Hello sir/madam
I am a customer of Hero MotoCorp since 2009. I have CBZ extreme bike of hero, i went to hero service centre rithala at Metro Motors one month ago for repair the chain set and camp holder of my bike and they called me after 5 hour (approx 4 p.m) and told me that we don't have camp holder in our stock, so please leave the vehicle for 3 days, it will be repaired within 3 days. I leaved my bike in service centre. I went after 3 days but my bike was not repaired completely rather it was damaged from the front. When i asked for damage then workers and supervisor was saying that we don't know how it was damaged, then i met the manager (Dharmender Dahiya), he was saying it happens in the service centre and we can do anything. I asked him for changing that damaged part then he was not getting agree after spending 1 hour he got agree for changing the part on a condition that you have to pay half for damaged part, i got agree for paying half. He told me that part is not available with us right now, please come with your bike between 7 to 10 days but till now he is saying that the truck or inventory didn't come. Please take an action against your staff, that will be good for hero moto corp.

Hero Maestro Edge
I had purchased Hero Maestro Edge on August 2016 from Kollam, paravoor p.o 691301 (kiran motors ) . The two wheeler is stopping suddenly on middle road. Plenty of self start and kick start could not start it. Kindly rectify the fault. Treat this as most urgent.
