Hi sir I am from amalapuram andra pradesh yesterday I visited sri rama narayana hero dealers tatipaka for my hero pleasure service which is 25 km away from my home town although a service center in my home town because I bought my bike there only but they treated me rudely including owner also because of their in afficiant staff they are doing manual job sheet service and directly saying if you want service it will take two days same day they are not delivering for simple oil changing also it's very bad service center

    My vehicle is Hero Xtream 200 S. I am facing engine noise issues and self start issues on my vehicle at 10030 Km. So I have given the vehicle to the Southern Motorcycles showroom(Hero Authories service center) and they have created the JOB Card and given estimated time to ready the vehicle 30 Nov 2021 and estimated cost is also 600. After one day I called the service center Manager around 5 Pm to check whether my vehicle was ready or not. At that time only they give the answer as your vehicle is not ready and it will cost around 5000+Rs
    With in 10000 Kms I have already spend 4000+ again they asking 5000+ to fix the engine noice and selfstart issue.
    Could you provide a better solution. Hope you will help us.

      On 10/12/21 I paid an amount of Rs 5500 as booking amount to buy pleasure plus at Srihari Automobiles, Thirumullaivoyal. Mrs Saranya finance executive from IDFC discussed about finance for Rs 72000 at 10.5% for 24 months. After offering 5000Rs as offer. She detailed EMI as 3779 per month but checking for online emi revealed the EMI to be 3364. Smelling fishy we went on 11/12/21 to cancel and reimburse the entire amount. Though we talked for so many hours entire Hero team was talking badly and rubbish and only paid Rs 5000. They retained the amount of Rs 500 since we paid totally Rs 5500. Kindly do the necessary action. Attached herewith are the proofs.

        Power problems. Batery is no getting charged with bike engine. Several times batery changed, but still problem not solved.

        Nearby dealer not responding for service.

              I bought Hero Passion pro BS6 model bike on 27.01.2021 with reg.no.PY-01 CX 3866 in Easwari autobiles private Ltd Pondicherry. On my first service I complaint the bike engine stops frequently but the service center jay bharat Pondicherry answered this is company defect not from us. After 3 services nowadays I am facing very much problems by engine stops frequently and last service they changed auto switch etc but the problem was not solved. I am a middle class common man from this Republic of Nation and not much money to legally fight against coporate like Hero. So please help me to resolve this problem immediately otherwise I think my fate is this by buying bike from Hero.

                    I have purchased hero splendor plus i3s bike in 2018. And only after 2 years bike started to get in troble. Bikes handle starts loosing and begin to do various sounds, Bike cluch an kick was jammed, battry was loosing their charging rapidly.I tells this problems to showroom with bike servicing but problems still connected with bike.

                      My Bike no is UP70 FP 7929, I bought from Saraswati Motors Prayagraj on 18th Feb 2021, i am facing problems from engine whenever i visit Saraswati motors they answered this is Company defect not from us. Today i received bike from Saraswati motors which was dropped there for service and repairing by tomorrow. today when i asked for Handle repair from shocker then service staff says that we won't repair it you have to visit outsider shops. and its company defect not our. i again asked to claim from insurance but they denied and said there no person for claim department (insurance was done by Saraswati Motors)

                                Iam yagnabalaji from Guntur. I buyed a bike in my town in the past 7months. So for every free service they are not rectifing my problem . After making the service a new complaint well arising now I complete 3 service till now I already make 2complaint to heromoto corp, after complaint they are respondi and make some work but they work repalce the damaged part it's already month for my 3rd service.. but still they won't replace the part which is damaged... When I call to service station members they say they won't get the part ect ect...

                                  I have purchased hero splendor+ at april 2021 ...still upto date 11, 895kms done ...Facing an many problems in bike.self start is not working properly.sudden off in running condition...whether hero motocorp is buying genunie spares parts or i dnt know...i should high light one thing about battery within 8 months i hav charged my battery three times ..getting worst opinion on you Heromotocorp...tooo bad..

                                    I am your very old customer, but this time facing problems due to autocractic attitude of staff of Metro Motors, Rithala, Rohini, Delhi. On 29.11.2021, I handed over my BIKE for regular service. On 30.11.2021, I noticed that all the four indicators of Bike not working, I visited there twice of time but they are not ready to spare time to rectify the fault.
