My name is anshul. I recently purchased splendor ismart 110 from indian sales corporation on durga puja festival. When i go for first servicing of my bike.
1. They did not service my bike as per guidelines of first servicing in my booklet, seriously they only wash my bike and put it outside.
2. They did not even tight the loose brakes, i said that gear is not working properly. They did not even listen to me. And give me bike simply washing. They did not even lubricate the brakes and accelerator. When i ask to mechanic why are you not doing my first servicng of my bike as per guidelines he said i have many bikes to service i dont have time. I mean seriously this is the answer i get from a hero motocorp mechanic i cant believe. I had no option i take my bike and go.
3. When i start my bike i notice that indicator is not working both sides front and back there was some electrical problem and i again go to showroom and they said there is problem in switch come after 1 week we have given order it is not avaiable now. I said ok. After 1 week again i go to showroom they said switch is in godown all mechanics are busy. Come tomorrow we will put switch in it. I said ok, third day again i go. They said we cannot replace switch please go somewhere else. The mechanic who does this is not here. Then i was very angry, frustrated i go to service manager. He talked me with very bad language said this switch cannot replace. You dont argue wtih us. Like he is doing dadagiri and making fun of me in front of whole staff. Then i ask its my fault i bought this bike from hero. He says there is nothing we can do. The service manager simply ignored me and went away.
The mechanic are roaming here and there, someone is drinking tea, one is talking in mobile, and someone is just sitting around doing nothing and they said to me we are working. They are eating gutkha and pouches, spitting in the service area. They did not even wear hero motocorp uniforms. I mean so much indiscipline i wonder how the offcials of hero never see this. They never take action against there own staff. I was planning to buy karizma but i will never own a hero bike again i swear to god.
At present i got my indicator repaired from a local garage near my house. And also i tight my brakes and overall maintenance of bike.
Heromoto corp is a very big company the only thing they focus on selling bike. After sales is very poor, the service manager, mechanics are very rude, they abused me, i was harassed for one month. They give mental torture. Please friends dont buy hero bike. I regret i chose hero. I should have gone to other brand bajaj, honda or something else. Please if some hero official is reading this please do something about this showroom.

Please solve my problem sir whoever is reading this. The tollfree number also do not work. I have tried so many times. I have nowhere to go. I need justice if there is such a thing. Please take strict action against these showroom people. I work very hard to earn my money and purchase bike this is how you repay us. Please take action against these people so that they do not harass other people.
