I purchased hero dute 11 months ago.my bike got damaged in accident so I went to showroom n register fr claim.nearly 1month passed bt they had not repaired bike.whenever I asked them they told me that spaireparts are not available that's why they failed to repaire.Its a request pls ensure of the spaireparts unavaibilty n cooprate us...Mrs.Usha B.VADODE ap.haregaon talk.shrirampur dist.ahmadnagar state.maharshtra

I have bought hero duet from hero dealer, auto palace, bongaon, north 24pgs, west bengal on 19.9.16.still i have not got any documents like blue book, number plate documents.they always says come to our showroom. When i go then they tell me that sorry it is still under process.it happened 100times.i am fed up.please help me.The worst service i have ever seen.still no number plate token given to me.please help me

I purchased hero xtrme on 27th jan 2017 my issue is this bike is giving 38 km/ltr avg. I want to know
In which speed i can change gear to burn proper petrol. I changed my gear in speed 5, 10, 20, 30, 35 km/h respectively from 1th to 5th. Suggest me standard speed of shifting gears.
Also tell me some shifting gear rules. So i can make my bike helthy.
And please tell me that in which speeds i can shift gears to make engine helthy.
One of the mechanic said that only shift 5th gear in speed 60 km/h or more is it true?

I have purchased hero duet scooter 110 cc bike from tanushka automobile, city centre, gwalior, m. P. On 3rd of february 2017 after 3 days from purchasing my scooter digital display lighting is fused and not working.
Now i am regularly asking for the replacement of the same at the durga agency, dabra, dist. Gwalior.
The service person say to me i have no particular parts of your bike so you go where from you purchase the scooter.
If you don't maintain the stock why you people give the dealership to such company and why you release the product on the road.

The engine of my bike is not functional properly.
The engine produces bad noise.
I also visit to authorized service station 12-15 times. But i am disappoint from there.

I want to keep well manintained vehicle. But they not taking it as serious task.

Kindly help me for the solution.

Sir, I purchased Maestro Edge in April 2016 . Recently I have done service at 15/01/2017 Which is paid service as I missed 2 service . Afterthat My Scotty has pick up problem . We changed Belt drive of amount 693/- at 12/02/2017. Still it vibrates and sound noisy. At 19/02/2017 My Scotty Engine seizes, Now they demanding 10500/- for changing Camshaft, Cylinder kit. They Not taking it as serious task . Shree Durga Motors Bulandshahr is the name of that dealer.

I had purchased hero splendor+ (engine no.-HA10ERHHA14418)from Pashupati Motors, Adchini, main road Mehrauli Aurobindo Marg on 16/01/2017.While driving the bike I felt that the front tyre of the bike was not working properly (bubbling)and I visited the showroom next day to resolve my problem, the worker at the showroom suggested me to change the side of the tyre and I do the same but my problem was not solved.When I reached the service centre(Sekh sarai) again the worker put some oil in the tyre that resulted in damage of tube while driving.I requested you to solve my problem as soon as possible.So that I can enjoy the feeling of purchasing a new bike and suggest others to purchase bike of hero .

but felt many time that it`s chain system is loose, i tight it many time but it get loose .When i go to service they assure me now its but it still loose, it is factory fault so what to do ?
and what is this bike`s actual price bcoz showroom opt rs.61500 thousands in one month of delay payments...

I am pramod kumar from johripur delhi my bike no. is DL 5S 9863. my splendor plus bike is purchased in August month of 2016. and my bike was not performed well since it was purchased. it has some problems likes brakes issue, sound issue, handling issue and it is seemed that in 2nd service engine oil was not changed but they had charged for engine oil and not cleaning properly. My bike engine oil not change in 2nd service and brakes does not work properly and bike sound problem and milege comes 25 Km/Lt. only what should I do i dont know. please contact me through service centre of bhajanpura north east delhi on MB No. [protected] and [protected] as soon as possible. I have bought a Hero Glamour motor bike from Gayathti motors dealer of Palghat, kerala. In the first service i have complaints of noise coming from front part of the bike. i have informed the same to service people, they are not yet ratified the complaint. a service girl have called me to know about the mistake; i have told the complaint but i have to get back the bike from 40 kms far...

