I have purchased SPLENDER PRO (DRS) From Cynosure Manik's Auto Centre
Regd Office 3/2 Jessore Road P.O. - Madhyamgram, P.S. - Barasat Kolkata 700129. Till now I have not received RC BLUEBOOK from Dealer . They are extending time day by day. I have issued my vehicle no. WB 18P 7224 . My registered Mobile no. is [protected] and [protected]. I am not able to ride on my Bike.

Kindly take appropriate action

    Hello sir/madam

    I am a customer of Hero MotoCorp since 2009. I have CBZ extreme bike of hero, i went to hero service centre rithala at Metro Motors one month ago for repair the chain set and camp holder of my bike and they called me after 5 hour (approx 4 p.m) and told me that we don't have camp holder in our stock, so please leave the vehicle for 3 days, it will be repaired within 3 days. I leaved my bike in service centre. I went after 3 days but my bike was not repaired completely rather it was damaged from the front. When i asked for damage then workers and supervisor was saying that we don't know how it was damaged, then i met the manager (Dharmender Dahiya), he was saying it happens in the service centre and we can do anything. I asked him for changing that damaged part then he was not getting agree after spending 1 hour he got agree for changing the part on a condition that you have to pay half for damaged part, i got agree for paying half. He told me that part is not available with us right now, please come with your bike between 7 to 10 days but till now he is saying that the truck or inventory didn't come. Please take an action against your staff, that will be good for hero moto corp.

      Dear sir;
      I am purchased one new hero splendor i smart 110 bike (Mblja06axghh24007) from east venice hero motors alappuzha on 22.10.2016. Now the vehicle have only 5 months age. Now the vehicle covered only 7000 kms. When we service this vehicle at your recommended interval such as 1500km, 3000kms, 6000kms. I am reported a complaint that the vehicle both tyre air pressure becomes lowering. When we fully fill the air pressure, after 1.5 day it's full air become drain out. Every two or three days we are filling the air pressure locally.
      Every time i complaint the failure the above mentioned service team, they says now it' is corrected and you take delivery. But the complaint not rectified. After 6000 km service, before 15 days we given the vehicle to service center for the same complaint., now the 15 day is over but the vehicle did not delivered yet after completing the work. What a will do?, this is very very poor and irresponsible dealing from hero motor corp and dealer.in future i will not entertain my friends and relatives to purchase any product from both of you

        I have bought Hero Splendor Smart 110 Bike on 2nd October 2016 and since after the purchase one or the other parts of the bike get damaged itself as i think now Hero use inferior quality of parts for the bikes and you people don't think about the Brand image and when ever customer reaches the service center there also you have to listen a new story.
        I don't understand why a brand like Hero is doing like this or may be earlier it had collaboration with Honda bikes and now that has been breached so people are playing this game with the customer.

        I want to get my bike replaced with the new one as it is in Warranty and I am not happy and satisfied with this bike as I think the model which has been sold to me has defective engine chassis brake and every thing and even the average also is not proper also and I have met with an accident due to brake as it does not work properly and this bike is risk for my life as even the side stand also came out and the battery also became low in 2 -3 months of continue usage.

        Please get my bike replaced with the new one or else I will go too consumer forum as well as I will write about the worst and 3rd class service in all social sites and do understand that for me it is not possible to go to service center for all kind of parts damaged in every 2 days and it is a hard enarned money for me and you people are cheating customer and want to make money.

        Please reply on this and also discuss about the quality of the parts used in the bike with the Quality team or if it is a china made product then also you can let me know as the reason for the poorest and cheap quality of spare parts and at any cost I want my bike replaced with the new one.

          I inform you that we purchase a Hero Maestro scooter on 17 jan 2017 from RAM LAKHAN MOTORS Ghatampur kanpur nagar 209206
          but accessories of scooter no fitted by dealer after full payment 59500/ and no give tax invoice any only registration and insurance slip [provide by dealer.
          I and my relative go many times in showroom but no satisfactory action taken by dealer and no give me tax invoice and no fitted accessories.
          Please give right solution about this and what will do.

          I had purchased Hero Maestro Edge on August 2016 from Kollam, paravoor p.o 691301 (kiran motors ) . The two wheeler is stopping suddenly on middle road. Plenty of self start and kick start could not start it. Kindly rectify the fault. Treat this as most urgent.

