Hi,

I would like to share my bad experience of hero services (Telibanda Raipur), Wherein yesterday I have paid the total charge s (oiling and services) of 850 Rs, Including washing, But when I saw my vehicle was not cleaned, I asked for the same but didn't get the resolution.please let me know the action else I will share my experience with next level till CEO.

Indomobile latur hero shiwroom is not making my glamor f1 bike whose crank problem occoured within 6000 km of running thus my next target is to complaint against hero motocorp in consumer forum if they does not handed over my bike properly in next 2 days already i was waiting from last 15 days and preparation of lodgeing complain against you people

I have taken maestro edge on 18/01/2017 from mahendra motors jodhpur and i also required 1 more 2 wheeler scooty and thinking of buying in this april but sir please help me out in my case.
There is a manufacturing defect in it and they are not accepting it..
Till now i have not met with any kind of accident and also i did't missuse my maestro edge...
By the condition of my maestro edge you will also get to know that there is no kind accident but then also one part is broken and mahendra motor is not behaving properly and saying they will charge for it...
What should i do...
Sir i hope you will see my problem and will take the necessary steps to help me out...

My self mulaswamy ganjeti.
I was taken heho glamour bikeon 10/08/2015. At lakshmi motors somajiguda i was done! St service lakshmi motors ofter 500 km, after service my bike was full black smoke no pick up no milege. Then went to show room i met mr ramakrishna sale manager i toild my problem iwas very wel know person to him, he told don't wary sir our service people will do something, service done they was changed parts and hand over me mr ramakrishna told up to 5year i will be here don't wary i will take care of your bik. And all services done at otheraised dealer only.
Now coming to the point on 27/02/2017 iwas given lakshmi motors for servicing i told them milage and cam chain sound and general serviece. I came to home igot call from service point need change some parts it will take charge
I asked them why. They said there is no warranty for parts,
Threy charged 3182 and delivared on 28/02/2017.

My problem was not resolved again i went lakshmi motors service point on 9/03/2017. Now they telling one person engine bore problem onther person no sir nothing, now i got call gear and clutch problem you have to pay.
1. Average is 30 km/per letter.
2. Engine oil is go down when i give bike for service.
3. Chain set is sounding regularly. I go many time to tight tha chain set but still not properly repaired.
4. Sound in engine.
5. Low quality of tayers.
6. Not properly start.
7. Speed meter is not working many of times.

I am very disappointed
Why you given book let for warranty for 5 year,

Defaulted bike sold me for the hero moto corp company. I bought this bike from the kavita Motors Bijnor. After buying the bike, the oil left in the left shocker in front of it.After service, he had said that there will be no problem in the bike. But the same problem is also later. Oil spill from bike soccer.I'm very upset with this problem. Please solve my problem.

I bought vehicle in this month last year. Already service centre mechanic n manager tried to solve it. They told a story. I denied it.sound is not stopped. I am unable to do jolly ride. Pillion rider complaints that sound is unbearable.i also watched n feel inconvenient .I want device engineer's endorsement n view.i will send audio soon. In three services I put the complaint. In third service mechanic n manager both made train run. They confirmed the sound n told that shock absorbers were making Sound when hit ditches. But it is not the case. PL. Resolve the issue with service engineer r exchange the vehicle

My new duet give me lots of problem between purching to till now
from 28 .10.16 t0 9.3.17 within 4 month
its problem in repeated battery dicharge fault by technical mistake in internal .

they do not understand whats problem in which ...plz give me feedbach and help

I have purchased hero maestro eadg on 24.10.2016 from deb automobile seharabajar burdwan.after one month purchased, its greeting problem in every 10 days.tow times I repair from deb automobile service centre but the problem was not solved.its very bad.i want replacement anyhow.My scooty no WB A J 1205.My contact no.[protected].I am a working lady don't have much time to visit service centre again and again.i am irritate from it I complaint about it at the showroom but they ignore it.please reply me otherwise I go for consumer court because its my hard working earning I canot waste like this

Through this write up I wish to convey my dissatisfaction against Vishal hero showroom located in Fire Brigade Shillong, Meghalaya. I had purchased a Hero Maestro edge on March 2, 2017 after a tiresome wait at the showroom. Apparently, the colour (matte blue)which was stationed outside the showroom would take time to arrive from the stockyard. So, I waited because I did not want my new scooty to have been in the sun and the rain for days (I suppose every customer would be able to relate to that). During my waiting period, I went out for lunch and after about half an hour, the Matte blue scooty outside has been sold. And the best part was that mine arrived after five minutes. So anyways, that was the explanation I got. So I asked them to fix and be ready with everything so that I could move out. But, the mechanic was not there so it took time because the sales person was the one fixing the silencer cover and the battery. N trust me the way they handled the brand new scooty was very hard for me to see especially when I had shelled out more than 60k. Anyways, I rode out of the showroom to realize that the silencer cover was not fixed properly and it made a cranking sound. I went back at around 6 pm to the showroom to have it fixed n the sales person had the audacity to blame me that I had lost the screw which held the silencer cover. Somehow the mechanic present was able to give a new screw and fixed the problem. the other part of the silencer cover is still not fixed though because there is no allen key in the showroom. After two days, the scooty did not start anymore because the battery was completely drained. I called the showroom and they said that they would come as soon as they are free without taking my details. I waited for two days but of no avail. I got the assurance that the mechanic would attend to my problem as soon as he arrives from guwahati, but I did not get any calls till date.
I wish I had a review like this before buying the scooty because the sales and after sales service of Vishal Hero is pathetic. I made a wrong decision and I hope that others don’t make the same. I have been keeping two wheelers for the past ten years now and somehow I am able to resolve the problem. But, I wish that every person who buys a new hero motocorp product from Vishal Hero, Shillong to please rethink the decision you make. No doubt the brand and scooty is great but the service which this particular showroom is giving is not worth your money and tarnishing the image of Hero Motocorp's Brand...

