Hi All,

I am Debasis and i put up in Bangalore. Purchased a brand new karizma R 2012 model, after selling my other brand new vechile YAMAHA , since i trust on Hero Honda and Hero MotoCop as well. I am being told by showroom sales man, i will be provided with excellent service before the vehicle delivered to me and i purchased the vehicle by paying full cash. I am done with my first servicing and ran the vechile for around 1100 KM on today's date. Let me come to the main point, The type of service i am being provided with i.e. the worst quality service i never come across in my entire bike riding career / experience. The service of YAMAHA was not good in Bangalore for which i sold my brand new YAMAHA bike in just 5 months by losing more than 30, 000 INR and move ahead for HERO HONDA network. Service center people does not know how to behave with their customers and they are rough. I lost few not and bolt after the service which has been noticed by me and reported but the servicing center supervisor is not ready to agree at all. Scratches on vechile after the service delivery.

Problems reported by me:

1.Engine heating problem has not yet resolved even after reported three times.
2.Tapit / Engine sound keep on increases which SC people can not able to resolve.
3.Fork and Handle sound reported 3 times and no results as of now.
4.Gear shifting issues.
5.Sound from front disc which has not yet resolved.
6.Rough behavior by the service supervisor. PN: I have extended engine warranty up to 5 years and also have good life card. Just one question to HERO MOTOCOP ? Will the EXTENDED ENGINE WARRENTY really help the customers after the type of worst quality services by HERO SC.

7.Handle and Fork bent of my bike by the 3rd GRADE and IDIOTIC service center people and the mechanics available in one of the HH SC are really unprofessional and skilled less laborers.

8. SC Supervisors are not ready to accept that their mechanics !!!.... OH I M SRY THEIR SKILLED LESS STUPIDS had bent my bikes handle and fork.

    i have hero honda CBZ extreme Reg. no. HR06T1139. I have given order of bikes wizer and some other parts on 19/05/2012. my bike is not in running condition from that date but the suvidha hero agency in panipat not give me proper service. Even after passing more than one month they not repair my bike.

    Hi,
    I am the owner of X-treme newly launched model.
    I brought this bike from Sehgal Autoriders, Pune, Maharashtra on 1/11/2012.
    I have payment receipts with me.
    I paid the downpayment at that time and the remaining payment made by the bank after 2 days.

    At that time showroom dealer promissed me to provide passing and all other documents within 1 week.

    Now almost 2 months passed and still i haven't got any single document for the bike.

    I nearly spent 2000 rs for the sake of documents on these people. I am not sure for what they took this money.

    Right now i am not getting proper response also from these people.
    I have also complained this to your Pune customer service center, but getting no response.

    I am going to log complaint in consumer forum against this showroom people and your pune customer service center.

      Hello,

      I am Jeevan. I had purchased Hero Passion pro two weeks back. I have a lots of problem with this bike.

      1) The pick is very worst,Its getting off ver soon.After the engine gets heated up then it is working properly.
      2) My bike's engine is getting heated up .For 4-5 km the engine is getting heated up.

      Hero passion pro — Unbalance handle

      When I ride my bike in 50km/hr speed handle of bike is vibrating. I bought this bike from 'Union Motors, Bistupur on June,2012. I went to 'Union Motors' service center two times to solve this problem. But they are unable to solve my problem. My registration no.: JH 05AP 5171
      I went to Narverum, Adityapur to solve this problem. They are also unable to solve this problem and harass me.

      Regading issuing of motor vechile no

      I bought a bike (glamor)on 11/3/2016.they given me the no of my vechile on same day but after inquiry it was found that the same no was registerd on name ofsanjeev singh.when contacted they said that it was fault on their side but they dont no the solution.

