Complaint against new bike self start problem

I purchase new bike on 10/10/2021 from your dealer shiv Ganga automoblies paschim vihar reg no-DL4SDK3579 model HF DELUXE But The bike is issue problem at the same day .I have not able to use Self start.and I have complaint next day 11/10/2021 against the self start in showroom.they have told the problem is resolve after the first service. Now service is also done on 28/10/21 form your authorised service centre ESS AAY AGENCIES I PVT LTD.after...

Hf deluxe bike starting problem

My name is Avishek koley, Mob no - [protected], My bike no is WB 14X 7351. IT'S ONLY 6 Months & huge problem in my bike. Problems are follows :
1》STARTING PROBLEMS.

I had purchased super splendor from Hero Motocorp Jainco Jammu on June-2021, from purchasing date to till date my bike chain cover give very annoying noise continuously; I had visited 4 times with 2 times service facility as to till date I have run less than 3000 km... and told the whole matter to concern company, but they don't sort out it...
Kindly depute someone, who take responsibility to sort out this problem, company like that; as this gives a bad impact cum bad impression to customer satisfaction...

    There I'd damage in servicing of bike beside fuel tank at side cover. They refused to deny it as it is in last service and I can't come regularly at service location to show this . As I reached for bike service and shoe them last service damage, they refuse for it .

    Please look into the matter and do the needful.

      Hi there

      We are costumer from very long time its more than a 60 years. We are really disappointed with staff they refused to change the internal part and vehicle is still in warranty. There is faul in key locking system they give us a excuse that your vehicle is not serviced on time. We live in and out so sometimes its hard to get on time but every service is happened in company never opened outside of company. The manager was very rude they don’t have any idea how to handle a customer they just just it’s not in our hand we will see what will happen. They said we gonna send to higher team and there is a holiday going on so it will take time and will update to if anything comes up.
      But there holidays starting from Tuesday. We are really disappointed please have a look in this matter. We hope to see a good decision from your side

        I bought an HF Deluxe bike in March, but within six months the kilometer fork did not work. Giving them in bike service, they charged me Rs. 207 for the bill. It is not fair to have to pay for such low quality for which I am requested to return the compensation.

            I have booked a xtreme 160r at Diya hero kesavadasapuram on 21/10/2021 and they have said they will deliver a fresh bike within 4 days. When I went on28/10/2021 they are making up a display model which is about 6months old to give us. When we asked up for a fresh bike they said they have only the display model at their showroom. When we asked to give back our cash they said they will not refund the amount.

              मैं मो° दिलकश 04/2021 को अमर आनंद हीरो मोटर चतरा झारखंड से एक बाइक XPULSE 200 गाड़ी नंबर JH13H0440 लिया था। जिसकी दो सर्विस विजय इंटर प्राइज हिरो मोटो कॉर्प में कारवाई दूसरी सर्विस के बाद मेरी गाड़ी के इंजन से खट्- खट् की आवाज आने लगी तभी हमने एजेंसी में पार्ट का ऑर्डर किया 31/08//2021 को किया था। लेकिन अजेनेशि में पूछने पर जवाब मिलता है की आएगा तो बोलूँ गा। पर कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। और कैंसिल ककरने की बात कहते हैं। जाओ।।

                I Wants to Complain against Dhansari Motocorp, Sector 63, Noida The Staff is cheating with customer like when i go for Repairing my bike, he is asking Estimated Expenses Rs. 10-12 K, but the final bill amount of Rs. 15938/- when the bike is going to repair or service, Service staff calling to customer that so many issues in your vehicle/bike, and the invoicing is very high as compare to estimated value.
                i requested to concerned person for Discount as per your Executive given the Estimated value but no any action taken by the Manager.

