    Dear Sir,
    With due respect I would like to inform you that I had purchased Hero Passion Pro Bs6 Bike on 01/08/2020.

    After few days of purchasing I had various problems like -
    1) Engine shutdown suddenly in driving condition.
    2) Gear Shifting Problems.
    I had visited your P-10, Taratala Road, Opp - Taratala SBSTC Garrage, Kolkata - 700088 Service center six times while I had completed only 5600 km.
    On 19/08/2021 my bike suddenly stopped working and I was unable to start it with not in self nor in kick mode and the engine malfunction light was blinking on that time. I called your service centre for a pickup service but after getting no positive response from your end I hired a loading mini truck and also unload by myself on your service centre on 21/08/2021. After three days I visited your service centre and came to know that bike has some battery issues. So, I requested for battery replacement. but on 03/09/2021 I got a call from your service centre ( Mobile number [protected]) and they said that my bike is ready and there is no battery problem and billed Rs. 95/- for a spark plug change.
    If there is no such problem in battery or engine in my bike then why my bike stopped your service centre can't explained.
    It is difficult for me for having the bike with all these above problems. Please try to understand my problem. I am requesting for a Replacement or Refund of my bike and also requesting you to look into the matter.

        I have purchase destiny 125 2year ago from manesar . Dealar sold me one year passed destiny in same price. Problem is that service centre employees not coprative. I have serviced my scooty in dharuhera haryana at neerat auto care. Very misbehave employees are there. They don't know how to talk with customers. Servic done by them very poor and charges too high. I go there for my problem second day they not resolve it. Parts are also not available here.
        Only one question is my why hero provide these thses type of person there services.
        They only doing going reputation down.
        Please take action on service centres.

          There was a battery issue with my new purchase bike (160R Extreme, Red colour).
          Dealer name: Cynosure Manik Auto Centre Hero Dealers Kolkata, Madhyamgram. They kept my bike on 17th Aug'21 and assured to replace the bike battery within 5 days. But till now they haven't replace the battery. However I have received sms from HERO on 1st Sep'21, saying that my bike is ready and call is closed even they kept my bike with them only and battery is not yet replaced. They are blaming EXIDE company for delay in delivery of new battery. In this covid situation it is very difficult to come office by Buses. I am facing some health issue due to travelling by over crowded buses and monetary damages also happens. Kindly help me.

              Hello Sir/ Madam,

              I am Jayesh Namdev Jadhav. I have purchased a HERO MAESTRO 125 FI BS4 from Dhanani Two wheeler, Boisar. Brought on 11 /06/ 2020. I paid all dues related to vehicle passing. Showroom promised me they would give my documents to the RTO For passing as per my documentary. But the showroom betrayed me and when ever i called them related to documents They said me your documents is submitted but due to COVID 19 its getting late as RTO officer not available on duty but when month before I Checked on the RTO portal, as per information Vehicle was black listed due to a court case.
              I was speechless when I saw it. I attached the screenshot of the same.Please kindly check.
              This kind of Sale service provided by the Hero motocorp dealership is very shameful. I am very disappointed by this. I am not able to drive this Scooty just because of incomplete pepper work. Till date I am not getting even single phone calls from your dealer as per promised i have submitted two times complaints at showrrom and also at Hero but no one giving proper response.whenever I contacted them several times but they didn't respond to me and did not give any solution related to this.
              I hope you understand my situation.please help me and give justice as soon as possible.As per my knowledge they sold more than 25 vehicles with same problem.

                service in Dhanshree hero Agency noida Sector 63.
                This is my 4th service from here.
                At the time of service
                They are not properly check my bike issues
                My bike engine tank is leakage from its lower side.
                They told me about it and they said it is a paid service
                I paid and service my bike.
                After 2 days it is leak again from the same place of engine.
                I went to Agency to resolved.
                Now again it is leaked from it fuel tank.
                They said that it is paidable service
                Actually mechanic has fix with fevi quick.
                Now it is broken.
                What i do in this case?
                They said this accessory is under warrant in 5 years.
                But if broken warrenty is gone.

                    While running the engine gets off suddenly and won't start again, the issue gets repeated several times even though i serviced 3 times only for the mentioned issue alone.Whenever i reach out the service center they needed a engine kill switch replacement, even after 3 services the issue remained unchanged. for a daily commuter like me who entirely depends upon my vehicle for both my proffesional and personal needs this kind of issue really frustates me and doubts my trust on the name of "HERO". I am really unsatisfied with the service and considering changing to another brand. please take action on the issue as soon as possible.All the necessary details are attached below :

