I get 3 times services 4 times minor services of my splender I smart no. Up 78 ee1513 for mileage problem. But I got not proper solution for the problem now my bike is the of 45 to 47 in long rout while it must be 70 to 75. I purchesed my bike from swami motars, govind nagar kanpur nagar. And getting service in same place... this is the worst experience I have ever faced.. my contact no. is [protected]

After lodging complain, swami moters serviced my bike and confirmed me that now the avarage of bike is set as 70 but as I checked, and found still my bike is giving the avarge of 43. It seems that the swami moter is not taken the complaint seriously. I am again disappointed and repenting for purchasing this type of bike. The avarge shown in the HMC site is 102.7 but I think it is just for showing and cheating with the costomer, and compeling me to movein for consumer forum...

    To tell you that one of your company part is working in noida sec-8
    Today given the hand over of my bike up-14 2452 i purchased from 2 –no bus stand from loni
    Ghaziabad. when i gone for noida sec -8 for my 4th service
    Then i given the hand over of my bike today by - 12 o clock
    Then they have given a time to me take the hand over of bike at -6 o clock (2-november -2016) i got showroom at sharp - by 6

    On hand over time

    But i got some item is not in my bike this is not very costly, i discus for this to the counter employee, they have given response to ask from other employee, i asked same to other one also. he also told me i am not responsible.

    Than instantly one of employee shouted to me see the camera, go for first floor.

    Now sir my discuses only that. why i need to see your camera. when i given the bike to your company. bike all item having. but after service i am founding my two item is not available in my bike,

    No one is giving the response of those two item.

    As well as its my friend gift for me in my bike for look, that why i asked for this to your employment.

    But no one is giving the response.
    Than suddenly one of employee caught my collar, he trying to beat me but but suddenly. i run away from out side of company. because company is your property.
    That s way. also i said to all kindly take my key i will be come back tomorrow. you can complete all item of bike. i will take hand over tomorrow. than which employee done the bike service today. he is saying if you leaving your bike & key for tomorrow than no one is responsible of your bike in the company.

    That mean i need take uncompleted hand over forcefully from company company,

    Sir its my humble request from you. hero is the big brand. we all not accepting like - your company will abuse & beat with costumer /

    Today this is small theft of company with the my - bike.

    Sir i want response asap...

    Next i will mail you soon...

    Don't forget your employee caught my collar,

    I will make the police complain tomorrow surely. its very hurting to me

            I purchase the above model scooty from the sub deler of srikrishina automobiles, baruiopur, the authorized dealer of south 24 parganas, on 30th october, 2016. Next day i notice to dealer about some problem of this scooty and they agree regarding some manufacturing problem and wise to replace some parts when available.               I bought duet in jan16 and completed 3, other than that i have alao complaint for these issues, as per them it is fixed but actually not. Now i am also getting pickup issue. Initially the engine had issues which was solved.
              Mileage - i get max 35 kmpl which is worst,
              Body noise - at every servicing i got it fixed but after sometime it is the same again
              Self start - it does not start in one stroke and also make some noise.
              Pick up - the pickup has been really sad it was ok in the beginning but now it is pathetic. I cannot run after the service centre again and again.

              Over all it is such a disappointment and not at all happy with the product as if i have wasted my money.

                It is very poor in attending the problem in the service center. I am waiting more than two hours in the shree motors service center but they not yet attending the problem. Pls give authorization to only those who are having sufficient man power to attend the problem immediately. Don't waste the time of the customer or else don't give authorization to the dealer who are not eligible.

                        I have puchased a hero splendour bike on 02.02.2016, my bike is due for its fourth service as it has run 9500 km, but when i visited m/s lakshmi hero agency situated at g. T road near khushi garden, gharaunda, karnal - 132001, they refused the servicing of bike saying that all of their sales persons & mechanics are busy in diwali sales and cannot attend any old bike servicing, they behave very rudely with me and used abusive language with me.

