I bought passion xpro on 27.10.2016, i filed the complaint about fuel tap leakage at 1st service in vishnu motors @ ekkattuthangal. They didn't corrected, after 15 days i filed the same, they corrected but the fuel still leaking. Today 2.12.2016 i went to service center they replaced the fuel tap by already used by someone (not new). I asked the incharge Mr. Michel, his answer not satisfied. I need new fuel tap.

    On 21.05.2015 i purchased a pleasure from cynosure maniks auto but till date no welcome kit has reached me though i am till submitting my emi s regularly.
    If the company can not provide better service then why did they were doing that type of finance in their showroom. After selling they became inhumane with the customers.

      My bike engine has been found defective during warranty period. so want to claim for repair but the service dealer (sitala auto care & service) checked my bike-history report and refused my claim due to my two free services have been failed and oil top-up not been done in between 6000 km to 27000 km, but they don't want to give history report to me.

      As per my observation history report is not correct or data has been missing as communicated by the service dealer.

      So request you to arrange for history report (note - i have repeatedly asked for the same to service dealer but they don't respond). moreover attached herewith email correspondence.

        Hero motorcom dealer in kidderpore (raunak) is not making amy effort to give the desired colour of maestro edge scotty.
        It has been 10 days now iwas promised to get mat blue colour now they are telling that it will take 10 more days to get the desired colour while same colour is available in other showroom.
        All the formalities and paper work is done so i cant get it from other showroom.

        Myself mihil patel from bardoli, i bought new meastro edge vx black colour on 28 aug'16. Before 1 st service and after 1st service my complaint of huge vibrations in my bike and this complaint was not solve properly till today so plz told to your wholesaleer of bardoli to solve my problem if not solve permanently then give me new scooter meastro edge.

          Dear Sir/Mam,
          We have purchased an HERO DUET motorcycle from the dealer SUGUNA AUTOMOBILES, NO4, MUNUSAMY GARDEN STREET, AVINASHI ROAD, COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU ON 28.04.2016.DEALER CODE 10133.
          We have left the said vehicle bearing the registration number TN 66 S 1482 at the dealer T.K.T.MOTORS, PALLADAM ROAD, TIRUPUR, TAMILNADU as complaining that the battery is going down and we were not able to use the starter. We left the vehicle for service on 29.11.2016, a guy from the above said dealer called us on 30.11.2016 from the mobile number [protected] and informed us that the battery has dead and it has to be changed at the cost of Rs 1500.00.
          Then, we asked him that why should we pay while the battery is in warranty?. He replied that they will replace the EXIDE make batteries only in warranty and not the AMCO battery which is in our vehicle. While purchasing the bike we din't mention any make of battery to be fixed in our bike, and we believe and have faith on the brand HERO only and expect the warranty for battery for one year without bothering of battery's make as we look the warranty for whole HERO bike.
          NOTE: We have purchased 12 HERO motorcycles from SUGUNA AUTOMOBILES for our company in the name of ORION AIR CONDITIONERS.
          If this is the response from the service dealer side how and why should we go back and recommend HERO MOTORCYCLE???????. Please get back to us immediately regarding this issue.

            I had purchased maestro Edge ( MHO1 CK 6743)on 18th of August from fort point at Byculla, after first service i am having lots of minor problem in my scooter, due to rain my scooter was sink in water and told about this in service centre which is FORT POINT Mahalaxmi. I had also drop my scooter for three days for service then they charge me some amount for fuel an etc. but know when i got my scooter back then to there is same problem, i am not satisfied with there service.
            I also ask them for reset button which is located near indicator, they said they don, t have and company doesn't provide us. Know from where would i have its parts.

            I had also complaint it through customer care the complaint no. is[protected], please solve my problem.

              Hello sir
              I buy hero cd deluxe last month on 3/10/2016
              And I face one serious problem that it seems disbalance as handle flow goes one side.
              It may happen due to imbalancing of .
              Due to this i also feels rear shocker imbalance while riding.

              I complaint 3 times in service center

              But they always rounded me. That its OK.

                Due to sudden stuck on road, my cousin got injured, fell down on road and got injured badly.

                This is second time it happend with this bike.

                Please take necesarry action on this. It is life threatening situation while riding this bike.

                It happend yesterday on the way of Tirupati to Srikalahasti highway Andhrapradesh.

                As the bike is just one year old, and doing regular service.

                  Sir, iam having an hero glamour fi and i have done its first service on 24/11/16.
                  Its been written on service book that 6 services are free. And i have paid 421rs.
                  Engine oil 285.04rs
                  Consumables 70.1rs
                  Drain cock packing 6rs
                  O-ring 18*3 5rs
                  Gasket, r crank case cover 55rs.
                  And i have asked the service centre authority for engine idle ajustment. They didnt done that. And there are so many scrathes on visor.