        My bike has the starting trouble from the time i bought my bike. The bike hes been serviced two times still they are not finding any resolution for that.
        My self Gyanendra Kumar Behera owner of Hero Honda Passion Pro vehicle bearing regd no OR 07 V 8137. On date 22/06/2012 I had serviced my vehicle at your Laxmi Motors Dharma Nagar, 5th lane Berhampur Ganjam, Odisha service Station.I had told all the problems of my vehicle to your service personel and he had recorded all the problems in the job card bearing job card no HMCGL Card No:[protected] dated 22/06/2012 deposited my vehicle at 10.30am and received my serviced vehicle at 5 pm. after paying Rs704/- towards service charge and oil change cost. but after servicing one new problem (i.e. sound in regular interval from engine) is now coming from vehicle. Mine is a one year old vehicle with total running kilometer 7400approx. This is the servicing type your company is providing to the customer. If the company is taking fixed service charges from the customer and we are not bargaining with your company then is not it the duty of the company to provide a perfect service to its customer. I have given my motorcycle to the servicing station for around 7 hours.I have not enough time to again deposit my motorcycle for service if some damage happened to the engine of my vehicle who will be responsible for it. For your kind information I am using your company'vehicle from 1998 June to till date 01/07/2012(SPLENDOR FROM JUNE 1998 TO NOVEMBER 2010 AND PASSION PRO FROM NOVEMBER2010 ONWARDS)

          I Have purchased a c b z extreme from dealer B M ENTERPRISES DHANGU ROAD PATHANKOT. The behaviour of the dealer was too rude and erratic, i was asked to go from one showroom to another of the same dealer to get delivery of the bike, also they did not have the facility of photocopy and i was told buluntly that " HERO KI BIKE LENI HAI TO AISA HI HOGA".
          dealer of hero moto corp of ambikapur, distt. surgja, chhattisgarh. dealer are behave rude and bike will not running well starting problem.
          and i am not satisfied.

            I went for my 1st servicing of my Hero Honda Glamour in Aher Auto (Kalyan West) where I was cheated by the flawless attitude of the service center management. I had a problem with the right hand side handle of the bike. The problem was never corrected by the people there moreover when I
            showed them that they started arguing with me. There is an Mafia environment in the service center even the manager has the same attitude. I would like you to look in the matter. Also I would like to say all the people that do not buy any bike from Aher Auto Kalyan.

              Sakshi Motors, The only Hero Moto Corp Dealership in Tinsukia are taking all customers for a ride. First of all , if you are planning to purchase a bike from this dealership, do so at your own peril. They will charge you Rs 3000 to 4000 extra.saying its for accesories. And these are accesories you can easily purchase from other shops at a fraction of the price. There customer service is hopelessly bad. You just need to stand around the dealership...

              I wish I could introduce myself as a “proud” owner of a six-month-old Herohonda Karizma ZMR, which i cant.

              The vehicle came along with its problems. I can’t help saying this; it rested in the service center more than I have driven it.

              The problems I face are;

              - It gets switched off while driving
              - The maximum speed I get is 30 km/hr.
              - Moreover the humiliation I face at the service center.

              Having watched with longing how TVS champ can over take me; I often feel it is better to walk than take the bike.

              Experts from service centers at Kollam and Anchal have not been able to do anything about the complaint.

              Taking all these into consideration, I have no desire to use the vehicle at all. Please do the needful to trade this for a new one, failing which legal procedures will be initiated

                Dear Sir,
                I purchased a bike CBZ-Xtreme (CG 13H 4617) from raigarh (Chhatisgarh).
                Its float pin got damaged and now it is not available.
                I lodged a complaint and gave the order for a new one. But still after 25 days, they have not placed an order for the same and saying that come and place another order. My bike is standing idle for more than a month.
                When i call them for line up, either they dont pick the call or cut the phone and switch it off in the middle of call.
                This is the worst service of any company i've encountered.

                Please sort out the problem for god sake goodwill of your company.

                    I am kapil nandwana from kota (raj.). through this I want to bring in your knowledge about the product quality of vehicle ie.CBZ Xtreme.

