I had purchase a HERO PASSION EXPRO from jaipur dealer in March-14.after two years a slogen is coming on my meter"SERVICE DUE" when i went to BPS Motors for erase it they told me that when will u come for service of bike, then it will be erase i[censored] don't come to us then it will be not.is this necessary to service from BPS Motors or other dealer even the free service is over why i go for service of my bike?

Purchased maestro lx on 19.10.2015 vide inv no.[protected]sinv[protected] from taranga automobiles, silchar. But, within a week i am facing problem of self start. The problem is still there inspite of two regular servicing and two extra servicing causing mental agony. Last spl servicing was done day before yesterday specifically for this problem but in vein. Today again facing the same problem. At this age of 56 years it is very difficult for me to start the scooty by kick start each and every time. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

Singla automobiles, dabri mod, ND, is not giving me my service book and i had to get my bike service from outside
They are very bad in giving servuce to customers

I am a AP state government Asst Engineer, now I am working at ELURU of West Godavari District. My duty is to inspect & execute the Drinking water orks in various villages of Pedavegi Mandal.For that purpose i have to journey about 60 Km pet day in my juridiction. In the above circumstances I have seen the local Telugu daily newspaper Enaadu with big Advt of Hero Splender ismart with features of 102 km/liter Petrol and approached your ELURU Hero motocorp dealer, he is also said that milage of 102 Km/liter Petrol with STD test condition. I have purchased Splender I smart invoice no[protected]SINV[protected] Dt.29.05.2015 with variant HSPGCDRSCCR, Engine no HA12EMFHD03552 With Chasis no MBLHA12ACFHD03818 for Rs52008 including VAT @ 14.5% Now I have utilised the 2wheeler 9500and above km and I have observed the fuel efficiency for 1 liter Petrol is only below 60 km.for spares the ignition switch is not working properly & the clutch cable seen duplicate material. As per above details I have spended more money to the less effort 2 wheeler, so kindly justify the issue & give me the best solution.

I bought a Hero Duet in the name of Rajkamal R Naraniya from Rajdeep Automobiles (P) Ltd. (Address- C.T.M Ahmedabad) authorized dealer of Hero MotoCorp Ltd.
I bought this Duet with high hopes as Hero is such is a prestigious brand but I am not satisfied with the performance of my Vehicle.
I visited your authorized service centre - Rajdeep Automobiles (P) Ltd (Address- C.T.M Ahmedabad) several times and have completed all my services which were due till date but still my problem has not been resolved.
They made the problem even worse.
I used to recommend Hero MotoCorp to my friends every time someone had to buy a two-wheeler vehicle.
But after suffering so much I will not recommend your Company even to my biggest foe. Please don’t make me regret my decision to choose Hero MotoCorp.
I have been facing following problems.

1 - Handle of my Duet Vehicle is very loose it turn anywhere autometically. Sometime its very danger to use this.
2 - Gears stuck many times and then my Vehicle sounds like a tractor.
3 - Duet sounds very badly every time it crosses the speed of 40 Km/hr. Due to this I have to change gears very early when I don’t need to.
4 - It is very unsafe to ride this duet, till date duet has bubbled three times. Almost had an accident the other day.

Whenever i visit for service even your Service Superwiser doesn't take interest in this problem and try to make me fool as i dont know any thing about Vehicle.
Please resolve my above mentioned problems permanently as soon as possible otherwise I will have to file a complaint in National Consumer Tribunal.
I will also protest on Social sites like Twitter/Facebook if proper and timely action is not taken by you.

Sir I bought a pleasure on 13/1/2013 from keerty motors secunderabad. Thrice the front panel hinges broke, since those are very delicate, which even can't bear the Hyderabad roads. I replaced twice front panel which is costing rs.1000 at a time, due to manufacturing defect in hinges attachment. I solicit suggestion in this regard

From the day i got the new hero duet from tarun motors ramamurthynagar bangalore. it has very bad suspension problem and gives too much jerks even for smallest potholes on road. i have tried another hero duet from the same showroom and it was working perfectly. so it is sure and it is also very sad that they have sold a faulty product. it is not expected from a highly reputed brand like hero. so i request for a refund/replacement for the faulty product sold to me by hero through tarun motors.

can some one please kindly help me out.

