My new bike is not taking pickup efficiently, it has visited to the Hero Authorized workshop for five times but the problem is as it was it didn't resolve yet

        My bike is spoiling I took 10 times to the showroom I visited it butt there is not even a man dealer. After that I gave bike to them for 1 month I gave bike to them and these people behave didn't get it right.My bike stops moving ever bike race is more ever bike race is less ever bike race stops in traffic

          With reference to above mentioned subject i hereby state i have buyed hero passion gj12ef7394 pptic in no.2266 dt 17.10.2020.

          But very sorry to say that hero passion big brand is neither self start nor kick start.Complaint is old six months has been passed but unsolved.This creates ery big problem in traffic point.But there is no solution from workshop(gandhidham-370201)
          today i am submitting for servicing with service coupon no.511597, selling dir code 10286 dos17.10.2020 gj12ef7394.This is my 5th and last service hopefull my service is to be solved finally.

            I had purchased a new scootey Destiny 125 from authorized show room of hero in Hapur. And all its services was done at their authorized service center but after driven 15000 KM i am suffering from problem of Engine.
            Even I used to make all its services @ authorized service center. But got shocked when service i went for service after driven around 15000 KM engine oil was missing in engine. Service advisor has said that some part seal...

            On 27th November 2021, I visited K.S Automobiles service center Rangpuri, Mahipalpur-110037 for routine service in my scooty.
            They told me that there is so many issue and damage parts, so leave it for a day tomorrow we will arrange original parts from shop, and you can take it tomorrow EOD.
            When i came next day evening at service center, they charged Rs.4700/ on billing receipt from me for servicing.
            But the problem is after servicing there is no changes in my scooty from their side, In short, they didn't do anything/didn't change any parts and charged fake amount from me. When i visited yesterday again with my problem they denied touching my scooty and making excuses and told me that we can’t help you regarding your issues.
            Now kindly resolve my issues and take strict action against K.S Automobiles, Rangpuri, Mahipalpur-110037.
            Also, i need my amount which i have paid to service center as soon as possible on priority basis.

                  There was a person whose name was Prem Kumar had a rude behavior and didn't behaved in a manner in which a member of brand like HERO should talk...

                    On 12/12/2021 i had serviced my vehicle No. OD 13 N 9747 (model X Pulse 200 BS6) at M/s Sanjib Autobikes, Puri. In the invoice no. 11937CL21V5192 the price of spark plug (part no.-31916KRM84099S) is mentioned as Rs 125 whereas on the packaging of the spark plug the MRP is mentioned as Rs 115. I have been charged more than the MRP for the said product.

                      I am sourya bhardwaj belong from deoghar jharkhand pin-814112. I have a bike extreme 200 purchased in 2018 from krishna hero deoghar . His owner name is pankaj kumar gupta . But till date i have no reg no for my bike . Many times i have to pay fine to dto or police . I am enclosing my delivery callahan copy .
                      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible . Other wise i will go to the court against your dealer . 2nd if its cant be done change my bike . He is disturbing me since 3 year . How many days i have to attend these types of problem .

                      Its my humble request to you that kindly solve my problem .

                          I have bought passion pro bs6 in2020. There are many problems regarding gear shifting issue. Gears are not working properly. I have shown that to the service centre at Sai hero showroom Udgir Dist. Latur 413517.But they are unable to solve the problem and not responding properly.The same problem occurred for second time.But still it is not working properly.they told me that they have ordered the kit .But still it is not available after 40 days.I have to face many problems.who is responsible for this inconvenience.Will you pay attention towards it? Or leave us in trouble.do something.or tell me what to do

                            This vechile is purchased from ansu automobiles hazaribagh jharkhand but ansu automobiles is not operational as on today however the new agency named laxmi hero has been appointed in its place dealing in hero motocorp motorcyles the problem is the assessee wants to do reregistration of motorcycle as a mandatory compliance but showroom manager named mukesh kumar totally refused to issue value of that period bike as it is mandatory required for reregistration of bike.Being aggrived by this compliant want a register complaint on behalf of hero motocorp.

                              Hi sir I am from amalapuram andra pradesh yesterday I visited sri rama narayana hero dealers tatipaka for my hero pleasure service which is 25 km away from my home town although a service center in my home town because I bought my bike there only but they treated me rudely including owner also because of their in afficiant staff they are doing manual job sheet service and directly saying if you want service it will take two days same day they are not delivering for simple oil changing also it's very bad service center

                                My vehicle is Hero Xtream 200 S. I am facing engine noise issues and self start issues on my vehicle at 10030 Km. So I have given the vehicle to the Southern Motorcycles showroom(Hero Authories service center) and they have created the JOB Card and given estimated time to ready the vehicle 30 Nov 2021 and estimated cost is also 600. After one day I called the service center Manager around 5 Pm to check whether my vehicle was ready or not. At that time only they give the answer as your vehicle is not ready and it will cost around 5000+Rs
                                With in 10000 Kms I have already spend 4000+ again they asking 5000+ to fix the engine noice and selfstart issue.
                                Could you provide a better solution. Hope you will help us.

                                  On 10/12/21 I paid an amount of Rs 5500 as booking amount to buy pleasure plus at Srihari Automobiles, Thirumullaivoyal. Mrs Saranya finance executive from IDFC discussed about finance for Rs 72000 at 10.5% for 24 months. After offering 5000Rs as offer. She detailed EMI as 3779 per month but checking for online emi revealed the EMI to be 3364. Smelling fishy we went on 11/12/21 to cancel and reimburse the entire amount. Though we talked for so many hours entire Hero team was talking badly and rubbish and only paid Rs 5000. They retained the amount of Rs 500 since we paid totally Rs 5500. Kindly do the necessary action. Attached herewith are the proofs.
