Myself Binal tak from Kalyan(west) have purchased PLEASURE from AHER MOTORS, NEAR HERITAGE HOTEL, KALYAN(west).It has been since very long time that I am receiving very poor and delayed services. Recently reuired to fit new rear mirrors and some technical issues.It has been two months now its done yet.Every time a visit the place they give d reasons either the product is not available or there is no space in the garage.Now even my date of servicing has arrived.They are again giving same reason from past two days and today now they are giving new reason that you have to vist place at 8.30 only after 10 we wont accept.How would be it possible for persons going for job.Its now that I realize that it would be better to have honda product their service are good and quick.please I kindly request you to look after it.

    We had purchased Hero Maestro on June 2016. Within 5-6 months the vehicle started leaking oil. We got it repaired and serviced from the service center. But after doing that too within 10 days again the vehicle had a breakdown.

    We purchase vehicle to facilitate our needs. And the company like Hero is not taking consumer complaints seriously.

    Very poor after service and maintenance. Never expected.

      I bought Maestro vehicle in MM motors. It has so many compliants while delievery.

      Dealers couldn't bring me acceseries providing by Hero.

      My bike has OIL LEAKAGE major problem and sales person told me that problems of bike resolve on first service. (2 days from days of purchasing)

      I am afraid about my bike that it will be get any sensitive problem then what I do?
      Can Hero replace me new bike...?

      Now vehicle in MM motor's. 1st service will be on 05/01/2017, if my problem is not resolved i will go with legal procedure.

        Respected Sir,
        It is to inform you that I have bought a bike named Splendor I Smart 110 on 30th August 2016 from Northern motors kanpur. After three months There was a sound from the engine of the bike while riding. I went to get it repaired from an authorised Service centre/ the northern motors. The mechanic told me that the timing chain is creating sound that you experienced. So I made it changed as his advice to the service center. After one month of getting bike repaired it again started making sound as earlier.
        I am not satisfied with the servicing of northern motors kanpur. How can they deal a common person like this who doesn't know any abcd of bike repairing and totally dependent on the service center ?
        I am really disappointed as my new bike is giving me a feel like it is old one.
        Please look into the matter as early as possible and get a solution of my problem so that I can enjoy my ride comfortably.

            But from the purchase date after 2-4 days I have facing OIL LEAKAGE problem.
            I have complaint to dealer but they couldn't help me for my satisfaction.

            What I do?

              Dear sir/madam,
              I have left my hero duet service on 17/12/2016 for 5500 kms service and also complaint regarding gear oil leakage. before this service i have left for some noise is coming from somewhere. they said leave the vehicle and go, we will rectify and get back to you told. in service center as taken almost 8 to 9 days to rectify and said camshaft as to be replace and they replaced also. after some days oil leakage started from gear casing. while servicing i have informed to service advisor regarding oil leakage. they have done the work, but again oil leakage started from gear casing . now totally unhappy with the service .
              when i have purchased the vehicle from that the is giving problems . u can check the service history . so look into this and rectify ASAP. otherwise i will go with consumer court compliant . it is totally waste service center .

They are unable to rectify the concerns.. As per the diagnosis reports and analysis, it stats that it is a manufacturing defects in my vehicle.                         I have a bike cbz having no. Or03f5994, model year 2010, engine no. Kc12ebaga10874, ch no. Mblkc12ecaga12216, have approached arundhati motors, bolangir, odisha for to change of parts (Backside suck up and head vigour) since last six months, but till time the parts are not available with us. So please look in this matter. We tired so much to follow up regularly, and the dealer is the only medium to approach in our locality. As they are the only dealer in our locality so their behavior are very rude and unprofessional. So please help on our issue and arrange the parts as earliest as possible. Otherwise we have no option to change the bike.

                          I went today (27.12.16) to divine auto source Pvt ltd for second free service of my maestro edge. At the time of billing, he forcefully took forth free service coupon instead of second. When I resisted, he starts talking in a very bad manner and also warned me not to do billing today if I will say anything. Though I was late for second service as per service booklet record, but even as per company rules, he can ask for third service coupon and not for forth one. This kind of response from a hero authorised service centre is never expected.

                          I want you to take strict action against this dealer and I also want one free service coupon which he had taken forcefully.

                            My name is anshul. I recently purchased splendor ismart 110 from indian sales corporation on durga puja festival. When i go for first servicing of my bike.
                            1. They did not service my bike as per guidelines of first servicing in my booklet, seriously they only wash my bike and put it outside.
                            2. They did not even tight the loose brakes, i said that gear is not working properly. They did not even listen to me. And give me bike simply washing. They did not even lubricate the brakes and accelerator. When i ask to mechanic why are you not doing my first servicng of my bike as per guidelines he said i have many bikes to service i dont have time. I mean seriously this is the answer i get from a hero motocorp mechanic i cant believe. I had no option i take my bike and go.
                            3. When i start my bike i notice that indicator is not working both sides front and back there was some electrical problem and i again go to showroom and they said there is problem in switch come after 1 week we have given order it is not avaiable now. I said ok. After 1 week again i go to showroom they said switch is in godown all mechanics are busy. Come tomorrow we will put switch in it. I said ok, third day again i go. They said we cannot replace switch please go somewhere else. The mechanic who does this is not here. Then i was very angry, frustrated i go to service manager. He talked me with very bad language said this switch cannot replace. You dont argue wtih us. Like he is doing dadagiri and making fun of me in front of whole staff. Then i ask its my fault i bought this bike from hero. He says there is nothing we can do. The service manager simply ignored me and went away.
                            The mechanic are roaming here and there, someone is drinking tea, one is talking in mobile, and someone is just sitting around doing nothing and they said to me we are working. They are eating gutkha and pouches, spitting in the service area. They did not even wear hero motocorp uniforms. I mean so much indiscipline i wonder how the offcials of hero never see this. They never take action against there own staff. I was planning to buy karizma but i will never own a hero bike again i swear to god.

