Dear sir
Please resolve my complaint about my engine rusting. My bike reg. No is hr 35 l 3491 and my alternative no is [protected]. No one is ready to hear my problem in auto deals hero at narnaul haryana pin code 123001. They said we are not responsible for this i had tell them this issue in november 2016 and next in march 2017 but no takes actions against this issue please help me....

I have purchased Hero splendor I smart on 1st January 2017 till first service, everything was good, but after second service the timing chain of bike is start making very annoying sound. I asked the service manager about the sound, he said that this is the normal sound of the bike, but I don’t think this is the real sound of the bike. It's just 2 and half months to purchased the bike
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest or else...

I have hero splender i smart buy on 30.10.2015 from m/S Satvik Motors Bahadurgarh Distt. JHAJJAR Haryana.
From last two month bike is not not running properly. Some starting problem in the bike so i go for workshop for solve the issue but again and again problem are not solving after my many request they always tell this time bike is ok but after one two days problem is same again. Iam very disturb about the bike and satvik motors...

From second service onwards I put forward complaint regarding sound which is emanating when the vehicle hits 55 kmph with pillion rider.But it was not resolved.
After the third service, I launched online complaint. The manager n mechanic went on ride n told me that the shockobsorbers give that sound when they touched up n down on road.br...

I have Maestro Edge DL12SD7444 purchased from KS Automobile Mahipal pur Delhi..
And no doubt I'm happy with the product which you made.
But not happy with the services.
There was some problem occurred in last week of Dec 16 with the self of scooter.. So I went to get rectify..
Guy ask me to leave the scooter to get repaired... And I left for the same.
With in 2 or 3 day I got...

I've bought a hero I smart motor cycle from Gayathri motors (Authorized Hero Dealer), Palakkad. I was satisfied with the usage of bike till the first service which I have done from KONGAD VEGA MOTORS.The service was not good and after the first service the bike have got a problem with it's Carburetor.They have not even checked and haven't even done with trail running before handing over the bike to me.After the service they were quiet irresponsible...

I would like to share my bad experience of hero services (Telibanda Raipur), Wherein yesterday I have paid the total charge s (oiling and services) of 850 Rs, Including washing, But when I saw my vehicle was not cleaned, I asked for the same but didn't get the resolution.please let me know the action else I will share my experience with next level till CEO.

Indomobile latur hero shiwroom is not making my glamor f1 bike whose crank problem occoured within 6000 km of running thus my next target is to complaint against hero motocorp in consumer forum if they does not handed over my bike properly in next 2 days already i was waiting from last 15 days and preparation of lodgeing complain against you people...

I have taken maestro edge on 18/01/2017 from mahendra motors jodhpur and i also required 1 more 2 wheeler scooty and thinking of buying in this april but sir please help me out in my case.
There is a manufacturing defect in it and they are not accepting it..
Till now i have not met with any kind of accident and also i did't missuse my maestro edge...

I was taken heho glamour bikeon 10/08/2015. At lakshmi motors somajiguda i was done! St service lakshmi motors ofter 500 km, after service my bike was full black smoke no pick up no milege. Defaulted bike sold me for the hero moto corp company. I bought this bike from the kavita Motors Bijnor. After buying the bike, the oil left in the left shocker in front of it.After service, he had said that there will be no problem in the bike. But the same problem is also later. ye bar bar uske part change karte rahte h but problem wahi k wahi rahti h
mai to hero duet k bare m yahi kahunga k so bad scooter

My new duet give me lots of problem between purching to till now
from 28 .10.16 t0 9.3.17 within 4 month
its problem in repeated battery dicharge fault by technical mistake in internal .

I have purchased hero maestro eadg on 24.10.2016 from deb automobile seharabajar burdwan.after one month purchased, its greeting problem in every 10 days.tow times I repair from deb automobile service centre but the problem was not solved.its very bad.i want replacement anyhow.My scooty no WB A J 1205.My contact no.[protected].I am a working lady don't have much time to visit service centre again and again.i am irritate from it I complaint...

Through this write up I wish to convey my dissatisfaction against Vishal hero showroom located in Fire Brigade Shillong, Meghalaya. I had purchased a Hero Maestro edge on March 2, 2017 after a tiresome wait at the showroom. Apparently, the colour (matte blue)which was stationed outside the showroom would take time to arrive from the stockyard.