            I was purchase new splendor pro bike before one year, and now this bike is not giving milage afer proper maintenance and its part is also very lifeless its
            Clip is break and battary cover is fall down and another cover is also same i was join this 3 time but its also have no long life so please improve your product and give me the proper suggestion about it because its high cost in your hero service centre

              Pleasure to buy a new car on the date 14.07.2016 and I am jhaaleli three days of the complaint pasunaca. Although the car will not start and it suddenly started falling off in. The question I speak often or about the Maroti dealer at Hingoli and train in taken was to theada offer much thatura matura and car show rumala three of the four days that the female donkey female donkey eight to take into it for fifteen days, and day and the car shows, took out of the room they fall off the back.                 On Day Of Purchase the Fuel Meter And Ignition Was Not Working.It Got Corrected In A Time Span Of One Month.In a New Bike the Spark Plug Blowed Off And The Reason was Oil Relase From Engine. Inspite Of My Complain About the Engine They Didn, t Hear .They Just Changed The Spark Plug So That The Bike Can Cross The Warranty Time And the Hero Doesn, t Become Liable For The Warranty The Customer Can Claim For.
                After The Change Of Spark Plug Of My Hero Splendor Plus The Problem Persisted And Each Month Twice Or Thrice I Ran To The Authorised Service Center For The Same Complain Of My Bike Not Getting On Due To Oil Coming To The Spark Plug Corner . But After that They Didn, t Registered My Complain Inspite Of My Several Request. They Never Found For The Solution For The Oil Coming To Spark Plug.
                Therefore As Per Warranty I Claim That The Company Hero Moto Corp Provide Me With The Option To Have A New Bike Because They Fail As Per Their Promise Because The Bike's Most Important Part Engine Has Gone Wrong.

                  I have purchased hero mastro scooter) (Old model) on october 2017 from city wheels kagadaspura bangalore

                  The rc book model name is printed as mastro edge as model name..

                  I was keep contacting the dealer they are not ready to make it corrected and they are asking extra money from me

                  Rc book is applied by the dealer.

                  But they are not ready to take the responsibility for the mistake

                  I am keep contacting for last 5 moths.. There is no progress yet.
                  Expecting a quick action from your side

                  This kind of attitude and customer behavior will spoil your customers

                  If i dint got any proper response i will go to next level or consumer court

                      Visited patel automobiles hero workshop sanskar mandal for oil seal change as oil was leaking but they demanded 80rs for the same. 15 rs for rubber seal and remanning for service even in warranty period. so i went to other workshop near crescent circle within 10 minutes they changed oil seal without demanding a single rupee. please take the complaint in serious manner as free service is worst for sanskar mandal workshop. even when i said that i will complaint further they said that go and complaint anyone without hesitation

                              Hi I have purchased Hero Glamour bike (TS25 3505) 2 months ago and i had completed my 1st service at devi motors which located in mulug warangal district in telangana state.Now its engine getting noise then i went to the service center and after checking and they confirmed that the problem in crank shaft it was defect of manufacturing and i am so disappointed with your product and i will not suggest to my friends and relative for hero moto.

                                I am pro hero customer from last 15 year I have 2 Hero Honda splender and 1 Hero Honda hunk but I am very disappointed with the service I received this time I have purchased a new hero splender on 30 march and I have received a benefit of rs 5000 as cash benefit on BS3 and insurance free.

                                After all this today I received my insurance but in which declared value of the vehicle has been written rs 42501. Photo of insurance is attached It clearly a case of cheating with a customer with showing a less price of vehicle in insurance. I expecting a help from company's end and action against the dealership team.

                                One more thing till today I have not received the manual book and other documents from dealership end.

                                      Dear HERO team, i bought Here Extreme in 2012 from Uppal Motors, sec10 Noida and since then i get it serviced and Teflon in this service station only. The teflon was renewed on 19/8/16 as i ride less bike so sometime service time ( which is after 3 months) gets delayed so Teflon too. i last serviced my bike on 4th December and Teflon was done but seems it was not added on the paper. Today when i delivered my bike, the Teflon guy WIKKI denied to do this as it is delayed by more than a month ( around1.5 months). I am a faithful customer of hero and i never did anything for this bike other than Hero UPPAL. I request to help in getting this teflon done. i will make sure, will take care in future.
