सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं प्रदीप कुमार V.P.O. Ladwa Diss. & Teh. Hisar का रहने वाला हूँ। मैंने दिनांक 17.08.2021 को Hero HF Deluxe BS6 Self Start Alloy Wheel Grey Black Hero Agency Choudhary Automobiles Opp. Vidyut Nagar, Delhi Road, Hisar-125001 से बाइक Purchased की थी।

सर मुझे ये बाइक लिए हुए 2 महीने हुए है लेकिन इन 2 महीनों में मेरी बाइक में काफी समस्या आयी है। जब मैं बाइक स्टार्ट करता हूँ तो वो स्टार्ट नहीं होती मैंने Self और Kick से भी बाइक Start करने की कोशिश की लेकिन मैं बहुत बार बाइक स्टार्ट करने में असमर्थ रहा। Switch on करने पर भी इंजन में लाइट नहीं आती। और HF Deluxe BS6 बाइक में जब तक switch लगने के बाद इंजन में लाइट नहीं आती तो बाइक स्टार्ट नहीं होता। और मेरी बाइक चलते चलते बंद हो जाती है। मैंने इस समस्या की शिकायत एजेंसी में भी की और अपना बाइक एजेंसी में भी चेक भी करवाया। लेकिन वहां के स्टाफ ने चेक कर के बार - बार ये बोला की सर आपकी बाइक हमने ठीक कर दी है। लेकिन मेरी बाइक में बार - बार ये समस्या आ रही है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है की इस समस्या को देखते हुए और बाइक की वारंटी को देखते हुए इसका समाधान करने या बाइक change करवाने का कष्ट करे। आपकी अति कृपया होगी।

    Hi i am kapil mahendru
    My bike number is UP32 LB 3758
    I have given bike in the service center R.S Hero, sringar nagar, alambagh at 9 am in the morning for change of clutch plates and when i reached the showroom to take the bike . No work was done and nobody wax aware that the bike was given in the Morning
    It was very disappointing for me. Kindly look into this matter

      I serviced my Splendor pro bike to Santosh automobiles Muradnagar, Ghaziabad (UP).Pls tell me the regular service charges of A category or Splendor pro bike.I think they charges more.325 instead of 275.

          Problem :- 24 H/L (headlamp) NOT Working, Side Stand Auto Cut & Gear not showing on screen.{ after first free service)

          Hero Motocorp has lower its standard as well as lack of skilled and educated service persons and staff at service center.

          On October 1, 2021 I took my GLAMOUR X-TECH for its First service after purchase at DHRUV AUTOMOBILES, before Servicing My vehicle was working fine (beside minor issues). It took 3 hours to service and update a two wheeler ( 😆 ) WORST SERVICE.

          The Staff at Service Center is so useless and uneducated they don't even cross check basic quality checks.😡 when they summon me for vehicle delivery after service i didn't check my vehicle As i was fed up and had some personal work to do, I took my vehicle and i left.

          That evening, i saw my head lamp isn't working and then i started looking for other faults and i found 2 other. The Next day on OCTOBER 2, 2021 I took my GLAMOUR X-TECH back to service Center and told them about the faulty service. They examined the whole vehicle and spent more than 4 hours in which they checked and replaced each and every wire, engine magnet, and many other parts to find out the reason but it was not worth it, they didn't found any.

          Now they have kept my vehicle to look deeply into this matter but they are not honest nor trustworthy. They did not even allow me to make a video of the existing problem before i left my vehicle with them.

          HERO MOTOCORP should have kept their servicemens updated and educate them with new technology before adding and selling them to its customers.

          I will recommend everyone to opt for any other Automobile company other than Hero Motocorp Because i think i have wasted my ₹90000 on this piece of Junk.

            I gave my vehicle for a full service and tyre change 1st time. But they have said excess bill for service. You can check with your billings. And the second time, after a month i got ballrs kit problem because less fork oil. Fork oil doesn't checked. I had a mess between the service manager and he said that we need revenue, we wont say anything, customers should say whats was the issue. And today 2nd October i got my vehicle, with heavy sound in engine head. I only have complaints on fork. There was no sound in head cylinder. But today they fix the fork issue, charged me 1007 inr. They handed over the bike with this sound. I asked why i am getting this sound, the manager saying that we dont know anything, we seek only revenue, your valve should be changed. And will cost 4k inr. It is completely a cheating thing. If anything we ask against their mistake, they have damaged good working spares and making them to change again. Please kindly take action.