                    I purchased it on the 17th of January 2011. There was problem of handle bubbling and visor damage. I want to tell u that this problem is persisting since I purchased this bike. I introduced these problems in the Hero Honda workshop. The first visor was damaged within fifteen minutes when the bike was purchased the workers changed that visor at the same time.
                    and day by day new problem comes in bike as

                    1. The lower part of chain cover broken.

                    2. The colour of my bike faded.(last July month)

                    3. Iron rod of clutch wire attached to the body. ( September )

                    4. upper part of chain cover broken

                      Hello, gud evning sir i am yogesh from jaipur yesterday(1.4.2012) i went to buy a hero bike at supreme motors at trans port nagar jaipur. i surprised to see the management of supreme motors. they don't give the good services as we know the hero services.there is no person to attend the customer, and some persons are there they very bed. i want to buy a splendor pro self start in black color, and for that purpose i called to supreme motors and assure that splendor pro self start in black color is available or not, they tell me that come to hear and get the bike. then i reached there and i asked where is the bike they tell me go in the basement and find the bike and then see it. There was no splendor pro. after that they tell me we have the bike at our shoo room, wait for the bike only 10mints. i was waiting for the bike but after 1 hours i asked to the person where is the bike they tell me sir bike is coming in 2 mints again after 1 hour i asked where is the manager.
                      They said me there is no manger if you want to buy bike wait or get out of and i find manager is seating in the showroom in the ac room. so i want to know how can you authorized supreme motors as a authorized hero bike dealer. I am requesting to you that please ask to the supreme motors about and ask to the manager what is he doing there he only seating.
                      And when I said I am going then they told ok get out. and finally I bought Bajaj discover and then compare the service of supreme motors and Bajaj motors . Bajaj motors give me very very good services.and I think supreme motors have many customer so they are not interested to get new customers. So please tell what action will you take because I don’t want that any customer surfers problem as I surfer. Otherwise I will go in consumer court.

                        With regards,i am Gangadhar Dash, the owner of hero Honda pleasure ( OR 02 BQ 2203). i bought my scooter(pleasure) from your dealer ROHAN HERO from bhubaneswar.Iwas having problem in my scooter battery (exide) . i went to the workshop for free servicing on 28 .03 .2012..The mechanic said that the battery was damaged & needs to be replaced.But the manager said you have to bring it by yourself or give us 100 rupees to bring it.
                        So kindly consider my plea for necessary action for which i will be grateful to you.

                          ,MONTH OF Mfg. 2010, CHAS IS NUMBER MBLKC12ECAGM17322,ENGINE NUMBER
                          KC12EBAGM17313.

                          I BOUGHT IT FROM BAZPUR BRANCH OF ( MEHROTRA ENTERPRISES, RAMNAGAR ROAD,
                          KASHIPUR )

                          1 FOUND UNDER MENTIONED MANUFACTURING PROBLEM WITH MY BIKE FROM AFTER ONE MONTH FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

                          2. HUMMING PROBLEMS IN THE BIKE, WHICH WAS NOT FULLY REPAIRED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE.

                          3. DAMAGE IN CHASIS. . WHICH WAS NOT REPAIRED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT REPORTED ACCIDENTAL,WHICH i FULLY DISAGREE.THE SNAPS ARE ATTACHED HEREWITH FOR YOUR KIND REFERENCE.

                          4. SPEEDOMETER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. LAHORY TRADERS RUDRAPUR HAS REPLACED METER 8 TIMES AND MANIPULATED IN MENTIONING KM TO 8990 KM WHICH IS NOT CORRECT.



                          YOU ARE REQUESTED TO IMMEDIATELY LOOKINTO THE MATTER AND DO NEEDFULL IN THIS MATTER OTHERWISE I WILL BE FORCED TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM FOR FURTHER ACTIONS.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am sathish from chennai, i have purchased a hero honda CBZ extreme from sri srinivasa automobiles - chrompet, chennai - Tamil Nadu. I had a very bad experience with the dealer.

