Dear sir,

My name is prameela from dadi honda vizianagaram dist andhra pradesh state. i purchased honda activa 3g (ap35ad8911) on nov-2015. last 2months back my active bike heavy vibration and engine sound problem. i give a complaint to dadi honda vizianagaram show room but still now my problem not rectified. my activa bike magnet roller complete damaged and engine side sound problem. recently 3 or 4 times my activa bike give a servicing to dadi honda and i paid some money every time but still now my activa bike problem not rectified. please rectify the my activa bike problem as early as possible.

I ve bought Hero Duet at jan 2016... I have Suffered a lot of complaints regarding my vehicle till today... The latest two complaints are as follows..
a) Front Tyre Fork Bend
b) Self start complaint
I dont know when the bend was created.. but my vehicle dosen't got any accidents or any other falling issues... The service provided by Koyenco hero is also the worse. I am wishing to file a written complaint to the Consumer court.. If you accept my request, kindly do necessary actions

Sir, I Sri Hemanta Nag is a sincere costumer at Arundhati Hero Showroom, Bhawanipatna... I brought a Hero Passion Pro from said Showroom on dt 09.07.2016 on EMI( Hero Finance).. For d month of August( first EMI) I had sufficient balance in my account for due EMI deduction... But I have been fined Rs .350 unreasonably by Hero finance.. I had submitted my due cheq having sufficient balance... But its a matter of dishearting that I have been fined in spite of all supporting claims... I have consulted to Hero motors for d same, But they are showing disinterest to accept my complaint of returning my fined amount.. Even d Hero motors Staffs are not able to clarify me why I have been fined unjudiciously... I have even visited d UCO bank, D bank staffs have told me that d paid cheq has not been furnised before them.. ... I have enquired about d movement of cheq from Hero moters.. They told me that they dont know to which bank they have sent d cheq ... In this case, I have been fined Rs107 from Uco Bank, Bhawanipatna branch...Whose fault is this Sirr..I raised complaint about this, But d hero motors have showed their carelessness and threatened me saying " whatever You do, even go to Consumer forum, we cant do anything for U in this regard"...In spite of all clear-Cut provision on EMI, being a contumer, I have been Victimiseddd.. If this is d case, how a commonman like me will have faith on your admistrative mechanismmm.. Plz clarify me why I have been fined.. whose fault is dis.. is it mine or lecuna of bank or ur Herofinance.. plz clarify me... [protected]

My mobile phone number is [protected].My two wheeler number is WB 20AP-1038.I purchased a Glamour in the month of January 2016 from Hitech Motor (Prince Anwar Shah Road).When I purchased the bike a lady from the particular showroom told me that I had 100% insurance claims on fiber body...But when I came to the service centre they told me that it was a wrong information given by Hitech Hero (Prince Anwar Shah Road).I don't have 100% claims on fiber body of my two wheeler.I am a common people.I don't know so much about thsee things.But I like to know that why they (Hitech Hero-Prince Anwar Shah Road) miscomunicated me about the product.

Hi i m veerendra from unnao, u.P. My vehicle number is up35 q9126 passion pro my complain is your vishal agency worker is not work properly and his custmer is very bad.My passion pro digital meter does not work properly he says sir please goto kanpur & repair this, my passion indicator buzzer not sound approx 3-4days earlier i go to vishal agency to service my passion Pro and change the buzzer but present time there are no sound in indication...

This is to inform that we recently purchased Hero Duet Vehicle ( CHASSIS NO: MBLJF16ESFGK02617) on 9 November 2015 from SHAH MOBIKES PVT LTD located in Nazarbad, Mysore

We are not satisfied by the service and are facing following problems:

* Spare Parts of the Vehicle are not available though the vehicle was launched a year before

* We have complete, d 3 free services out of 5, in which the Crank Shaft was replaced in the 3rd service due to variation in sound in the vehicle. After it was changed the Clutch Box Oil Seal was broken and not replaced by new one, since then there is a oil leakage in the vehicle.

If the Engine of the vehicle gets seized, Who is responsible??
or else please replace us with the new vehicle.. Kindly take action as early as possible..

I bought a new hero splendor plus bike in showroom. Within two months value problem comes in bike.I complain the prblm they rectify and return the bike after 10 days same prblm comes .again I went to show room they told bore problem. They told Withinone week we change the parts. I ask then change new bike but they told never.and also they charged 50 per my complaint.

