      I bought new Splendor bike on after riding few kilometers I came to know that bike is giving missing pumps while riding and suddenly stops. After first incident I visited to the dealership and asked about them for the problem but they said that it will be fine after first service. After riding few more kilometers and and facing the same problem during that time, I visited workshop fir first service and said them to solve the problem. On the same day they delivered the vehicle after service and said that vehicle is OK now but while riding to my village and crossing the vehicles same problem arised and this time I just saved my life by towing the bike with my hand to other side of the road as big truck was coming from behind and at that time bike was stopped in middle of the road. At the same moment I called to the manager (Surender) and told him about the incident, he assured to resolve the problem again and asked me to take the vehicle on the workshop on next day. As communicated, i visited the workshop on next day with vehicle and asked them to solve the issue and that time they said that there is a problem of RPM and they are solving it with the machine and later they hand over the vehicle to me, but till date I am facing the same problem and and risking my life everyday while riding the bike, because I am a middle class person and hardly own a bike means that dealer will harrass me like that and will not solve the problem. Same problem is facing by one of my friend Rohtash Godara in his new bike and he is also suffering fro mthis pain.
      You are hereby kindly requested to please look into the matter and do the needful so that I can have a good vehicle.

          Regarding fuel pump warranty issue

          We purchage a hero honda deluxe bike in May 2021. Now bike's fuel pump fuel pump in warranty peeoiod.but service center charged fuel pump prices 2574/-
          Please solve this issue

          I'm from BENGALURU. Since 6 years I'm running Hero Passion Xpro bike. I bought this from Max Motors Rajkumar Road BENGALURU. Every time I'm facing bad service from this dealer. They won't service correctly. They only look to change the parts unnecessarily for making money

            Recently had my bike servicing in palakonda hero showroom on December 28, I told him about the bike complaints but did not resolve them. The engine automatically stops when closing the clutch and brake while the bike is running. and readings and service instructions are not adjusted, And bike front area plastic screws are not fixing

              I have booked hero xpulse 200 4V at southernhero showroom medavakkam, During the booking I have choosen bike colour white and blue, waited one month after one month showroom people said red colour only available sir if you need white you have to wait another 2 months, so i accepted the red colour, now they are telling it was pending with RTO APPROVAL, if you don't want wait please cancel the bike we will return amount by check, this is way of handling customer,

              Already two month gone still waiting for delivery,

              Already i have registered a complaint with hero they simply forwarded the complaint to showroom again the same show room people contacted and closed the ticket without delivering bike, i have paid 80 percentage of money in advance,

                  Hereby I Vishnu Ahuja Want To Complaint Against Hero Service Gandhidham Branch Workshop Manager & Whole Team Due To His Poor Pathetic Service Regarding My New Bike Facing Issue In Self Start, Kick Start Issue & Many Other Minor Problems Brake Chain Whenever I Give Vehicle I Am Not Satisfied With this 3rd Class Service, , its just 10th month running & facing such issues 1 whole year also not complete

                      This is my third visit to the service agency of hero motor Corp for the third service and the servicing charge is too much high even the paid service cost less than their free service the servicing cost is 890 and my bike is running fine and there is no problem but the service center is adding unnecessary things I don't know why

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have purchased the Hero Passion Pro from Singla Hero Agency. I gave my bike details below:

                                I have a few complaints about the staff's behavior and the service that requires your attention.
                                1. I keep visiting Singla for my bike service regularly. Every time, when I call them to book my appointment they ask me to come directly after insisting as I am working and I have to take off from the office. After explaining these details, they book my appointment. Above all, when I arrive at the service station for bike service, I had to wait for a long. The above point is of the previous cases.

                                2. I called singla agency on Jan 21, the call is answered by Mr. Sanjay and He talked to me very rudely with me and then cut the call and did not book my appointment.

                                3. Later, I received a call from the agency to book my appointment. Now today (Jan 10, 2022), I visited the agency at the scheduled time (ie: 1:30PM). I got my bike washed at 0210 PM, after that I kept on waiting for the person to come to take my bike for service. The agent came at 0400 PM (after 02 hrs approximately) after I talked to Sandeep Bhardwaj. If he is not there I may have to wait for another unknown span of time.

                                This is the very unprofessional way in the agency that I faced. Do you guys only speak politely or give services timely when we have to buy a new vehicle otherwise you are not bothered to talk to your clients politely. Once they have bought the vehicle, you have no responsibility of service towards your customers.

                                    I have placed my glamour bike for first servicing on 09/01/2022 in morning 8.55, first issue is service center opening timing is given i.e. 8.30 at morning but no any staff was available on the same time. next mr akash has attended me and collected my for service purpose at that time no any issue has placed by me, and akash has confirmed that bike will be released between 12-1 pm itself, but no any call or msg received from the company/service center to confirm about completion of servicing. unfortunately by 4.25 pm i have started to call numbers given on job card i.e. [protected] and [protected] both numbers are ringing multiple time but no one has responded to the call, several times the call on waiting but no any recall done from staff side, after all at 5.47 ( which is nearby closing time of service center) tele caller madam received the call and after asking the status of servicing of my bike she handover call to akash then also he said that he is not aware about the service status, and within a minute he said the bike is just completed and you can come to collect the same. when i asked him that no any call initiated from your side or while i am calling to given number on job cards no one is responding he said we didn't received a single call from your side, it was shocking for me. also at the time of collect bike i have asked name of employee who is handling tele calling, but he denied very rudely and left his place by over the situation to bill desk. the concern is only if these people handling further process then why should customer have to call, why they are not serving properly, also on the name of free service they charged me 510 rs. which is not free. yes there might be charges of oil changing which can applicable, but oil costing also not 510 rs per liter, even they made changes in my bikes clutch setting without any prior intimation, average all the worst experience that was, really disappointing . never recommend about lakshya wheel to any single contact of mine.