                              I have booked a above said vehicle on 05th dec 2011 and paid 1000rs as advance and they said vehicle will be delivered within 40 days. But they failed to delivered the bike. I was keep on tracking them over phone and person many times, but there is no proper responce from the employees of the shop. Finally on 25th Jan 2012 i went to the shop again and they told me to pay the full amount of the bike and the vehicle will be delivered within a week. But that also has not been done. Finally on 21st Feb 2012, they delivered the bike without rear view mirrors, tool kit, foot rest, service booklet, waranty book. But they said that all these items will be delivered within a week. Till today (11th Mar 2012) they have not provided the accessories. But i went to the shop heal a lot of times, but an employee of the shop name Magesh, his behaviour was very very very very rude and using abusive language to me. And one more guy of the shop michel. Their both attitude was soo discusting and their behaviour is like a anti social elements. I dont know why the company is hiring like this kind of third rate fellows. And i requesting you to deliver the above said accessories to my place asap. Other vise i have to take a legal action against the dealer and very strong complaint against the two employees mentioned. Kindly revert with a favorable reply.

                              Hero Motocorp — silencer sound

                              have sevice my bike MSK Mottors ERODE

                              Last sevice my bike silencer is produced sume unwant sound coming,i told the service boys not stoped the
                              sound last two sevice,then complent the service incharge also not respnose,So salve the silencer sound.
                              MSK motors worst level of service and rude behaviours of people in deptt.

                              Hero Motocorp — Product Defective & poor response

                              We have bought a hero Passion PRO at HAYATHNAGAR branch. But some defects were indentified & next day morning bike was shown to them, T/R was not issued & they are attacking us on asking for replacement(there was a large gap between the petrol tank & side doom)......
                              I have booked for hunk at Sri Srinivasa automobiles, Chennai on 28th Dec 2012. They told it is required more than one month to get the vehicle, and I have payed 20000 and told me that pay rest of the amount at the time of delivery. I got a call from them on Jan end, and they are asked the rest of the amount, but they did not tell about the delivery. Next week I went there, I thought vehicle is ready to deliver just pay and get it. But when I went there they told they sold it for someone else. Need to wait 10 more days, and told me to pay the amount that time. I had 20 000 by cash and rest of the amount by credit card. Then they said, their card swiping machine is under repair cant accept card. I went again by next week (feb 21) and payed 76100. But still I did not get vehicle, They wont attend the pone calls, when I go there shop was closed. Later I called customer care, they told that normally for hunk in Chennai, it can be delivered with in two three days, but I’m still waiting for that from december 28th onwards. I want a very urgent solution for this. If tey cant deliver, need to refund it. I will buy it from any other dealer. Please update as soon as possible. why hero moto corp is given dealership to guys like this to make head ache to the public. Please update me as soon as possible.

                              Last 10 days the shop room is in closed state.

                              Later the shop is opened, and I asked for a refund, they accepted it and now not giving cheque, says tomorrow/day after tomorrow like that... still now no cheque .. please cancel their dealership..
                              At last they payed back the whole amount...
                              thanks God...
                              Now I am going to consult a good dealer, which is referred by the regional manager of Hero Moto corp.

                              I booked a Splendor pro bike in sri srinivasa automobiles on 07/01/2012 (File No:1650) by giving Rs 10, 000 and they told I can get the bike after 1 month.I also accepted and waited til 1 month, but after 1 month i called them and enquired about the bike but they dragged the days, but they havent delivered the bike upto now.Its nearly three months over and I havent got the bike.If I call them, they wont attend the call and also if i went to the showroom and enquire only one guy will be sitting there and he will tell that he is from finance and so he doesn't know anything.Like this nearly 20 to 30 times I went to the showroom, but no one to respond.Most of the time the showroom is closed.

                              Neither they are not giving the money back nor deliverying the bike.

                              What can i do.Weather i can do any legal proceedings against tem.Please anyone suggest.
                              Here I explain my experience

                              A booking amount of Rs. 20, 000/- was paid in cash on 28th December, 2011 but even after a month no delivery was made. On the contrary, the full amount was asked for in order for the delivery to be made. On 21st February, I paid the full amount i.e Rs. 76, 100/- in cash for a Hunk with double disk and was assured of delivery within another 3 days. This period was extended by another 3 days.On enquiring after this given period, I found that the showroom had been shut down and no phone calls were being received.

                              On contacting the Chennai Area Sales Manager, Mr. Kiran Kumar I was informed that it takes hardly 3 days to deliver a Hunk bike in Chennai. After he made a call to the dealer, I was told that the bike will be delivered the next day but the same story was repeated all over again and I am still waiting for the bike to be delivered.