                        They even told me to complain wherever i want they will not service my bike at any cost.

                        Sir, i want to know that even on working days why the dealer refused my servicing, is it your company's policy to serve only new customers & forget old customer service, this type of behavior not only destroys your companys reputation but also provoke customers to file consumer plaint in cell.

                        Sir, if strict action is not taken against the dealer m/s lakshmi hero agency situated at g. T road near khushi garden, gharaunda, karnal - 132001, i will be forced to file a consumer complaint agaisnt hero motocorp ltd.in consumer court.

They did something but problem continues. Again i gave back they told me to change oil seal and cascade and do. After that oil spread out in large amount.                                 Kindly refer to my hero good-life membership no. Xxxxxxxxxxx1824. I'm sorry to put up my grievances as follows for your kind information and necessary disposal.

                                That, i use to service (Mostly paid services) my hero honda splendor plus motor cycle, at m/s sainath automotives, kharagpur, west bengal (Dealer code 11296) and am a bonafide member of good life since about last 10 years.

                                On 18.01.2016, i reached at the milestone of 35, 860 (As per the printed statement given by the dealer) and was due for 'cooker' gift. But, the same was not given by the dealer on the plea that the old scheme had been changed by the company and new scheme introduced.

                                However, after a prolonged period of hot discussion, they agreed to deliver the 'cooker' at the time of next servicing, on the the plea that it was out of stock at that time.

                                I had a paid-servicing on 11.05.16 and claimed the pre-assured gift, but the same was again denied in a similar manner.

                                I had my subsequent paid-servicing on 17.10.16 and claimed the same. It was again refused on the plea of introduction of new scheme.

                                Thus, every time, i have been deprived of my privileges which is a violation of the agreed norms of the company as reflected in the good life paper.

                                It is requested that the case may be viewed seriously and my legitimate claim may be honored at the earliest convenience.

                                Looking forward to the pleasure of hearing from your good self at the earliest convenience.

                                  I have purchased hero duet on dt.07.03.2016. from akash motor bargarh, odisha. after one month unfortunately left side mirror broken. i have been come several time to showroom for mirror but showroom staff refused to fulfill my requirement. always they answer to me that "company haven't sent us parts". hows this possible? if company make bikes it must have parts.

                                    श्री मान जी प्रार्थी आज दिनाक[protected] को दोपहर तक़रीबन 1-30 बजे माँ baghwati मोटर पर मेरे मोटर साइकिल हीरो पैशन एक्स प्रो की सर्विस करवाने के लिए गया वह पर जॉब कार्ड बनाने वाले कार्मिक ने प्रार्थी को 2129 नंबर का जोबकार्ड दिया लकिन प्रार्थी जब हनुमानगढ़ जक्शन से 3-50 बजे वापिस आया तो प्रार्थी का मोटर साइकिल वसे ही बिना सर्विस के खड़ा पाया व् जॉब कार्ड नंबर 2133 मोटरसाइकिल नंबर आर जे 31 एसएल 3999 सर्विस पॉइंट पर खड़ा था प्रार्थी का समय व् धन व् पेट्रोल का नाजायज खर्चा आया पूछने पर पता चला की उक्त मोटरसाइकिल नंबर आर जे 31 एसएल 3999 की एडवांस बुकिंग है

My complain is my bike driving on rode not comfortable bcoz...it's big sounding in engine books...I go service center very time bt they have nt convenience to me and they are not hendel bike misteck so plzz.sir help me...                                       My self lakhvinder singh i have hero dute...

                                      Had put up my vehicle at thursday (20/10/16) for service but after service are not good coz my dute are not working properly. When i come my job after this my dute battery cable's in fire. What is this. Your engineer have no any experience that how can do a good service with battery. If i m face any mis happening who are responsible this person??? In this way hero will loss peoples faith. When i complaint, they ignore me. Your service center responsible personas are not done our commitment. I am continue suffer with my job bcoz i have need... Plzzzzzzzzzzzz