I had purchased duet scooter in january 2016.in last month an accident of my scooter took place in which following parts of my scooter are damaged 1-left panel 2-front disc 3-left mirror 4-left indicater cover and clutch. I have insurance of my scooter along with all other necessary documents. I kept my scooter for replacement of the damaged parts a month ago but still i didn't get my scooter. The scooter was purchased from g. M. Motors wardha maharashtra. Please make the necessary arrangements to get my scotter in well conditions soon. Anil wankhade ashti dist. Hello Sir,

Many bikes have been discontinued recently and all those bikes are still being displayed on your website which is very confusing to a customer who wants to purchase a new bike.

Kindly update your website such that only the bikes that are not discontinued and are currently being sold in the market are only displayed to avoid any further confusion.

I m from batala i bought mestro yesterday nd it has manufacturing defect in frnt mud gurd nd frnt look bt ur employes makes us fool i m giving full payment bt before delivery i seen these defacts bt ur employers arguments with me so drop the mestro on agency i wait 4 hrs in agency for delivery i have a question??? Have ur employers any responsibilities???

From 20 days my bike is not repaired, first they said me to wait 4 days, after that 5 days, 1 week and today they are telling me to wait for another 1 week, and that also they dont have garentee it.

I would like to inform you that I'm enable to get some of the parts of my bike. i, e back cowl of glamour and oil meter reading. I'm searching last 3 years in jamshedpur, jharkhand. But all service center in jamshedpur are just useless, they are not able to provide bike parts. Now I got irritated..
Please do needful action.

Dear sir,

I want to draw your kind attention that the motorbike (super splendor registration no up-32 gs 5432), cash purchased from sun motors, faizabad road, indira nagar, lucknow - 226016, near hal on 10th nov 2015.

I have already complaint five times to sun motors (first time on 12th nov 2015 i. e second after purchasing) but he has false tried to complies the same and failed to get it repaired.

Further the oil is leaking from the head may be physically observed.

All this problem is due to technical fault hence head may be change with the new one.

Today i gave my scooty at joshi rd, new delhi, delhi 110005 morning 11:00am and they told to do service till 5:00pm. But when i came they told me scooty os not ready actually service is not done coz they lost my service card.. I contact manger amd he told me that my scooty going to be service in 1hr.. I waited but after one hour they.. Just clean my scooty md all the problem of side mirror etc is same.. They rudely talk to. Me and my friend.. They done same with my friend scooty.. Shameless ppls working there.. Do something against manager of joshi rd, new delhi, delhi 110005 hero service center..

Ive bought ismart 110 22 days back. The bike mileage performance is worst.Till date ive filled the fuel of rs.1300 & te total kms is 804. Last time wheni filled the fuel i reset the trip meter & the total fuel was 8.5litrs & it got over in 357kms so the average is 42kms. My total traveling is 50kms per day in which highway riding is 38kms. I regret my decision to buy this piece of crap with the end of your tie up with honda you have lost your way. Hero you are such a fraud.

I m facing a huge problem of engine junk problem, shocker problem, bike starting problem etc etc etc. I sent my bike in rewari service center name virendra automobiles rewari but every time they just wash the bike only they do nothing to solve my problem.. I request you to plz see my problem coz i am facing problem... Customer is very important for any group but if customer facing problem then group or company have to solve his problem..

Sir i am an ordinary customer your company but from some i face a problem in your scooter maestro their is problem in my battery and i have in warranty period of battery and your dealer teach me to take new battery from exide dealer in muzaffarnagar and they charges me rs 200 from me so their is no benefit of your warranty

May 9 2016 ko humna duet scooty hero ki purchase ki bt june mai hi usmai patch pad gayaa puraa white colours fade ho gayaa complain register ki bt koi fayda ni plzz do someting itnaa time sai koi action nahi liyaa gayaa. Human kotadwr kai hero show room sai duet purchase kari bt itna fault agaya uska colors mai white pai patch pad gayaaa pozz change that whole part

From last month my hero h. F deluxe giving nearly 15 k. M per ltr avg mileage and it is seen from fuel indicator that fuel automatically decreases from tank. I complained again and again but the authorised dealer named paul auto mobiles address: city-rampurhat, pin no: 731224 dist: birbhum, state: w. B. Paying no responsibility at all and don't fixing the problem. They clearly states we can do nothing. Then how will i get justice claim to fix it or claim warranty in future. Even i don't claim warranty for it. At least i badly need to fix this problem and request to take action against this dealer so they solve my bike's problem or warranty claim for bike.
Please help me. I badly need the solution to fix it. I'm helpless.
I'll be highly obliged if you understand my helpless situation.
