I had bought a hero passion xpro drs from vinline engineering pvt. ltd. (narayantala west, baguihati, kolkata-59) on 16th june-2015.. my registration number is wb20 al 6528 (customer name - cement menufacturing company limited, 3 alipore road, satyam tower, alipore, s24pgs).
Till date i have done my all servicing (probably 9th till date) from hitech hero service centre, ananadapur and all action taken as per service center supervisor (change engine oil in each servicing (no top up service was provided), change parts if needed.

I had 2-3 issues in common every time like poor mileage (avg 50km/ltr, even after 20 months) and gear shifting problem (from 3rd to 4th) and it was not resolved ever. it was suggested that i can get 60-65km/ltr mileage after 1yr by the service center but now they have not any answer
I just want to know that is these issues curable or not from your end, if not i have to think about other actions.

    We have bought Passion pro i3s bike on January 2017 first service also over and we had complained about this starting problem. still the starting problem remains same. bike does not gets started even though we have kicked more than 20 times. Am totally dissatisfied with this bike. kindly solve this issue. Am unable use my bike in emergency. its irritating me.

        Sir, i bought white duet on august2016. And
        From first servicing the vehicle started complaining of many problems. And the main problem is the petrol cap system was broken. I went many times to your show room. But they are not not replacing the petrol cap system and always saying that the stock was over since from 4months. Sir, my house is so far from the showroom minimum 20km. On every week end i am going to showroom and ask to replace the petrol cap system but the answer was no stock and as always they reply plz come on next sunday.
        This is not the problem of my alone there are so many customers had problems with same showroom. The mechanics are not doing work properly. Always asking for commission. The customers are affraid to take any actions. Plz take any action. Becoz. I am a customer.

          I have purchased Maestro edge last year.I have just out showroom after purchase scooter and try to start
          When I insert key in vehicle it shows a symbol of key and I again and again try to insert it when symbol goes it is able to start than I told to manager of sukhmani hero indore theytold me please try to start and finaly after 40- 50 attempt scooter start and management told me please come after 7 days for first service...

          Sir, I bought your company's Hero Glamor Bike from Sikanderpur Ballia UP, 4 months ago.
          After walking just 1800 kilometers, the clutch plate of my bike got spoiled, as I live in Allahabad at this time, I took your bike to Kanha Motor Service Center in Allahabad.
          There manager was told that the bike is from another district, so we will not be able to change the parts here, I requested a lot, then the manager told me that first I will take approval on mail and then tell you.
          But sir those people the last one month is just bothering. So far my bike is in very bad condition.
          Please help me sir.

            I purchased hero duet in november 2016 in peddavallu state centinarycolony kalva cherla raghavendra hero showroom. But still the registration process is not processed.first service is also not completed.showroom responds very negligible. Solve my issue as soon as possible.               I purchased new hero duet on 21 march 2016. so many people told me not to purchase duet, it is a failure vehicle, go for activa- honda.But without hearing to them i purchased duet. on 9th February 2017 my new hero duet was given to repair due to engine complaint. The show room which I purchased was hero show room in gonicoppal, kodagu, karnataka - 571213. early after 8 months from the date of purchase the scooter had other problems like engine automatically getting switched off, and when asked mr. sanjay showroom owner, he said to me that see in your hand all fingers are not equall and teased me. he said after service that now i have repaired your scooter and there will be no problem in future. also after service he did not give me any bills. and now on 9th feb. when i contacted a mechanic near my house he said that please complain to your dealer and file a case against showroom and publish in news papers. the showroom owner mr. sanjay said on 9th feb. that it is not possible to service here and the vehicle has to be given to mysore for engine repair. if within a year engine failure than what to do. i will surely publish in news paper and give complaint to court. now it is your duty to replace me with a new scooter or i will go ahead with legal process.

                Hi,
                I bought new passion pro with i3s technology and auto head light on bike on 3/3/2017 in krishna sai motors, h. No: 1-32/2, sai nagar, malkajgiri, hyderabad, telanagana-500047 show room. But i didn't get any tr, invoice, insurance documents from show room yet. It's already 15 days. Last night i called to dealer regarding about my documents. The duty fellow don't know how to communicate with customer and he using un parliamentary language. He saying why did you buy the bike. They are saying due to problem with your site registration is pending. Then why should bike was sold? Actually i love hero bikes but after i bought new bike from your company i realized you guys providing waste services to customers and i really dislike your services. And dealer name is jaipal reddy.

