Yesterday, i puchased hero mejestro from kanha motor allahabad, i notice that i feel bad experiance and caring of customer service. Despite of clearance from show room. Facing lot of problem for starting the engine. Even he not been given half or one litre petrol to reach the home. Agency staff forcely to demand tips from customer. Your fanincer say today system in slow so Tuesday approved your loan. I goes to showroom 1.11.2016 at 11 am he say to our system is problem and some backup problem taken company. I purchase the above model scooty from the sub deler of srikrishina automobiles, baruiopur, the authorized dealer of south 24 parganas, on 30th october, 2016. Next day i notice to dealer about some problem of this scooty and they agree regarding some manufacturing problem and wise to replace some parts when available. Why i replase the spare parts of my scooty after one day of my purchasing. Please change the scooty or replase my money emidetly.

I bought duet in jan16 and completed 3, other than that i have alao complaint for these issues, as per them it is fixed but actually not. Now i am also getting pickup issue. Initially the engine had issues which was solved.
Mileage - i get max 35 kmpl which is worst,
Body noise - at every servicing i got it fixed but after sometime it is the same again
Self start - it does not start in one stroke and also make some noise.
Pick up - the pickup has been really sad it was ok in the beginning but now it is pathetic. I cannot run after the service centre again and again.

Over all it is such a disappointment and not at all happy with the product as if i have wasted my money.

It is very poor in attending the problem in the service center. I am waiting more than two hours in the shree motors service center but they not yet attending the problem. Pls give authorization to only those who are having sufficient man power to attend the problem immediately. Don't waste the time of the customer or else don't give authorization to the dealer who are not eligible.

Since last one month i was followup with satpuda hero show room jalgaon maharashtra for ignitor spare part and every time this issue happen related with spare part of any vehical.. I was purchase 4 two wheelers since last 4 year periode but due to bad service by hero motor dealer we will not purchase any vehical since today..
My ignitor 2 wheeler handle lock get damage, also chain cover also not availalbe, same spare i checked at. Pune but not found
I request to hero motor service department to support in the subjected matter

I have puchased a hero splendour bike on 02.02.2016, my bike is due for its fourth service as it has run 9500 km, but when i visited m/s lakshmi hero agency situated at g. T road near khushi garden, gharaunda, karnal - 132001, they refused the servicing of bike saying that all of their sales persons & mechanics are busy in diwali sales and cannot attend any old bike servicing, they behave very rudely with me and used abusive language with me.

They even told me to complain wherever i want they will not service my bike at any cost.

Sir, i want to know that even on working days why the dealer refused my servicing, is it your company's policy to serve only new customers & forget old customer service, this type of behavior not only destroys your companys reputation but also provoke customers to file consumer plaint in cell.

Sir, if strict action is not taken against the dealer m/s lakshmi hero agency situated at g. T road near khushi garden, gharaunda, karnal - 132001, i will be forced to file a consumer complaint agaisnt hero motocorp ltd.in consumer court.

Dear hero i getting lots of problem with my new bike no is dl3sdf6394 it's only 6th month old and i got all the services of my bike from hero service center and i lost my rare tyre in just 4th month that's very bad for me and now i'm having lots of problems with my new bike like (Clutch, gearbox, chain set, average, pickup and lots of problem) even i have taken all the services from hero service center so plz tell me what do i do

Am jijesh from trivandrum, kerala. Am having issue with my cbz kl 20 f 8283, first oil leaking from engine head, i took bike to sanjo motors, parasala, kerala. They did something but problem continues. Again i gave back they told me to change oil seal and cascade and do. After that oil spread out in large amount. Again i gave bike to them, they did something and give. Problem is increased. What to do, is i need to go consumer court and all..

My name is deepak kumar from lucknow i am purchase passion xpro bike from sunil auto sales (P) ltd. Lucknow hussainganj show room and service the bike from authorized service center situated at hussainganj. I regular my service but they were not satisfied me and same problem created. I service my bike from 11.10.16 and maintain the service point in job card that there is problem in my wheel is bubbling but they were never check is properly and same problem is created till date so please requested u to please worn the service center to please check the job card those points maintain were solve or not.

That, i use to service (Mostly paid services) my hero honda splendor plus motor cycle, at m/s sainath automotives, kharagpur, west bengal (Dealer code 11296) and am a bonafide member of good life since about last 10 years.

On 18.01.2016, i reached at the milestone of 35, 860 (As per the printed statement given by the dealer) and was due for 'cooker' gift. But, the same was not given by the dealer on the plea that the old scheme had been changed by the company and new scheme introduced.

However, after a prolonged period of hot discussion, they agreed to deliver the 'cooker' at the time of next servicing, on the the plea that it was out of stock at that time.

I had a paid-servicing on 11.05.16 and claimed the pre-assured gift, but the same was again denied in a similar manner.

I had my subsequent paid-servicing on 17.10.16 and claimed the same. It was again refused on the plea of introduction of new scheme.

Thus, every time, i have been deprived of my privileges which is a violation of the agreed norms of the company as reflected in the good life paper.

It is requested that the case may be viewed seriously and my legitimate claim may be honored at the earliest convenience.

I have purchased hero duet on dt.07.03.2016. from akash motor bargarh, odisha. after one month unfortunately left side mirror broken. i have been come several time to showroom for mirror but showroom staff refused to fulfill my requirement. always they answer to me that "company haven't sent us parts". hows this possible? if company make bikes it must have parts.

O kindly looks the matter.

Had put up my vehicle at thursday (20/10/16) for service but after service are not good coz my dute are not working properly. When i come my job after this my dute battery cable's in fire. What is this. Your engineer have no any experience that how can do a good service with battery. If i m face any mis happening who are responsible this person??? In this way hero will loss peoples faith. When i complaint, they ignore me. Your service center responsible personas are not done our commitment. I am continue suffer with my job bcoz i have need... My bike glamour gear is slipping when we run and getting down gear. Now i had given for servicing, then know that was clutch disc is gone. Also it have showing break strukking, head light power gone when i down accilator and back side slipping in breaking time. It's km is 7280 and 4th free service done. Please clear this complaint with free of cost as a complaint is shown in starting time.

I had put up my vehicle at sunday(23/10/16) for service and spare parts.they told me to come at monday.but still monday they did not prepare my vechicle and told me to come at Tuesday. What is this.in this way Hero will loss peoples faith.when i complaint, they ignore me.still now they did 5:05they did touch my vehicle.all vehicle passout who were come after me.but still my vehicle is pending. Please do something fast

I have purchased hero i-smart from nawander motors (Authorised dealer of hero motor corp), amravati, maharashtra after that during the time the servicing there is lower nut down the fuel chamber is fixed with m-seal now that there is oil leakage through hence again i took my vehicle to nawander motors but the company manager is not accepting his mistake. So please suggest me what to do now and how to resolve this issue...