                  Xtream sports new products bike are bad 5000 km in to compalints this model. My bike dealer cheat to me.
                  I have purchased my hero I smart splendor on 25/10/2014 from MS&S Motors Pvt Ltd. Cochin, Kerala. Now it's front tubeless tyre has a minor league of air. The tyre is to be filled air in every week. What solution can a get from Hero Moto Corp for this?

                    Hello, I have purchased hero duet on 22 nd Oct. From the day one it's having starting problems. I took this to 4 times to servicing center and they are not able to address the issue. I took it from Neelam motors Balasore. They kept for 2 day and same problem now also. I am so much offset and feeling guilty to purchase from such a big brand.
                    I have a hero Ismart bought on 2015 and there is a problem in engine it makes sound and also race automatically increase and also engine becomes off after a sec while release the race. It takes 1.5 years but till now the problem has not solved.I am very upset about it

                      I purchases a splendor plus from akash deep motors, bhilwara on dt, 23.10.2016 i have issues of vibrate the bike when ride on 35 to 40 speed, it vibrate and its pick is not good, please soul out my issues and give response. and the head light issue is also appear, the focus of head light is very slow.

                        My v no AP 11 AR 8418 . I went for service. When got vehicle they forgot to fix seat nuts I went back and asked anything they forgot other than that . After two days I went again to them that sound is coming while riding they checked and said due to shok absorber I told them to fix they said it will take time come again. After two days my vehicle breakdown on road they came and fixed it for RS: 1300.becz of replace belt and clutch plate . Actually they forgot to right those parts after servicing .                             I had purchased cbz xtreme ap35n0890 from sri varalaxmi motors pvt ltd in d.no :8-32, v.t agraharam, vizianagaramon[protected].
                            My extended warrenty starts from[protected] and expires on 18-09-16 i still continued all my services from time to time in the same showroom, but your superwisers not even filled extrawarrenty book. My bike comes bore from last 9months. But in your staff no reminds about extended warrenty of my bike. Even though they ask about extended warrenty book at the time of paid service i may remember about extended warrenty
                            Let me know solution for this problem because of your staff negligence i was lossed my right of bore servicing to my bike. I too agree that i made a mistake to found the warrenty period but at the same time it wasresponsibility of your staff to remember the warrenty to every customer. But no one do the same in the particular store.
                            Because i belive hero motors and purchased but within 4yr's it comes to bore that shame to your brand also, so kindly slove the problem favoring me. Otherwise i will approach you through customer court

                                I have hero maestro edge scootor ( MBLJF33AAG4H19219) which I purchased on 07th Nov 2016 from Easwari Automobiles put Ltd, pondicherry..

                                One day after the purchase itself, this bike was unable to kick start or self start, then serviceman from Easwari automobile came and started it. Then I went out to market with this bike suddenly on the way it stopped I tried to start the scooter again by the self and kick start but it doesn't work. I realised that there is some problem with this bike, I somehow managed to kick start then I went to Easwari automobile.waited for long and Got service after raising complaint to hero honda customer care..
                                On 17th Nov 2016, again bike got stopped while running.. then mechanic and customer manager from Easwari automobile came and took bike for service.. after two days, they gave bike and said software needs to update and check, so person from [protected]@gmail.com has to come and do it on 22nd Nov 2016. That time they will take my bike and do service. But nothing done on 22nd Nov. .
                                Today (23th Nov 2016), morning again I faced same issue while going to school to drop my kid.. now my bike is in service center .. they are not sure when I get this bike ready without any issue...
                                Now I feel I don't want this bike.. I had pleasure from 2007 till 2016 .. I didn't face any issue with that bike.. but now it's mental stress with maestro bike .. within one or two weeks, more of stress while stopping in the middle of the road, hurry to school... please do needful and I need new bike without any issues further. .

                                It's not resolved...same irritating bike stopped again while running on Dec 10th 2016.. on that day itself, hero honda service guy took for 1st service... I hate this bike... I'm getting vex while it stops in the middle of the road... I don't want this bike

                                    I have visited at above named showroom for 4th servicing for my two wheeler, the present staff has not accepted my bike for 4th servicing, they told your 4th servicing has lapsed, we can do your 5th free service this time, whether I am visited this showroom as previous servicing scheduled, the photos of servicing book is attached for ref.

                                      I bought Hero duet 2015 Model On January 14 2016 by Financial Method, the Scooter Run Smoothly for 2 to 3 Months After That we are getting worst experience about the Suspension i take the bike hero distributer were we bought from they said that it has joker compliant, we are facing same problem from 6 months the showroom technicians are irresponsible, we asked the distributor and financiers too they are not giving any right solution always saying we are ordering for both front and rear joker and we will replace and nothing happened in these four months we are paying every month interest
                                      we are totally dissatisfied with hero duet and i want to replace the scooter with new one.