                  On 13march 2017 i was going on my bike than suddenly bike stop... I tried many time to run but I failed to do so... Than I went to hero service centre... They checked my bike and said that there is issue with your chain that's why it was not running and because of chain, chamber was also damage...they will replace chain set and do service as service is also pending... It was under warranty and has a insurance from Lombard ... They decline me for warranty as well as insurance claim... As a individual I was unable fight them... They charge labour cost also... Seriously I'm unhappy with hero...

                    I am paying around more than 3000 everymonth as service charge for my two wheeler maestro
                    Now it has poor milage and the service is very bad in chakyath mukku service centre Thalassery.
                    Every month we are complaining regarding this and they are not taking care of this
                    If this continues frequently we will complaint in consumer court for over and unnecessary charges.

                      I m balpreet singh. I had met with an accident on 27th February 2017 and on 2nd march 2017 i had given my bike (hero ignitor) to Hero Arc Motors Ashram for the claim. Today is 16th march 2017 and i have not received any response or date from them on which date my bike will be okay. I had went there many times but they told me that they do not have Hero Ignitor's parts available with them right now.I had called Mr. Mehra at Hero Arc Motors Okhla, i had spoken to him regarding this issue. He also did not gave me any response for my problem. I am facing very much problem with this. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible or otherwise, My next mail will be to the consumer court with the video of my bike condition and your irresponsiveness kindly contact me on - [protected] asap.

                            I have purchased Hero splendor I smart on 1st January 2017 till first service, everything was good, but after second service the timing chain of bike is start making very annoying sound. I asked the service manager about the sound, he said that this is the normal sound of the bike, but I don’t think this is the real sound of the bike. It's just 2 and half months to purchased the bike

                              I have hero splender i smart buy on 30.10.2015 from m/S Satvik Motors Bahadurgarh Distt. JHAJJAR Haryana.
                              From last two month bike is not not running properly. Some starting problem in the bike so i go for workshop for solve the issue but again and again problem are not solving after my many request they always tell this time bike is ok but after one two days problem is same again. Iam very disturb about the bike and satvik motors workshop staff and her behaviour.
                              In two months iam go workshop 15 to 20 time for this peoblem but i don't know how they were did. So now iam very tired about this issue and complain you and now waiting for your action please help me about this my bike in guarantee period.

                                I purchased hero HF deluxe bike last year at Srinivasa motors, chirala, prakasam district, AP
                                From second service onwards I put forward complaint regarding sound which is emanating when the vehicle hits 55 kmph with pillion rider.But it was not resolved.
                                After the third service, I launched online complaint. The manager n mechanic went on ride n told me that the shockobsorbers give that sound when they touched up n down on road.
                                But it is not true. Even the road is even n highway both witness the same sound
                                My wife is regular pillion rider to reach the school.The sound is unbearable n jolly ride is being missed.
                                I want service engineer's endorsement or change the vehicle.
                                Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest or else I am ready to go for immediate needy action.

                                    Dear concern

                                    I have Maestro Edge DL12SD7444 purchased from KS Automobile Mahipal pur Delhi..
                                    And no doubt I'm happy with the product which you made.
                                    But not happy with the services.
                                    There was some problem occurred in last week of Dec 16 with the self of scooter.. So I went to get rectify..
                                    Guy ask me to leave the scooter to get repaired... And I left for the same.
                                    With in 2 or 3 day I got my Maestro.
                                    But after few days I notice that engine oil is tapping out side.
                                    So I visit again 8th feb 17 to get rectify the problem and I complaint for the same..
                                    Excuse is given...
                                    This is the genetic problem of all all hero scooters.
                                    But I when I force.. Again said you have to leave the scooter and service need to be done.. And I left.
                                    Next day I got my scooter and paid again for the services and material which is used. But problem was still there so once
                                    Again same issue..and I visited 6th March to get rectify the problem again but still same problem.

                                    My question is to you guys..

                                    Is it genetic?

                                    Defect details are mention below -
                                    1- Paint peel off and get rusted on Engine Head within 6 months from the date of purchase.
                                    2. Self is not working because of battery dead.

                                      I've bought a hero I smart motor cycle from Gayathri motors (Authorized Hero Dealer), Palakkad. I was satisfied with the usage of bike till the first service which I have done from KONGAD VEGA MOTORS.The service was not good and after the first service the bike have got a problem with it's Carburetor.They have not even checked and haven't even done with trail running before handing over the bike to me.After the service they were quiet irresponsible when I went to them to inform about the issue by asking a few questions like "Was the service done from here itself? and wait for more time. Also the time when I reach here was 9.20AM but they told that some other people have to reach to check the vehicle... I wonder how will such a complaint arise after the first service as it is a new vehicle! The second thing is that they haven't checked it before handing over it to me.