I had gave my bike for service at Varahi Motors Valetva-Anand-Gujarat.
They gave my bike by just washing from outside and did even bother to change the oil and took money for it. Next day when my bike got stuck on road and When I shown to technician, he told me no work is carried out at service. When I went back to Varahi, they treted me badly and spoke harsh words. I bet I will post as many as complain against hero motors until the company force to close the sevice station.The technician were 19 yrs old kids who didn't know much about bike parts and service. Please take action as soon as possible and try to contact me on [protected]. So that I can explain you further problems I had faced.

Every paid service charging for Nitrogen air check at K V S Auto Agencies Coimbatore Tamil Naidu, In my bill they charging for Nitrogen air check over charges.

While purchasing a Hero I Smart motor cycle from Sunny Motors, Chandi Chhack,
Cuttack I testdrived & the following defects were observed.
1)A peculiar sound is coming The Manager while applying clause.
2)Abstruction takes place while changing the gear from 2nd to 3rd.
3)Pick up is very poor.
4)Back push occurs while riding.
5)A peculiar sound produces while runs at 60 K.M.speed.It is felt that a next gear requires beyond 4th gear.
6)It does not run smoothly.
I put forth above defects before the Manager-in-charge of maintenance, Servicing & Workshop of Sunny Motors.The Manager gave me assurance that all the above
defects will be rectified at the time of 1st servicing.The 1st servicing was done at 750 K.M.But no defects were rectified.The motor cycle was washed, changed
the engine oil only.No other operation was done as mentioned on the reverse side of 1st servicing card.He obtained the customer signature before the servicing.After 1st servicing the mileage is not satisfactory.I purchased the Hero I Smart as per the attractive performance of the advertisement of Hero Company & assurance of the Manager of Sunny Motors.But it is baseless
assurance.
Now I am waiting for the advertisement norms of the Company. The defects may kindly be rectified within a fortnight, otherwise I will take the shelter of Consumer Forum.I feel very sorry for the misbehavior of the Work shop of the workshop staff of Sunny Motors except Manager.I am waiting for Company"s
perfect rectifications.

My Hero xtreme sport registration no. UP14CU8359 After Purchasing the bike within 1 month & 2908KM engine was open due to manufacturing fault Gear shifting problem .I had showed this bike to hero workshop Noida uppal motor sec 10 where I had baught it 3-4 times they change a gear but the problem is not shot out. please solve my problem fastly.

I have a hero maestro from since last 3 years whose no is mh30-ah-9270 but from last two times i am giving my maestro to manav motors for paid servicing.But manav motors service centre giving lots of probleme for servicing the vheicle.I have changed fuel cock two mnths earlier but in 2 mnths my fuel cock again damaged and i loose the store petrol in petrol tank. I jogi hanumanthu.i purchased a hero super splendor bike from hero showroom at ring road near mehdipatnam, hyderabad with retail invoice no[protected]SINV[protected] ON 07/10/2015.The showroom officials gave false statements that this bike gives 60-70 kmpl mileage. but it is giving only 40-45kmpl from the purchase onwards .I reported the same thing with them in the first service itself.there is poor response from showroom officials. so kindly keeping this in view please book a complaint and take action on them to refund my amount or get it repaired to get maximum mileage.

I purchased hero maestro edge on Feb-2016. There is whistling noise from silencer when bike stop. dealer could not solve this problem. dealer- baba motors- baliapal.

I am purches a HERO MESTRO scooty from DHUBRI SHOEROOM... but after 2 month I known that my scooty was sell to another customer by onoter showroom of HERO MOTOR Corp. the company cheat me. so I think if HERO MOTOR Corp take no nessery action otherwise I go to POLICE station agaist the above Company and above Shoeroom...

I have purchase new activa edge from sub diller sree sai auto manglia indore, i have complain 5 times for self problem and also given my scooty for ractifying this issuee 8 times to delar but not problem not solve .show me the way

and i am sorry to say but your dealer service is not good i taught that hero motocop is a really a big brand but this is not true i clam that you b'coz you have to aware for your customer response i just want to tell you i am not going to recommence my to any body for hero product bcoz after sale service is really a bad service.
I am also working in automobiles but i have never seen this type of poor service i had already registered compliance in your costumer service but they are not very much series about this plz tell me how can i suggest to buy hero product
i clam for insurance but service adviser is saying that product is not available i clam on-07/11/2015 this is really a long time plz do something otherwise i will go consumer court.
