Dear team,
I am Safi qureshi, i bought extrime 160 r bike 1 January 2022, unfortunately last month in March i got an accident during driving so some body part of my bike demage or I got injured, so i was given to my bike accidental insurance department for rectifing the problem and changes the parts which are demange but those person i was given to my bike they eveyday told to me tomorrow and tomorrow parts will came but not came and gave me a date but they can't resolved the problems. It's a more then one month but they can't do it, please help me and rectify my problem.

    Dear Sir
    I have purchased hero meastro edge from Satna dealer. It is run only 4600km there is problem in engine and Badrika motores one of the delar in Satna is not giving gaurantee as he is telling that it is completed 5 years. I have run only 4600km as per company there is gaurantee for 70000km.
    Why I am facing problem. I have handed over my scooter in thier service centre.
    Pls look into this and resolve

        Hi I m purchase passion Pro bs6 bike I m purchase bike maninagappa motors bypass road madurai..03/03/2022 ..bike engine cut off problem every 1 km..I complaint service center but no response...next 17/03/2022 complaint in customer care..next day service center pickup my bike 8 days standing in service center but not clear my bike problem.. every one km many time enagine automatic cut off . In till..I'm very upset .....

            Hi, Even though I have asked the senior management from Hyd. office to ensure that I am not disturbed by their staff, I keep getting calls unnecessarily from the staff/ service center many times.

            Even after sending so many emails/ whatsapp messages and even calling the Area Manager Mr. Santhosh and Head of TS Mr. Sasi Kumar, the status is becoming worse than what it used to be. This I feel is being intentionally encouraged by the senior managers themselves so that the customers will not raise any complaints even when they are genuine.

            This is happening only at Hyderabad as these sr. managers think that they are the boss of the customers and can treat the customers badly. The entire management from the Hyderabad office have the same attitude.

            The senior management from the head office also do not even bother to reply to the complaints raised and I have a feeling that the sr. managers Mr. Santhosh and Mr. Sasi Kumar thinks that they own the entire HeroMotoCorp and that they can dictate terms and conditions and that the customers even though they pay have to listen to what they say.

            It is like that HeroMotoCorp is only wants to make money and feel happy to disturb and harass the customers, which is so sad to note.

              I am Prabhakaran hero bike owner (xpluse 200T)
              Reg no: TN 11 AV 7180

              Aug 2021 I bought this bike. But the service what I experienced with hero not satisfied.

              1. First 4 services was done with Radha Motors Tambaram. The service quality for me is snot good. Every time I have to fight with them at the time of delivery, no clean wash n proper lubrication. Any vibration not addressed properly. Like many. After delivery time I have wait 2hrs again to correct my complaints

              2. On my fourth service I was completely disappointed with them

              3. 5th service I took my bike to adyar motors. Adyar.
              The service was okay. But after service the bike started giving trouble in 1200kms. On the running bike get off automatically. I took to service centre adyar. They checked n said no problem, seems at this time please bring if again if the problem comes.

              4. Today I had the same problem. On the middle road I was stuck the bike switch off. After that not started. Hero moto corp toll free I reached n the routed to RSA. The person came and check the bike. Unable to make ready. Taken to service centre. He helped me to Book tow.

              2n half hours I was on road in hot sun to get the tow vehicle. Toll free support no proper response. I lost half a day to my office.

              The fuel injection motor not working. So ignition not happen. After long hours struggling reached adyar moto corp service centre at lunch time. 9.45 my first call raised with hero moto corp. Now the mail I writing to hero. In service centre they service team asked to wait till 2PM we are in lunch. I am have been waiting.

              I don't how others experience with hero. But I had very painful experience with hero motocorp.

              Whether I made mistakes by choosing Hero bike, or its my bad bad time.

              Till in service centre and they saying 4 more days will take to get the fuel Pump. the bike is in service more than 10days, I have been getting office very late and my travel time was 3hrs one way. To avoid such timing we buying bikes. But the product and the service makes us [censored]ing and sucking our blood.

              Will hero bare my daily expense and my burden what is face daily. They not providing any alternative vehicle to commute for day work'. I losing my business.

              Since I work always depends on my bike. How I am continue with hero. Its really irrigating

              Till now I did not get my bike from service, Hero says the FI pump not working, to replace that spare not yet received to service section. I don't know why 2 weeks to change the spare, Since the best moving model in Hero, Then how the spare not available readily.

              Per day I have spending for Auto and Bus etx and wasting my time in standing to get the bus. How much frustration do I face,

              Why Hero service is so casual on service. my day to day commuting affects all my work and responsibility.

              Alternate solution not provided. Earlier complaint was closed based the commitment the bike will get delivered on Thursday. Till now no answer from Hero service and waiting for the another new reason.

              Why HERO not taking my burden seriously by hero moto corp. Will HERO pay for this. After 10K kms the bike most of the time in service. what is purpose buying a bike. Do anyone know in hot summer walking 2kms to office is how painful.

                I'm facing so much problem and bad experience with Hero Maestro Edge Scooter, , From the starting onwards (2017) vehicle engine and spare parts issue every time, there is no proper responsible even in the authorized showrooms, , I asked and searched in all the authorized Hero Showrooms in Hyderabad city for spare parts, , in the 2nd year ( After 30km) only i got the engine, Bore Problem and after electrical issues, Company is not mentioning the Proper quality and customer assurance, , see that down vehicle photo attaching, , from the long days onwards with these body covers and CDI Coil not available in the all the authorized Hero Showrooms in the Hyderabad city, , i went to all the showrooms for the spare parts, there not available, , it is every time like this, , like this many of the costumers are there, , they dont have a time to complaint and dont know also, ,

                              Recently Purchased Destiny 125 Hero Scotty .
                              I am not really satisfied with quality and Service for this Product if we compare other company product.
                              Issue:
                              1.Self Start not working even used daily Kick start also.(only 7 to 8 Months Completed)
                              2.Kick its very hart not easy to start for using girls
                              3.Most of the Fitting items are loosen like nut and bolt due to this missed standard size bolt and nuts.
                              4.Lot of vibration even going 40 Km speed
                              5.Engine getting heat up with in 1 or 2 KM

                                There is an acute lack of spare parts for Hero Xpulse200 in the NE states. I'm from Dimaour, Nagaland and I've been searching for the handle bar T joint to no avail. I've inquired about it in Hero centers in Dimapur, Shillong and Guwahati to no avail. No one has it and they expect there to be a delay of atleast a 3 weeks for it to arrive, which I highly doubt as even the main stand for this bike has not been delivered after more than a year of waiting. This gross negligence and unprofessionalism is simply nit expected from a reputed company like Hero. I dearly hope that they take an urgent look into this issue and get it resolved if they really want to retain the trust and likeability of their brand.

                                    मेरे द्वारा हीरो स्पलेंडर प्लस बाइक को खरीदने पर ex shoroom price 69500 बताया गया और on roda price 85000 हजार बताया गया तो मेने 46100 हजार रुपए डाउन पेमेंट किया और शेष अमाउंट को फाइनेंस करने के लिए हीरो फाइनेंस एजेंट को बोला तो एजेंट के द्वारा 51175 रुपए 12 किस्त में जमा करने के लिए बोला गया और मुझ से 46100 डाउन पेमेंट जमा कराया गया लेकिन आज मुझ को हीरो फाइनेंस की तरफ से वेलकम kit मिली जिसमे डाउन पेमेंट 39613 दिखा रहा है अतः महोदय से प्रार्थना है कि इसको ठीक कराने की कृपा करे।