                              I was finally given a cheque for Rs. 76, 100/- towards the refund of my money on 20 March 2012 but the same bounced and led to Rs. 336/- being charged by the bank, thus bringing my total loss to Rs. 76, 436/-

                              Thereafter, I approached both the dealer and the company innumerable times but neither has the bike ordered for been delivered nor has my money been refunded.

                              Yesterday I have sent a written complain to Hero Moto Corp- Delhi. If they do not respond in the next 2 weeks, need to goto consumer court.
                              I heard that around 70 people, this customer has cheated. For past couple of weeks, showroom was closed but last Monday onwards...they are again running the business:) who is the next unlucky going to feel the pain of loosing money:)

                              sir this is shashidhar i have serviced my bike at sri lakshmi motors in karmanghat they have charged me 340 rs & when i did it in same showroom at habsiguda hero showroom it was only 280rs like these they ar cheating some thousand's of people

                              hi i hv hero honda ZMR the first 3 service i done in different place of hero honda service center .of ORISSA.. .but when come to ROURKELA sevice center.i fell my bike getting worst every time of service .THE STAFF SEEMS TO BE UNTRAINED FOR zmr or LAZY TO SEVICE FOR ZMR .
                              I have serive my bike from NH4 Wheels service center pune maharashtra. I had worst experience while dealing with. The expected delivery time had mentioned at 2PM whereas the bike get delivered on 5PM meanwhile I have tried to contact them. But none of them were responding to call. Bike get delivered with few issues that had been not resolved and since the working time almost over for them, they even hasn't ready to pay attention.

                              I have purchased a hero mastro scooty from Brijesh automobiles arwal, bihar in 2015. After expiry of approx 3 years owner book of my two wheeler has not been received till date.
                              Inspite of repeated requests/ liasion made with the dealer not provided my owner book.

                              I have been cheated by Karnavati Auto_Ahmedabad .In the month june'18 they have either not replaced my splendor enginee or used some duplicate parts while replacement and now within 4 month problem has arised for engine. I am sure their technician team is much junior to handle major jobs and seems I have made big mistake by giving my bike for repair in this centre. I have paid Rs.12500 for full engine replacement, Rs.2500/- for other repairs and Rs.1000 for annual maintainance contract. Today on 4th november'18, i have resubmitted bike for repair. I want either refund of my all amount paid to them with interest or replacement of engine having minimum 5 year warranty including oil changing charges for these 5 years.

GJ16AQ9766 to SHREE RANG SERVICES 123 Dudheshwar Society, opp.iocl petrol pump, near mahaveer hall ajwa road vadodara-390019 on 16.05.2019 and paid Rs.4120 against service charge and for the parts replaced .i always used to go alternate day to the service centre for the different problems.when i contacted today on 14.06.2019 the service centre person asked me to open the engine and minimum cost for that is Rs.12 to 14 thousand in addition that for the replacement of any parts additional amount will be charge.they ask me the oil in the engine is emptied, however the oil of the engine was changed on 16.05.2019, so it is necessary to open the engine.can it be possible within one month the oil will be empty.i had purchase the vehicle fron ANAS MOTOR ANKLESHWAR on 2011 .regular services was done by this company. and no problem came in the vehicle before giving vehicle to this agency.such type of agency defaming the image of hero motor.
                              I therefore request you to look the matter seriously and oblised. attached the bill.

                              I went to hero showroom of Purulia(WB) to check the Self start of bike as self was not working they open the self, first they said to change carbon of self afterward they said to purchase a new self, as the person who open the self broke the parts inside self, he was not a good technician, so I have to purchase the new self of bike,

                                I have purchased Hero motor corp Glamour vehicle from Vasant Automobile near old bus stand Ghaziabad on 10 Feb 2012.As on now i have run vehicle around 600 KM only.while driving the vehicle i have observed abnormal noise in engine side.On schedule servicing i have provided vehicle to service center for 1st service on 26 Feb 2012.Service Engineer has told me that vehicle has so many problems i.e. Engine chamber need to change, there is no oil circulation hole in vehicle etc and than Service Engineer has dis-mental all engine assembly parts during servicing without my permission.Now Service Engineer/ Service center is extended vehicle providing date after date.


