There is an acute lack of spare parts for Hero Xpulse200 in the NE states. I'm from Dimaour, Nagaland and I've been searching for the handle bar T joint to no avail. I've inquired about it in Hero centers in Dimapur, Shillong and Guwahati to no avail. No one has it and they expect there to be a delay of atleast a 3 weeks for it to arrive, which I highly doubt as even the main stand for this bike has not been delivered after more than a year of waiting. This gross negligence and unprofessionalism is simply nit expected from a reputed company like Hero. I dearly hope that they take an urgent look into this issue and get it resolved if they really want to retain the trust and likeability of their brand.

मेरे द्वारा हीरो स्पलेंडर प्लस बाइक को खरीदने पर ex shoroom price 69500 बताया गया और on roda price 85000 हजार बताया गया तो मेने 46100 हजार रुपए डाउन पेमेंट किया और शेष अमाउंट को फाइनेंस करने के लिए हीरो फाइनेंस एजेंट को बोला तो एजेंट के द्वारा 51175 रुपए 12 किस्त में जमा करने के लिए बोला गया और मुझ से 46100 डाउन पेमेंट जमा कराया गया लेकिन आज मुझ को हीरो फाइनेंस की तरफ से वेलकम kit मिली जिसमे डाउन पेमेंट 39613 दिखा रहा है अतः महोदय से प्रार्थना है कि इसको ठीक कराने की कृपा करे।

I have purchased New Glamour Bike aprox 16th Month ago but now a days approx Last 4 month there was a problem arise in bike strating. no body help me for the battery replacement.

I purchased a pleasure plus in 2020, march month. I have driven 4000kms on it. Since January 2022, my self is not starting and battery is getting discharged. The hero authorised service center had asked me to change a battery and I did the same. This didnot solve my issue and it is still the same. Even a day of keeping it aside is discharging the battery. Every alternative day I am visiting showroom to get the battery charged and it again gets discharged. I have shown in one more authorised showroom too and they said the bike is perfectly fine. I suspect a faulty piece is given to me and I am continuously roaming around service centers regarding the same.

This is to inform that I bought Hero Pleasure from Shradha Motors - Shreyas Crossing in Ahmedabad.

Registration Number is GJ 01 US 7132.

Since we bought, all services done through same dealer and every time we asked to sort out issue regarding start of engine, either it is auto start or kick start. Every 15 days it gets stuck and do not start without efforts for minimum 1 hour.

I strongly recommend it to be sorted within month or replace or get it back from me as the one which is being used is useless.

For hero duet scooty fuse wire change but not change wire and issue a bill of 595/- rupees then i complaint to supervisor mr chandan he told me sorry for that i open a minor job card and call you within a week but not body call me my servicing date is 29.12.2021 till no call from service center again i call to supervisor mr chandan on 06.03.2022 no response.

This jafran from chennai.Iam using Passion Pro bike Reg No(TN22 DU8293) I gave my bike for service before 1 week for fuel gauge issue. On last wednesday i gave my bike yesterday only they are telling there is no stock in main branch for this bike so please take your bike . That to Ive been only gone to your showroom and asked after that only they are telling the issue there is no stock . Weather you peoples cant able to call the customer...

I dropped my vehicle for servicing on 04 April 2022.
They failed to meet the promised delivery time twice, for the same day. When i Called them in the evening, they said the vehicle is being washed and will be ready for delivery in 30minutes.
BUT, the bike was found near local Raithu Bazaar ( Super Market) the Hero Technician was caught the vehicle, it was evident that the vehicle was being used for personal purpose. i quickly took few pictures of the bike along with the technician.

Im really disappoint with the fact that the most reputed company and a great fan base company's authorized service center is misusing the compnay's reputation.

Dear sir,

I Muneesh Kumar from Sector 106, Bhangel, Noida and I met with an accident on 9th March 2022 in Phase-2 Noida. After that I gave my accidental bike for insurance claim to Mr. Manoj Sharma on 10th March 2022 at Singla Auto Agencies, Near Labour Chowk, Sector 58, Noida. He returned it to me on 27 March 2022. For which total amount of Rs 20223 was billed and I paid Rs 2900 against file charges or other charges. I traveled from the workshop to my home, after that I realized that all the spare parts are not fitted properly and the right footrest is missing. Then the next day when I was going to my college I found another big problem like petrol leak and fuel pipe was disconnected.

After 11-12 days I found that the fuel tank which was repaired and painted done by the workshop was of very poor quality causing bubbles in the paint and I am very disappointed because of these problems.

Today I spoke to both Mr. Manoj Sharma and the workshop manager but I am not satisfied with the solution they both gave me.

I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

My passion pro bike No AS 23 AA 7747 is may be duplicate bike which is selled from sai motors kindly verify this byke about genuiness because most of the parts is damage.

Sir i purchased passion pro on 15\9\2021 with ready cash 85600, now it runs up to 6500 km, during this suddenly battery not worked, i complain at showroom, he told to where u staying there is showroom, u take there he will change the battery, when i go to the showroom near kumbakonam he told after 10 days battery will replacing, he will send the battery to battery company, now 12 days gone, no proper response, i am very mentally upset and i am not ride the bike from 10 days . This is very shocking to me battery worth only 900 to 1200 approaximately but they change quickly, so pls concider my complaint and get me solution otherwise bike replacement process .hero is big company only for battery replacement they doing long process it will effect me mentally deep so need solution as soon as possible . i love hero bike since 15 years i used thank your sir.

We went to u r showroom duet engine stop while running, u r staff not responding properly nd still not find the problem since 20days.he told spears not available repeatedly. He takes 20days for repair.

On getting the engine work done, the agency also takes money for the warranty parts, then what is the benefit: of getting service done in the agency.

One of the worst bike i have bought in life time Waste of my hard earned money, from the day one only the problems I am facing totally 15- 20 parts replacement done to my bike in 2years,