I had purchased a hero splendor i smart 110cc bike on 18/1/2017 from M/S janu motors kilimanoor, thiruvananthapuram.The time of booking on 13/01/2017, the dealer had informed that the on road amount will be between 63800 to 63900.An amount of Rs 5000/ was paid on 13/1/2017 as advance and rs 25000/ on 18/1/2017 at the time of purchase, which includes insurance amount of Rs 1672 also.Balance amount was financed from Hero finance.On 14/02/2017 I received a call from finance officer, stating that the finance amount is 40500 Rs, that is I had to pay 28328+40500=68828 Rs.But at the time of booking the dealer assured me that the total amount will not exceed 63900 rs. On contacting the dealer, he states that its a mistake from the financiers part. On asking the hero finance they are asking me to contact the dealer. Now i feel betrayed and repent in my decision of buying hero splendor bike. Do intervene in this matter and clear the confusion.

My bike REGN NO.DL 12 SF 7676 got serviced on 19/2/2017 on due date at KM reading 3907 KM at Khanna Hero, Mayapuri, Delhi workshop. It was 4th free service. on 3rd free service I had got its mobile oil changed at KM reading 3011 KM. Without my consent workshop manager told that he has changed the M/Oil and charged Rs.290/-. I objected for it. He had not even mentioned about it in the job card. I have paid the amount through debit card but it was a cheat. Please look into it and do needful early.

MISSING PROBLEM, when i cross the speed of 30 missing is start and increase speed engine is off, HEAD LIGHT when i on light after few minutes its off, MILEAGE PROBLEM
Each n every problem start after service,

In a week visit two time on servicce centre but problem is still on and increase so i humble request to solve my querry. this cause make.

I am frustrated by the customer service of the hero showroom.The Duet scooter I bought has starting problem which I bought on 30.10.2016 from Aditya Motors Baripada, Odisha-757001

The same problem has not been resolved by the showroom mechanics even though they have kept the Scooter more than 1 months in their observation.They are unable to detect any problem.Please help how can my problem can be solved.I am forced by my family to replace it with a new one.
An early consideration of my complain is highly appreciated.

but service Center will be charge Rs.2375+2%of 2375(47.5)=2423/- by your HDFC card swiping machine. Invoice no -606 Rs.2324/- & Invoice No. 99/-)

Glamour FI model 2012, with engine and chassis No.j02267, j02271, serviced by their authorised service center, M/S Pavizham associates, Payyanur, Kerala, during correct intervals as informed by the s'center now having a worn out cylider and piston, replaced to day with a cost of Rs.4000.This vehicle run 36582km only in this period, single man used.Also replaced disk brake parts at a cost of Rs.1000 and service another 1000.Total Rs.6000, because of false service or cheep quality material?. Vehicle No.KL59F7600.send e-mail to cochin office, replayed 'your warranty period is 2 years, which is over!'.

Dear sir, I purchase A Splender+ bike from ur dealer R .S.Automobiles Modinagar (U.P) Dt 1.01.2017. We submit our All Paper 3.1.2017 But dealer submit our file in R.T.O 13.01.2017, their is Dealer Falt . But dealer demand to us for penalty and they did not give my bike registration certificate and number to till date. please cheak the file and do something if you can.

I had purchased a Duet Scooty from Upper India Trading Co. (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd, Rama Road on 12.10.2016. I am facing problem of engine noise from beginning in my scooty. I had taken my scooty to Rama Road Service station on 11.02.17 since one week has been passed but till date scooty has not been got repaired. it seems company gave me defective piece so on this complaint i want to take action and in future that type of complaint or problem will appear that time i want replacement. it becomes faith problem of Hero company's products.