                                During this period i have faced many problems such as major time/money wastage.I have already complaint this to regional service office,service center for same and still unable to get sufficient answer.


                                It,s a blender mistake from Hero motor corps,Please resolve the issue asap.Now I want to replace my vehicle.

                                Hero moto — Forcefully change engine oil

                                Hello,

                                I just moved to Noida, I have visited hero service center in sector 9.
                                I gave my passion pro bike for service, when service man was making estimation
                                Cost of service, he told me that estimation cost will be Rs. 450, he told me that
                                This cost is also included engine oil cost Rs. 250, I said that I recently change my
                                Engine oil last month, but he said that this is rule in this service center, so you need to
                                Change it. I talked to manager of that center he said same thing and he was asking that
                                What is proof that you have changed engine oil last month? You show me receipt of engine oil.
                                I said that I do not have receipt, so he was saying that then you go to that service center were you
                                Changed oil, we will not do your bike service. He was talking do rudely, my god I can't believe that
                                These kind of people are working in hero brand. I was very happy with hero service till
                                Now, but this noida service center make me sad. I hope some one will take action against this center & specially
                                With manager, he was behaving like goverment officer, not giving proper answer also. God will save other people from these kind of pathetic center.

                                  I took my bike for my last service on 26/02/2012.As per the last service which was done at 15th Nov 2011(100 days before this service) I was supposed to have this as a fre service but they said that the bike is purchased 1.5 years later so the system will not accept and I have to make it a paid one.

                                  Could you please have an investigation and let me know why this is the case.

                                      Iam a customer using your Karishma ZMR vehicle since 6 months. I don’t have a single good experience regarding this vehicle. I have fed up so much with this. I have bought this vehicle from Calicut Koyenko Mobikes. Iam very sorry to say that my first experience regarding your service being lendered to me was pathetic. I experience a sudden break down in the first month of purchase. When I called the customer service they told me that they cant lender me any help at the present location and I have to carry the vehicle to their Kannur showroom which is nearly 25 kms from my home location.
                                      With my own expence I carried the vechicle to that place. They kept my vehicle for one month and gave it back to me and at that time I had ensured them that no more trouble should be experienced as such in future. Iam very busy with my day to day business and I have no time to run behind these stupid issues. I was supposed to suggest this vehicle to my friends but now I can tell you very clearly that I wont do such big mistake.
                                      This is my 3rd month after that service and again my vehicle is in complaint ( ie., the fuel injecting motor has stopped working) . When I called up the service centre they told that they would call me back but din’t get any response till this time.. I called up your Delhi customer desk today morning ie. 17/ 2/ 2012 and got the same reply from them.I cant take my vehicle the showrooms any more.Please help me

                                      I AM AFROZ SOYAN, I HAVE PURCHASED PASSION PRO FROM AHER AUTO (P) LTD SYNDICATE MURBAD ROAD, KALYAN(W) 421301 ON 15 SEPT 2011.SINCE THEN MY FRONT WHEEL IS WOVELLING AND I HAD INFORMED THE SAME TO AHER AUTO AND AFTER INSPECTION THEY TOLD ME THAT WE DONT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF TYRES AND BATTERY. THEN THEY ASKED ME TO GO TO APPRX. 50 KM AWAY TO A TVS VENDOR TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I CALLED UP THE TVS VENDOR AND DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM WITH HIM BUT HE SAID YOU SHOULD COME ON MONDAY BETWEEN 12 TO 3 PM.I TOLD THE SAME TO SALES TEAM OF AHER AUTO BUT THEY DID N'T CO-OPERATE ME ALSO I ASKED THEM TO TAKE TO GENERAL MANAGER BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO SO. AS I HAD PURCHASED THE BIKE FROM HERO AUTHORISED DEALER ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AT YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER. WHILE DRIVING A BIKE ABOVE 40 KMPH MY FRONT WHEEL STARTS WOVELLING AND IT COULD LEAD TO AN FATAL ACCIDENT. ALSO TWO THREE TIMES I LOOSE MY BALANCE AND COULD HAVE MET WITH AN ACCIDENT. SO ANYTHING GOES WRONG WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME.
                                      SO CONSIDER THE MATTER ON HIGH PRIORITY BASIS AND KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST

                                      from there service department can not solve my problem of first time starting problem.
                                      even though they are not check my betray is ok or not they just do superficial wash and give back.

