I have booked a free service on your web portal on dated 08/04/2017 for date 11/04/2017 at 10:00 to 11:00 AM. at Avik Hero, Asansol .
But sir i came on avik hero for servicing avik hero representative told me i has not been booking Oder received by us, so we can't allowed your vehicle for servicing on mention timing and date..

So my question what authenticity is there for online booking...

i have not received the update so far. Just wanted to as that this year i took service AMC from Hero ( INR 1079 for 4 services within an year) but looks like i did a blunder. The service this time is very poor, it is not even running when i left it. Also no one helped from the Hero to talk to the guy who do Teflon coating. I want to escalate it and need a proper response and resolution of my problem.

I have CBZ extreme bike of hero, i went to hero service centre rithala at Metro Motors one month ago for repair the chain set and camp holder of my bike and they called me after 5 hour (approx 4 p.m) and told me that we don't have camp holder in our stock, so please leave the vehicle for 3 days, it will be repaired within 3 days. I leaved my bike in service centre....

I have bought Hero Splendor Smart 110 Bike on 2nd October 2016 and since after the purchase one or the other parts of the bike get damaged itself as i think now Hero use inferior quality of parts for the bikes and you people don't think about the Brand image and when ever customer reaches the service center there also you have to listen a new story.

I was keep contacting the dealer they are not ready to make it corrected and they are asking extra money from me