                      I have servised my bike ( bike no-RJ20-QS 4338) dated[protected] job card no[protected]RJC[protected] . the supervisor checked my bike and suggest me for change some part and i have done accordingly and my bill is raised by service centre is Rs-1700/- approx and all service and part replaced done by service centre. but withing 2-3 days i have suffered issue of noise in my engine, Chain spoken and gear box .

                      when today i have gone for the solution of that then they move me here and their but did not gate suitable reply . firstly they said wait for 20-30 min. but after that they said wait upto 2 pm and finally they said to go form that area and service will be done upto 5 pm. they wasted my time and not given any reply . when i have discussed with MR. Chetan Panchal Sir then they beheave ruidely and not given proper answer . when i further requested to Sir then thery says exp. of Services again charged and appxex Rs-2000/- exp. for work .

                      my bike are still their . so its my humble requested to please look the matter and reply me as far as possible.

                      its purely fult of service side so why i bear again that extra charges . please look accordinly otherwise i will take action and sue file in consumer court

                        I bought a scooter named hero Meastro Edge in 2019 from Parvati Hero Automobiles, Yavatmal. When I went to sell my scooter with exchange he said me that my scooter is 2017 model. So the resale value of my Scooter is calculated from 2017. But I bought this scooter in 2019 and pay price which is in 2019 for this scooter. So Please, help me to solve my problem.

                          This is regarding a complaint that has been pending since may 2021.

                          Unfortunately I bought Hero Maestro Edge from RM Motors in 2017. I now realise how bad a decision that was. The scooty didnt work the very next day. I raised an issue and it took one week for them to repair it.

                          After that many issues have come but this one now has been troubling me for the past 6 months. The scooty has had a self-start problem since may 2021.

                          I called the RM motors service center in vijayawada and they said they couldn't come to take the bike because of which i had to take my bike in an auto to the service centre. They said they'll repair it but never called back.

                          I followed up with them and they say it's ready. Those cheaters charged me 430 for some nonsense they said and said it'll work fine. but the problem continued the very next day.

                          This same instance happened 4 times in the last 6 months and i had to carry my scooty in auto to this no-use service center.

                          Finally I raised a complaint through the hero portal on 12 OCt 2021 and the manager had the audacity to call my dad and manipulate him to get the OTP and close the ticket saying that OTP is meant to start the service.

                          I was furious and called him back
                          He apologised and confessed that Hero will cancel their dealership in case of complaints and promised to repair my bike unofficially on 18th Oct and return by 19th Oct.
                          People from the service center came and took my scooty on 18th oct only to never return it.
                          Service manager Mr. Hari stopped taking my calls either.
                          I don't know if Hero is engaging thieves as dealership members.

                          I am worried if my scooty is there or not.
                          And the behavior of the staff is abominable.
                          Hero which hails itself as desh ki dhadkan has such pathetic service to offer to its customers. very pathetic.

                          I don't even know how to explain this issue.
                          Kindly resolve it

                                    My name is Surya Jeet, I am a resident of Village and Post – Chapra Purvi – Umaria Bazar, Thana – Dhanghata, District – Sant Kabir Nagar, State – Uttar Pradesh. My elder brother Ram Ashish s/o Jiv Lal Chaurasia had bought Hero Super Splendor bike on[protected] from Sharda Traders (Kamala Motors) Agency Location-Kuri Bazar, Thana-Belghat, District-Gorakhpur on Cash . The agency had given only Sale Letters on the day of purchase and after repeatedly asking for papers, the agency had made the bike insurance on[protected], which was supposed to be provided during the purchase of the bike.
                                    Ram Ashish died in a road accident while driving the same bike. After that the insurance company was informed, the insurance company said that the insurance of the bike is fake, which is not valid. Then we informed the bike agency about the fraud for which the owner of the agency accepted the fraud done by his agency but later he denied the fraud committed.
                                    Therefore, Hero MotoCorp is requested to take action against Kamala Motors Agency and get the bike repaired and pay the personal accident insurance claim to the Nominee.
                                    It would be a great favor by you.
