I am really thankful to the company that my complaint has been taken up with the Agency M/s. Abhishek Motors, Qyoti Road, Baikunthpur, Distt- Rewa, MP and two persons visited our home. But, I am really surprise to their behavior with my father. They were very annoyed and misbehaved with my father. I really depreciate this act of one of the famous and renowned franchisee representatives from “HERO MOTOR CORPS”.
I am really very sad about the incidence happened today. Manager from M/s. Abhishek Motors, Qyoti Road, Baikunthpur, Distt- Rewa, MP said that “Bhad me jaye tumahari bike maine to start kar ke diya tha” this sentence is very bad to behave with the customer. Giving a warranty of 05 years doesn’t mean that you can do all as per your choice. Manager should be punished for this.
I will go upto the level of higher authority in consumer forum Govt of India and also, I will file a complaint of misbehaving against the Agency and Hero motor corps. How the agency can give their franchisee to the person having this kind of behavior. Such agencies should be banned and should not be made available to the public for their services. They are acting like criminals. I don’t know if they don’t want to repair my moped, why they visited my house???
They also have informed that the vehicle’s warranty is not valid due to non-availing of free services. Which is not true. We have claimed all our valid services for Warranty.
If my bike is not covered under warranty, why the agency kept my bike for so long (2 months) at one go. They could have told at the beginning that my warranty in not valid due to this reason. This is going to be a small thing for the company but I will approach at the top level of the company and ask them all these questions. I will also go to the top level of the Govt system to claim my loss. This is a kind of mental harassment to the customer.
This is a really very worst experience I ever had in my life. Customer will only trust the company, when the company will think about them. If you cannot give them proper feedback or can not talk to them in well behaviour than I request, you to kindly stop selling your products and please do not take it for granted.
I want my bike to be in proper working condition/or compensation as replacement of current moped or the cost including bike’s prize and service charges paid my to your service centres, in my next complaint you will get track ID for consumer forum complaint followed by a notice.
Not awaiting for your response anymore. Govt of India is with me.

1. Start stop problem. After a ride and then when in a stationary position the vehicle starts and stops in a fraction of second. Refuses to start properly before 3-5 start attempts. This problem keeps reappearing every now and then.
2. All sorts of chur chur kar kar sounds coming from vehicle. Have even send a video to the local company official. These are not permanant but keep reappearing every now and then. Shockingly the local lucknow officer of company says VIDEOS CAN BE MADE. I am ready to face a challenge if my video is proven dictored i will loose my bike for free and if the officer Mr Deepak is found wring HIS SERVICES SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY.
3. Faulty fuel meter. Shows one blinking bar at best 2 bars some time even with half tank full. Mr deepak says that for every 2 litre there is one bar. Going by his xalculation hero will have to resize its fuel tank from 10 to 20 litres. He further says this malfunctioning is standard and has an filmsy excuse for all the problems.
4. Gets overheated very quickly
5.Gave pathetic shockingly low mileage of 90km on 3 litre petrol before new refill. Which translates to 30kml.
6. Back tyre keeps bubbling most of the time.
When shown to service center all sorta of filmsy excuses like this happens in bs6 model that happens in bs6 model. U keep drivibg we will see at first service. The vehicle driven total of 95 kms till date and 70 kms of that driven by service ppl only to test. Knowingly mischiefs are getting played on the innoent consumer. The mother of the consumer got greviously hurt because of the start stop problem at the railway crossing and trying to get down and climb on to motorcyle in a hurry because of start stop problem and ppl hooting at the back. Shockingly insenstive behaviour from the local company officials who even after getting proofs for the problem are just busy running down the complaint. The consumer is ready for video recording to prove his complaints. And can even gaurantee to a larger extent that there is some electrical as well as air fuel mixture ratio problem other then some kick, chain and engine value problem which is knowingly being created and left unaddressed. Would like a complete REFUND of my vehicle and forget the pathetic terrible experience of being a hero company product owner and trusting an indian company product over japanese.
