Hi Team!

I am a HERO customer and I have the BIKE: I live in KOTRI KOTA RAJASTHAN

I took my bike t hero service center in CHAWANI, manager name is D.C.JAIN

I AM NOT HAPPY AND WILL CLAIM IN CONSUMER COURT ALONG WITH A CIVIL SERVICE CHARGE against YOUR SERVICE CENTER AND HERO COMPANY, CHARGES SUBMISSION IS THIS TUESDAY

I PAID 2000, only for regular service and they did not cleaned...

I had given my vehicle for service on 25/11/2021, after delivery I noticed that they did not do front brake adjustment and front body part fitting properly I informed the superwiser about the same. They just took vehicl inside didn't do anything and came out stating it's fixed. When I checked again the same issue was still there. When I informed they said, we will fix it tomo. Now again I am waiting from pas t 30 min.
Such a waste...

Maine apni scotty dated 20.11.2021 ko servicing karai thi per date 22.11.2021 say scotty say tel gir raha hi or break bhi kam ni kar raha hi is say pahale bhi servicing karae the per kabhi bhi thek say ni hota hi . jis karan kabhi bhi accident ho sakata hi . servicing thik say nahi hone ke karan mai office bhi thik say ni kar pati hu.

No: HR76D 9345 on date[protected] from Hero moto corp agency Autonids gurugram. its number plate is not issued yet I also contacted hero moto cup agency Autonids, Gurugram many times but no satisfactory answer from there. That's why I request you that what happened to the number plate of my bike and please take care of getting it issued.

Start switch is not working since 1 months of bike purchase already compained but no action taken.
Front disc not workig properly.indicator not working since 2nd june.very disappointing..will definitely not recommend hero to any1 next time if my problem remains unsolved.
