    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I am Dinesh from Kovilambakkam, my Maestro Edge given for service and paid ₹2452 as service charge. While delivery the seat lock not locking properly and the service charging ₹250 and labour charge for the seat lock cable replacement whereas the seat lock was working for before giving for service.

    Also was informed that all the Maestro Edge vehicle coming for service with same issue by the service people.

    Kindly check and advise the solution.

      Dear hero I purchased hero splendor bs6 11months. Showroom engineers unsolved problem. 6 times in showroom in month but not find the complaint today not started bike.please provide my complaint experienced engineers given bike.my bike bumper ap39gn0023 .my ph number [protected]

          Dear sir i am facing a service problem from last 1month,
          Dealer told that due to lack of sphere part they cannot deliver my bike at present, its already more than One month late,
          I just want to ask from hero Moto corp that is it real that hero moto corp cannot provide sphere to dealer,
          If my payment get late by 1 day i have to pay fine, now u will decide that what amount should i have to fined on hero moto corp due to lazzy process of heromoto,
          What kind of service u have to provide the customer. R u satisfied with ur service team and ur service time??

              मेरी बाइक सुपर स्प्लेंडर जिसका नंबर यूपी 78 डीडब्ल्यू 9264 है यह दिनांक 26 नवंबर 2021 को कानपुर नगर स्थित shivrajpur टाउन एरिया में अचानक चलते चलते बंद हो गई जिसके लिए उसे तत्काल उसी दिन shivrajpur स्थित हीरो सर्विस सेंटर में मैंने गाड़ी दिखाया हीरो एजेंसी वालों ने 3 घंटे तक बाइक को चेक किया परंतु समस्या को हल नहीं कर पाए उसके बाद बताया गया की बाइक को कानपुर की एजेंसी में ले जाना पड़ेगा मैंने बाइक को उसी दिन जमा कर दिया आज दिनांक 29 नवंबर 2021 को मेरे द्वारा फोन करके बाइक के बारे में पूछा गया तो बताया गया कि अभी 2 दिन और लगेंगे बाइक में केवल करंट ना आने के कारण इतने दिन लगने से मुझे समस्या उत्पन्न हो रही है जिस कारण मैंने बाइक को खरीदा अभी बाइक को लिए 10 महीने भी नहीं हुए पूरी तरह से और इस तरह की समस्या उत्पन्न हो रही हैं अतः अंत में हम यही कहना चाहते हैं कि मेरी बाइक को बदलते हुए मुझे दूसरी बाइक उपलब्ध कराई जाए

                    I was purchase 2 month ago hero hf delux bike.but my bike was failed (engine fail) on road..15 days ago..I was submit my bike to showroom.. he call at kusumger showroom but they didn't respond him..they told showroom owner we have no time..you delivered bike at his service center...but in this conversation my 15 days is going to waste..what can I do...no one is going to take charge of my new bike..this is very disappointing to me..I am suffering so much without bike..

                      Since I bought the extreme 200 bike it s battery has gone drained 10 times and once it is recharged it goes well for 20-30 days. Then it is suddenly found dead and again we need to go for recharging the battery.

                        I took my bike t hero service center in CHAWANI, manager name is D.C.JAIN

                        I AM NOT HAPPY AND WILL CLAIM IN CONSUMER COURT ALONG WITH A CIVIL SERVICE CHARGE against YOUR SERVICE CENTER AND HERO COMPANY, CHARGES SUBMISSION IS THIS TUESDAY

                        I PAID 2075, only for regular service and they did not cleaned bike well, broke my vizor of bike and the side section of bike also loose and lunged.

                        FOR TWO THREE DAYS I AM STRUGGLING TO GET IT FIX NOW,
                        I took it for regular service to the Her service center :
                        The service center overcharged me for unnecessary things, just for regular service and oil change and small fix ups.

                        I paid for it and still when I reached home, I found the cleaning was not done right, MY BIKE'S VIZOR AND HEADLIGHTS WERE DAMAGE AND NOT FIT PROPERLY AND SIDE PART OF BIKE WAS LOOSE.

                        I took it back to service center and talked to MANAGER D.C.JAINhe says we cant do anything that how its done, he tried a small fix up and claimed it will stay like this, i asked for proper fix or replacement as it was broken in service center. THEY DENIED everything

                        THE VIZOR AND HEADLIGHT SECTION IS TOTALLY LOOSE, IT WAS NEVER DAMAGED BEFORE, BUT NOW ITS PARTIAL DAMAGED AS VZOR DOESN'T FIT ANY MORE AND VIBRATES AND LUNGES WHEN I DRIVE.
                        BUT NOW THE BKE SIDE PORTION IS LOOSE TOO, VIZOR IS VERY UNSTABLE AND YOUR SERVICE CENTER IS NT HELPFUL, VERY DISAPPOINTING

                        I AM NOT HAPPY AND WILL CLAIM IN CONSUMER COURT ALONG WITH A CIVIL SERVICE CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICE CENTER AND HERO COMPANY, THIS IS DISGUSTING HOW YOU ARE TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

                        THE staff and manger was not helpful at all, i visited them twice and both time no support, all they say, it cant be fix, it was in good condition but they seems to be broken my vizor and now its very loose abd lunges, cleaning of bke wasnt dne right.
                        I WANT MY BIKE FIXED BUT AFRAID THAT THEY WILL DO MORE DAMAGE TO IT AND THEY ARE NOT LISTENING AND ACCEPTING ITS THEIR FAULT.

                        Please arrange a refund for me so i can get my new vizor replaced and get proper service for my bike.

                        Awaiting for your response asap, the consumer case will be filed for service center and i am looking for civil charge as well, unless i get full refund so i can get my bike fixed properly somewhere else

                        STAFF IS RUDE AND I DON'T TRUST THEM NOW AFTER THIS

                          Iam yagnabalaji from Guntur. I buyed a bike in my town in the past 7months. So for every free service they are not rectifing my problem . After making the service a new complaint well arising now I complete 3 service till now I already make 2complaint to heromoto corp, after complaint they are respondi and make some work but they work repalce the damaged part it's already month for my 3rd service.. but still they won't replace the part which is damaged... When I call to service station members they say they won't get the part ect ect...

                            The service and behaviour of your staff is not satisfactory. I am connected with honda since 2011. But last bike service is very poor and washing was not done. Yet i contact the showroom to wash the bike after week. But I am disappointed.

                                I have purchased 02 bike from Dev moters Sikar via agent Shakambhari motors Udaipur wati on dated 23/11/21 but till now no any type documents given by agency. The same bike will be given to my sister marrige on dated 28/11/21. I couldn't understand how give to bike my sister.
                                Agent told me "documents will receive on 30/11/21.
                                Please help me other wise I will file complaint against company .

                                  I had given my vehicle for service on 25/11/2021, after delivery I noticed that they did not do front brake adjustment and front body part fitting properly I informed the superwiser about the same. They just took vehicl inside didn't do anything and came out stating it's fixed. When I checked again the same issue was still there. When I informed they said, we will fix it tomo. Now again I am waiting from pas t 30 min.
                                  Such a waste of whole day. This is second time service issue with Bhagath motors, horamavu. No respect for customers complaints.
