We went to u r showroom duet engine stop while running, u r staff not responding properly nd still not find the problem since 20days.he told spears not available repeatedly. He takes 20days for repair....

On getting the engine work done, the agency also takes money for the warranty parts, then what is the benefit: of getting service done in the agency....

One of the worst bike i have bought in life time Waste of my hard earned money, from the day one only the problems I am facing totally 15- 20 parts replacement done to my bike in 2years,

This company is fraud and also the loss its status in the market, not a value for money. i think this company should shut down. company reputation is trash by Mr. Munjal should give resignation from the post....

I purchased a Hero Xtreme 160R bike on March 18 from Pavizham associate Payyanur, Kannur, Kerala I had the worst experience after purchasing the vehicle. So I have given my bike at hero fort point mahalaxmi service centre on 19th March 2022
From then onwards there have been no response from hero that when my bike work will be completed and they will give me my bike