              There is no way to talk, Bo talks very rudely with every customer and always talks to the customer in the street and does not even pay the service bill and takes more money from the customer and the message of the bill is very less. comes
              And on the new motorcycle, more money is charged than the rate.

                मेरी हीरो की अचीवर बाइक है। मैने कल service center भरतपुर TM MOTERS में service कराई थी।न तो बाइक की ठीक तरीके से सर्विस हुई और न सफाई की।चार्ज पूरा लिया हैं।और आज मेरी बाइक अपने आप चलते चलते बंद हो गयी। है और में किसी urgent इमरजेंसी मैं बाइक लेके निकल गया और बाइक रास्ते में बंद हो गयी हैं।मेरी प्रॉब्लम का कोई समाधान नई हो रहा है।मेने बाइक को बालाजी पर हीरो की कंपनी में रख के मेरे काम से निकल गया हूं।मेरी प्रॉब्लम का जल्दी से जल्दी समाधान करें।क्योंकि भरतपुर से बालाजी की distance 90 KM है।

                          Hi team,
                          I'm using hf deluxe 2020 model, I'm facing battery issue, while check the battery in service center they said battery need to change new battery, while check the battery model it's mentioned 2019exide model, for 2019 model they not claim, it's not my fault, I buy the bike in 2020 but battery old model, so company only need to change the battery and one more issue fuel cage e is not working I was complained one month before still hey told spare is not come, I really disappointed the hero services, kindly check both issue and rectify immediately...

                              I had purchased a Super Splendor bike on 10th June 2019 from Sumitra Motors Shahjahanpur (U.P.).Since the date of purchase it has a manufacturing defect in chassis due to which it runs to the right side. Several manual complaints had been put in at Agency and the dealer Engineer changed the "T Handle" also but all in vain. You are requested to get the problem of chassis checked and rectified by company Engineer only (Since it has a warranty of 5 years and and had travelled less than 9500 kms till date )and get the matter resolved once and for all

                                  This is to inform you that I Rajinder Singh purchase a new bike super splendor on 06 Aug 2021 invoice date 09 Aug 2021 from Baldev Raj & Sons Palampur authorized dealer:Hero MotorCorp.On running of only few kms nearly 200kms bike started problem in running smoothly. Earlier it might be think that might be issue with Servicing and the same sent to above mentioned dealer on 217 kms dated 24 Aug 2021 for first servicing and problem in bike related to pickup and heating problem in engine same narrated to the agency.
                                  1) First breakdown of the bike came to the problem on 14 Sep 2021 at 1730 hrs in Brankad and the case with the agency registered with case no. T[protected].Bike got repaired and handed over to them.
                                  2) Second breakdown on 415 kms with case no TI00804668 with major issues such as engine heating problem, pickup problem, gear changing problem
                                  Agency is failed to detect the problem in newly bike result in bringing frustration and loosing faith among customer.It must be necessary that fault in bike to be resolve at the earliest and undertaking to be given by company and agency so that bike will not come to breakdown as it will simply led to wastage of time for customer
                                  such failure of newly purchased bike from hero motocorp will break down the trust between hero motor and customer. issue to be resolved to earlies