It's been more than a week that they (bikes auto) called me. They said that we will call you back later. I own a Maestro Edge and it's has a Engine fault that after the speed crosses 40 kmph it's starts vibrating. Their technician says that it is all OKAY. Even their technician is not able to catch the problem. Hero motocorp advertise about their service, product and 5 years of Warranty. But they don't give proper service and deny to take any responsibility of any fault.WORST service ever.I'll suggest everyone to DO NOT BUY HERO VEHICLES. I've complained more then twice. But they are not responding well. Say they when the engineer will come we'll call you.

I am very much depressed after purchasing this vehicle.
No body provided me any solution.
After complaining service engg. Mr pawan visited last quarter 2016.
Still my problem is not resolved.
Plz respond me immediately for resolving self start problems..

Mysel[censored]JJWAL PAUL, residing in Agartala, Tripura (W). This is to inform that for the 3rd time I am having trouble with the newly purchased Hero HUNK motor-bike. It has been purchased from an Authorized dealer in Agartala, Tripura (West). Last time the bike has been repaired locally and delivered to me telling problem is with the Gear-part and that part will be changed and furtrher there will be no problem. The bike has been diagnosed with manufacturing fault as stated by TSM here previously but they dont want to change the bike.Previous Complain had been already lodged with Hero-motocorp on dated 02.11.2016. and complain ID is[protected] and 189. That time i took the delivery after 27 days with objection. This is quite intolerable and raising questions towards the goodwill of your company. This time I would not compromise and need a complete replacement of the bike. Either I would be forced to take some legal actions toward this issue. This can be case of customer harassment. Since, I have faith on the goodwill of your company and i did the maximum compromise, so I am just waiting for your strong and immediate action.

I left my scooter -"hero-duet " on 3rd march, Friday regarding electrical failure of my scooter in service centre (Kundan hero showroom)located in bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra-411021.After initial inspection fuse was replaced but within 5-10mins it failed again.
The mechanic present suggested checking of complete wiring .Accordingly I left my scooter expecting it to be delivered within one day as per their say so. It's been 4days, today being the fifth day (7th march) yet there is no report on it and on contact with the showroom only one response is what I received -"one more day tomorrow it will be finished ".Its not the first time this has happened . I thereby request the whosoever concerned authority to look into it as of how the customer service centre are working where the basic objective is not met I.e. Customer satisfaction and delivery of vehicle on schedule .Hero stands for it reputed maintenance and standard products but this kind of behaviour puts the people in double mind of whether the services will be provided satisfactorily or not and thereby putting a clause on further future purchases of the same brand !.

1)Major starting problem(button start)
2)Crank shaft out problem observed in 2nd servicing
3)Ignition switch replaced in 3rd servicing
3)Fuel guage faulty
4)Dicky faulty -does not lock properly
5)Carborator faulty observed in 4th servicing
6)vehicle does not start even after Kick start

Still problem not resolved by authorized dealer -already 2 weeks passed

Myself Anil Kumar and I am working in public sector bank. I want to buy Hero HF Deluxe bike.

Today I visited your one of sub dealer showroom which is situated in our city i.e. Hanumangarh Town. When I requested there for quotation they told they can quote bike price and insurance price only. They deny to add registration and RC price in quotation and asked me to finance from other institution. As, I am a banker so why I take finance from other bank.

Please look into the matter and provide me quotation for my purpose.

I went for fifth free service to the millennium motors at Bangalore on 18 Feb 17.

I have been charged for the Nitrogen filling whereas my tubeless tyre already was full with nitrogen in the previous service. They want the nitrogen filling charges on every service.

My speedometer cable was broken but it has not been rectified.

I purchased a hero maestro on[protected], i was told to pay rs. 54600 and the cost of vehicle is 54350 and i did, but the dealer handed a bill to me of rs 52250. he told me insurance is free nd v hav to deduct the amt of insurance from dis bill.wht kind of billing is dis that i m paying rs 54350 the actual cost of vehicle and receiving the under amount bill?by Sunita Kumari kathua j&k
