Honda bikes and now that has been breached so people are playing this game with the customer, really i am tired to hero bikes.

              Dear Concern

              I am servicing my two wheeler from your authorised dealer name Devine Auto Source Pvt Ltd, located in A 39 Sector 58 Noida 201307, U.P. rendomley but every time I dissatisfied in service provided by the service center.

              Today (i.e. 14.04.2017) I have serviced my CBZ Xtreme vide your job card no[protected]RJC[protected], but when i made the payment vide credit card the biller ask me for giving 2.75% extra as card charge, This does not seems good while government advise us to pay all payment thru card, next thing is i am also relating in retail business and taking payment thru card with nill extra charge and giving to our banker @ 1.45% commission.

              So request you kindly look into this matter and do the needful so that every body would be taking the benifit and participating with our government advise as digital india.

                Dear sir,
                My self sheetla prasad mishra r/o krishna colony, gurgoan. I purchased a super splendor bike in march-2016 whose registration no. Hr-26cv-4727 chasis no. Is mblja05emg9b32002 and engine no. Is ja05ekg9b27804.in the first 9000 km the bike start giving problem when i told about the problem than the service center asked for engine service. The service center opened the engine and did service. Since i purchased the bike service center changed my bike clutch plate four times on every 2000km clutch plate change. Still on 17000km it gives the same problem and its engine again start giving problem again.
                So you are requested to please do the needful in this regards,

                  Recently I had purchased a maestro edge on 26th march 2017 and during The process of minor fittings in the showroom my service book in the backtray has been misplaced and lost.

                  The service members are arrogently repling and asking 750Rs for the replacement

                  As I had misplaced the service book of free services provided by heromotocorp.

                      Dear sir.
                      I have purchased my brand new Hero passion Xpro on June 16 but its realy brings tears in my eyes when ever i look at the maintatnence parts. The thing is that the day i have bought this byke not a single month has gone without an issue, several times i have visited to nearest service center called Spectra motors Govandi but those guys always replaces some of the parts with charges (as per bill attached)
                      I always wonder that its not even completed a year but how mach i have spend for towards repair and replace ments of parts.

                      Its my Humble request that please look into this matter and do the needfull as its seems that there must be some manufacturring defects in my bike.

                        With utmost regret I want to inform you that I bought a hero bs3 achiever on 31st of March on discounted rate. After making the payment when I was about to start the bike I came to know that the battery inside was a damaged one about which was not informed to me . Then when I came to the manager of the hero show room at mangaldai I told me that he will arrange one within 4 days and took my mobile no. And said that he will call me as soon as the battery arrives. When I contacted him on 5th april he informed me that the battery in not available in the nearby locality. Then they assured me that they will arrange one by 10th of April. I came to the showroom on 12th. Then they told me to come today. And now I am sitting here in their office but the battery is not here.

                          on 30/03/2017 with full payment made at BIMAL MOTORS,
                          #90, Byatarayanapura village Bellary Road, NH 7,
                          BANGALORE KARNATAKA – 560092.

                          While booking they promised to deliver the vehicle in the first week of April 2017.
                          So from 6th of April 2017 I am following to BIMAL MOTORS for delivering my vehicle, they keep telling me that we will update you tomorrow.

                          Today they called me and said that your vehicle was not allotted.

                          If vehicle was not avaliable that day in that showroom, they could have not taken booking. As that day Offers are going on i could have buy it from some other dealer.

                          So Now what to do, please suggest.

                            It's very saddening to see a worst performance of your brand new product "Passion Pro". The engine oil started leaking in just 5 days of purchase and when we approached the show room, they routed us to the service centre. The service centre took 2 days time and returned the bike with "M-seal" pasted on the damaged area after which the performance became very poor and the driving isn't smooth or noise free.
                            Is this a new bike that you delivered or a assembled bike? Is this the way you cheat your customer who chose your product after so many researches and reviews believing that your product is the best compared to other brands?

                                I have booked a free service on your web portal on dated 08/04/2017 for date 11/04/2017 at 10:00 to 11:00 AM. at Avik Hero, Asansol .
                                But sir i came on avik hero for servicing avik hero representative told me i has not been booking Oder received by us, so we can't allowed your vehicle for servicing on mention timing and date..

                                  मैंने agaर waल हीरो एजेंसी अजमेर से 15/03/2017 को हीरो स्पेलेंद्र की बीएस 4 बाइक खरीदी थी लकिन उसका बिल बी नहीं दिया gaया था क्योकि हमें kअहा gआया था की बीएस 4 का बिल अभी nही miलेगा इसका बिल आपको aप्रिल me मिलेगा और अप्रैल हम बिल लेने गए तो आज kaल आज कल kकरते र aहे कभी bओला गया की बिल RTO ऑफिस भेज दिया गया baर baर एजेंसी जाने पर भी हमें कोई संतोष jaनक् jजवाब नहीं दिया गया और जबकि मुझे किसी ने बताया की आपकी बाइक bs4 नहीं बल्कि bs3 है म फिर एजेंसी गया तो बोलै गया की डालर से मिलो हम डीलर से मिले तो डीलर ने कहा ki अब इसमें कुछ नहीं हो सकता तुम्हे जो करना हो वो करलो आपसे निवेदन है की मुझे bs3 की जगह bs4 बाइक दिलवाने ki कृपा करे क्योकि मैंने bs4 बाइक का प्राइस कॉम्पानी को अदा किया है

                                    i have not received the update so far. Just wanted to as that this year i took service AMC from Hero ( INR 1079 for 4 services within an year) but looks like i did a blunder. The service this time is very poor, it is not even running when i left it. Also no one helped from the Hero to talk to the guy who do Teflon coating. I want to escalate it and need a proper response and resolution of my problem.

                                      i taken my motor cycle to jayaram automobiles sarpavaram Jn i purchased my 02.12.2016 i recived very bad responce from service section they not ellow me for unpaid service .