                                    श्रीमान् मेरा सुपर स्प्लेंडर बाइक UP61AK8047 का सड़क पर पशु को बचाने में मेरी बाइक सड़क किनारे से पड़ा पत्थर से टकरा गयी जिसमे गाड़ी के बाहरी पार्ट के साथ इंजन लोड लेना बंद हो गया जिसे मै दो दिन बाद शिवा हीरो ऑटो एजेंसी महाराजगंज गाजीपुर में दिनांक 09/09/2021 को जमा किया एवं बाइक की स्थिति बताया मुझे बताया गया की इंजन सम्बन्धित कार्य सर्विस वर्क शॉप में होगी बाइक सही होने पर आपको काल किया जायेगा एक्सीडेंटल इन्सुरेंस में
                                    शिवा हीरो ऑटो एजेंसी महाराजगंज गाजीपुर द्वारा हीरो सुपर स्प्लेंडर बाइक UP61AK8047 का बाइक एक्सीडेंटल का कम दो दिन में पूरा होंने का मैसेज मिला मै इंजन का काम बाकी होगा इसलिए एजेंसी 16/09/2021 को बिना एजेंसी के फोन के ही मै बाइक लेने एजेंसी पंहुचा एजेंसी पर बाइक का एक्सीडेंटल काम पूरा कर कोने में खड़ी की गयी थी जिसमे तेल टंकी का लाक कबाड़ में फेक दिया गया था खोज बीन के बाद क्षतिग्रस्त लाक लगाया दिया गया विरोध करने पर कहा गया की ज्यादा दिन बाद आने पर यही होता है की सामान इधर उधर हो जाता है एवं बाइक के इंजन का कार्य भी अधुरा था जिसे मै माइनर सर्विस जॉब कार्ड[protected] बनवाकर वर्क शॉप मैनेजर के यहाँ गया तो मुझे जवाब मिला की कल विश्वकर्मा पूजा है दूसरे दिन लेके आइये आज काम नहीं होगा मेरी गाड़ी एक्सीडेंटल से बकाया पेड करने पर गाड़ी निचे ला दी गयी मेरी बाइक जो बंद हालत में थी कोई बाइक जमा नहीं कर रहा था जब मै सम्बंधित अधिकारी को शिकायत करने की बात की तब मेरी गाड़ी जमा कर ली गयी |
                                    मेरे मोबाइल पर बाइक सर्विस जॉब कार्ड[protected] का कार्य पूरा हो चूका है इसका मैसेज 18/09/2021 को आया मै 20/09/2021 को एजेंसी पंहुचा देखा की मेरी बाइक खोल कर रखी है जब मै वर्क शॉप सर्विस मैनेजर से पूछा तब मुझसे ऐसे बात किया गया की वह मेरे पर एहसान कर रहे हो | उनसे मेरा सवाल यह था की जब मेरी बाइक का कार्य पूरा नहीं था तब बाइक डिलीवरी का मैसेज क्यों भेजा गया जवाब मिला जॉब कार्ड हर दो दिन में ऑटोमेटिक क्लोज हो जाता है इसलिए यह मैसेज गया है इसी को लेकर विवाद की स्थिति उत्पन्न होने लगी तब मुझसे पेट्रोल नहीं देने का बहाना शुरू हो गया मेरे द्वारा कहा गया की यदि मै नहीं आता तब पेट्रोल कहा से आता क्या इसकी सूचना कॉल या मैसेज से दिया गया? क्या एजेंसी को मेरे ऊपर कोई बकाया है ? क्या एजेंसी बाइक में पेट्रोल उपयोग कर चार्ज नहीं लगा सकती है ? कोई जवाब नहीं मिला| मै जब भी शिकायत के लिए गया हु एजेंसी मैनेजर हमेशा मीटिंग में ही रहते है अंततः मै जब उपभोक्ता फोरम शिकायत की बात कह कर मै घर चला आया |
                                    तब जल्दबाजी में दूसरा माइनर सर्विस जॉब कार्ड[protected] दिनांक 20/09/2021 को जारी कर दिया गया जिसका 25/09/2021 को मैसेज के अनुसार एक बार फिर बाइक डिलीवरी के लिए तैयार है लेकिन अब तक कोई काल नहीं आया है |
                                    सवाल नंबर 1 - बिना किसी बाइक या गाड़ी का काम पूरा हुए बिना जारी सर्विस जॉब कार्ड बंद किया जा सकता है ?
                                    सवाल नंबर 2 - किसी उपभोगता से बात करने का सही तरीका क्या है ?
                                    सवाल नंबर 3 - किसी विक्री या सर्विस एजेंसी पर सर्विस कार्य हेतू तेल होने चाहिए या नहीं
                                    सवाल नंबर 4 -बार बार परेशान करने का मुवावजा एवं उपरोक्त दोषी पर कार्यवाही करने वाले अधिकारी का विवरण ?
                                    अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरी बाइक जल्द से जल्द सुरक्षित व सही उपलब्ध कराया जाय एवं उक्त एजेंसी का लाइसेंस रद्द किये जाने का अनुरोध करता हूँ |