                            At present i got my indicator repaired from a local garage near my house. And also i tight my brakes and overall maintenance of bike.

                            Heromoto corp is a very big company the only thing they focus on selling bike. After sales is very poor, the service manager, mechanics are very rude, they abused me, i was harassed for one month. They give mental torture. Please friends dont buy hero bike. I regret i chose hero. I should have gone to other brand bajaj, honda or something else. Please if some hero official is reading this please do something about this showroom.

                              I m purchasing bike hero splendor pro over all my exp with hero bike very nice,
                              But happen is that after my three service (Free service from work shop), meter reading point unfortunately not working so just visit to my hero bike service center "aan hero" (Near delux cinema, near parewadi chowk, kuwadva road, beside the fern residency, rajkot, gujarat 360003

                              I m sad told to work shop in-charge mr hitesh, as same my bike meter not working so what can i do, or any service process,
                              That time i m very socked bike technician talk about very rudely, do not any help us, i m also try to contact branch manager but unfortunately not meet.

                                I brought my motorcycle for servicing at Shaurya Automobiles Gr.Noida for servicing today. Eventhoygh their mechanic and washerman is free.The employees at this bad service centre not giving any attention to my request for get serviced my motor cycle.I have waited for 45 minutes now, but even the washing has not started. All the staafs here are just a stuff o[censored]n educated people.
                                Pl.train them properly.

                                  I have done servicing of my bike in navdeep motors, ulhasnagar, thane having tin no: [protected]v. Which is authorized hero motor corp service center.
                                  I am very disappointed after i have collected my bike from this service center and i strongly say that the service center has not offered the service which is worth the money i have paid.

                                  There are 5 faults that i want to highlight and observed after i collected my bike.

                                  1. Petrol level reduced from half of tank capacity to reserve level which is unacceptable loss on petrol nearly about 300 rupees. I have no proofs of petrol level before i submitted my bike but yes i am sure about this tank is halfly filled before.
                                  2. After installing petrol pipe, clip which is suppposed to be fitted to hold pipe tight and intact was not present, which is resulted in petrol leakage and this may be resulted in catching fire and accendent to myself in future.
                                  3. Engine oil leakage. I have observed oil leakage from engine which is because of visor used is low quality or may not be taken into care to change if already damaged. This may have resulted in slipping bike in middle of road or damage to piston if engine oil level has got low.
                                  4. Broken lock which is present under pillion seat. This lock was in good condition before i have submitted my bike for servicing. But after servicing i have found that lock is in broken condition and not informed to me about this. Which is shocking.
                                  5. Wheel alignment has not done properly. I can feel tyre is getting touch to something and making vibration and sound.

                                  I have informed this faults to supervior, but only petrol clip problem is resolved.
                                  I dont say problem never appears or mistake never happens from service centers and employees working their.
                                  But my point is please provide service which is value for the money custermer pays.

                                  I need explanation why this things are happpend and who is responsible for this poor service.

                                  Also providing invoices and bills for servicing i have done. I request to please find upload images.

                                    I have brought a new bike from hero motocorp on Nov 10th 2016 by giving complete cash payment. The bike was delivered to me without any proper bill, no registration, no insurance. I was asked to submit ID proof and Address proof which was already submitted. Todays it is 25th December 2016 still i haven't got any response from the dealer. Everytime the executive says we will call you n at that time you'll have get your vehicle to the RTO. Still waiting for the call as they have stopped responding to my calls.

DL5SAX1180. On that festival season they are giving some offer, such as if the buyer is a government employee or someone other in his blood relation will get Rs. 1, 500/- discount. My brother is a government employee. So I take the advantage of that offer and i gave them photocopy of my ID proof, my brother's govt department id card and his id proof. The vehicle should be registered in my name but they misplace my id proof from there records and registered the vehicle in my brother's name. Now they are refuse to transfer it in my name and making many excuses. I have already discuss this issue with the Manager but he is also making excuses such i have to take appointment from the RTO and you have to go to the authority for the transfer it. Kindly help me regarding this issue.

                                        I am dhruv ka. Patel from nadiad (Gujarat).
                                        My bike number is gj7 ce 8761.
                                        I having a problems in my bike like efficiency is very less like 30 or 33 km per liters petrol.
                                        I presented that problem in nearest service horizon hero nadiad.
                                        But manager of horizon hero used very ruff language & he try to mentally torched & says that come at other time when he free.
                                        As a customer, i don't neglect this type of torches.
                                        I kindly request that i want to solve my major efficiency problem & other small problems.
                                        So please try to understand my position & take action fast.
                                        I ateched a photo of owner's manual.

                                        All ready 2 times complaint for Rao&khan hero motors company in krishnagiri, no response in service.
                                        I did give my Bike ( CBZ Xtreme 2015 Model) For Free Servicing at Anas Motors, Ankleshwar.

                                        The changes that i did mentioned were not happend even they have damage the working things. bike is making so much noise. this is second time i am facing this issue.

                                        And Service Staff is so Rude at Reply.

                                        I want Strict Action for this Issue.