                                      We have purchase the bike in the begning of October, 2011 of Hero Splender, We have face starting problems at 7250 KM, we are going for authorised dealer M/s Shivalik Automobiles at Kalka Distt. Panchkula (Haryana) for solution of such problems . He told me that fuel injection motor are not working & carbon in carbrator has affixed and some gasket & value kit with granding the parts. That is the oil & engine problems and charge the amounting of Rs. 522 vide bill no. 3161 dated 06.09.2012 incluing service tax of Rs. 9/- so our complaint is that:-

                                      1. Dealer has not mention the service tax number as well as Tin no. on bill book which is mandatory of all the dealers
                                      2. Such party has charge the amount but engine & its related parts are under the warranty, can dealer has charge the amount.
                                      3. Can dealer has charge the service tax which out mentioned the service tax number on bill.

                                      Pls confirm & do the needful

                                      I have purchased Hero Ignitor in Feb 13 from Lakshmi Motors. I am facing the Crackling noise in Engine right from 1st Service.

                                      I told the same to Service team but they couldn't rectify it.
                                      I was told CrankShaft bearings problem when i went to 2nd service and they said they changed it but still the problem did not solve.

                                      When I went to third service I still complained about the same problem and they said they have placed the order for two parts namely Shaft Comp Cam, Arm Comp Valve on 5th June 2013, Today Jul 1st and its been 25 days and I did not receive even a call from them about any update.

                                      I personally went to them thrice and called for about ten times but they say the same PART DID NOT RECEIVED it should come from DELHI.

                                      I want to complain about Mr. Prasada Rao from Lakshmi Motors in Rajbhavan Road. He is so careless and least bothered and very bad attitude when dealing with customer(me).

                                      When I asked him where to complain at high level management so that they can deliver the problem/part quickly, he says even if you complain to high level management they should call me only once again.

                                      I wouldn't mind taking it to any Level. I need the bike to be New and Perfect.

                                      I still do not understand how come a NEW BIKE has a Problem in ENGINE at this very early stage. Do I get the complete ENGINE get replaced.

                                      Kindly do your Best ASAP.

                                      I purchased Hero Maestro on[protected] From Guru Kirpa Auto (Selling Dlr Code: 10723, Dhanbad, Engine Number – JF32AADGE16497 AND VIN: MBLJF32ABDGE16399. From the next day only I started getting complains from the Maestro. When I went to the showroom they ignored my complain and said that they will repair it only in the first free service. I kept that faulty Maestro (poor mileage, rear shock absorber not working, the tires are jammed). In the first service my problem was not solved, and whenever I go to the showroom they ignore and tell to come the next day and this is going on. Frustrated, I complained to the Hero MotoCorp Ranchi office ([protected]). But they too did not respond. Even after I complained through FAX to company’s head office I didn’t get I response. This type of attitude is least expected from a company like Hero. I regret for buying Maestro where no respect given to the customer.

Then I went to the GURU KRIPA AUTO on 12-09-13 and they made job card no. –[protected]RJC[protected], some people ( mechanic, supervisor and head supervisor – Mr. Arvind ) checked my Maestro and said ‘take the gate pass and go’. And my Maestro is still faulty. This type of attitude is least expected from a company like Hero. I regret for buying Maestro where no respect is given to the customer. It seems like Honda Activa is much better than Maestro in terms of respecting the customer.

                                      I bought bike in the year 21 February 2016 but yet have'nt recvd rgistration copy from RTO - Indore. Pls look into the above matter as now every time, I have to pay penelty to Traffic Police.