                        Sir,
                        I would like to inform you that I am Khagandra Pradhan, have purchased a XTREME SPORTS fron K.S.Motors located in Bagdogra on 7th August 2016. Which registration no. WB-74M-6142, registration date is 09-September-2016, Engine No. KC12EFGGD00858 and Chassis No. MBLJC12ELGGD00289. I have completed all the servicing from K.S. Motors at Bagdogra at timely and after that have done servicing from K.S. Motors in ZERO service charge policy as they mentioned.
                        Last year I mean in the year of 2020 when I had gone to for servicing, then one of your service engineer informed me that there was some major problem in my bike and the problem arise due to manufacturing fault/defect. Then I was asked for warranty claimed for those problem and they provide me the warranty for CYL kits, Carburetor & Self start motor, but due to lockdown and lack of stock they was unable to provide or serve me the warranty for both (i.e. Left & Right both) rear shockers of my bike. when i asked them for, why the shokers was not changed they told me that due to lack of stock they couldn't able to change those and ensure me that they will arrange those parts as soon as possible and will informed me but till today they didn't try to communicate with me and now they said that my service warranty period has already over/ end by 4th May 2021. You can confirm my statement from your service Engineers, about the above.
                        My concern is that if i brought the bike on 7th August 2016 and it have 5 years of warranty periods then it should be end by the month of Agugust 2021 and the shocker has manufacturing defective and the defect identifyed by you service engineer on 2020. And would like to inform you that the incharge of K.S. Motors told me that they can't change the damaged shocker now.
                        Here, I have a query is that why they didn't change those damaged or defective shockers on 2020 within the warranty period.
                        Now I would like to take your attention that I am Facing the problem of damaged shockers from last year' 2020 and now it's became very danger/ risky to ride the bike without replacement of the shockers, also would like to inform you that the warranty period are going to end within a couple of days, but till date i didn't get the solution/ replacement of those damaged shockers of my bike.
                        I was registered a complaint about above on 18/06/2021 which Request ID[protected]. And as per my request they said that one of your Concerned Person would be in touched with me within 48 hours, but till now there is no response from your side.
                        On 30 June'2021 I got a Call from K.S. Motors and they told me that they will change my both shockers and asked me to reached at their work shop on 1st July 2021, but due to my personal reason i reached their workshop on 4th July 2021 and now they said to me that they will change only one shocke would be change and they will not give another one. And they give an excuse that now your service enginer said that one of them is ok. Then my question is that why your service enginer told me from last year (i.e. 2020 ) that both shockers are damaged.
                        So, I request you to, please take necessary action to Change those rear shockers of my bike.
                        Purchase Bill/ Receipt of K.S. Motors and RC Book has attached as evidence of purchase date and warranty periods.

                        Would like to inform you that as my previous complain, I got a call from K.S. Motors and they said to me that they will change my shockers and on the same day I reached there and after few hours they told me that they had changed my shockers as per their commitment.
                        But the day after i.e. 20th July 2021 i found that the shockers problem didn't fixed and the problem was same.
                        When i informed them about that they told me that maybe that was manufacturing defect and they will change those as soon as possible. And every time i asked them for the same the told me they will call me. I was reached their service workshop few times but they told me same thing.
                        I have drought that did they actually change those shockers or not?
                        They aslo denied and said me that your TSEM Mr. Shantanu Chakraborty ordered them to denied to give the service of my engine, and the reason they show me that the warranty has over.
                        Then my concern is that my warranty has expired in last month and i asked them for the same for last 2 years.

                          गाड़ी गियर में रहने और बंद होने पर क्लच लेकर सेल्फ स्टार्ट नहीं होता है, न्यूट्रॉल करने पर ही स्टार्ट होता है ।
                          डिस्प्ले पर माइलेज सही नहीं दिखाता है ।
                          गाड़ी बार बार बंद हो जाता है ।
                          हैंडल शुरू से ही दाहिने ओर थोड़ा झुका हुआ है ।
                          चलती गाड़ी में एक्सलिगेटर छोड़ने पर भी गाड़ी उसी रफ्तार से चलती रहती है ।
                          इंजन का आवाज तेज है ।
                          RPM मिलाने और गाड़ी को अपडेट करना है ।

                            Hero Destini 125 Problems

                            It's been 8 months I am using this scooty. Rear chrome grill broken during riding by itself. Self not working. Service center people told me to replace the battery, still problem not solved.
                            Noone responding, talked to customer care but got no solution....

                            Sir, This is bhargava from chimakurthy Prakasam district.I gave my bike in chimakurthy service center to change mudgar, handle bar, silencer plate and some small parts .But they are purchased spare parts in local automotive shop and fitted to my bike without my permission and intimation.when I am asked them to give system generated bill they gave me locally bill and the rates are all show room prices.

                              I gave service in the Adyar hero service center on 1 September 2021, while returning home on evening of 2 September 2021 it stopped on the way back home and I towed my bike back home as the service center is closed. What's the point of giving my bike a service.

                                  I am Biswajit Roy. From dum dum (kolkata). I had Punched a bike from your showroom Vinline Engineering Pvt. Ltd. on 19.07.2021 . Your employee (Mr. Surojit Das) told me that my bike Registration should be complete within 20-25 days. But still now There is no response from you. I had told it so many times but they can’t get any positive feedback. Without registration I also can’t use my bike.

                                    This is for your kind information that I am SUBHASIS GHOSH, I have purchased a Hero Glamour (BS-VI) FI DRS RBK Bike from Auto Palace Garalgacha, Dankuni, Dist.-Hooghly on 28/06/2021.Now I am observing that Gear function is not working properly. I have ridden my bike 3450 Km approx.

                                    I have serviced my bike time to time .During the 2nd servicing, I complained in the service center about this matter but they told me that clutch plate need to be opened first after that the problem can be identified and there is no warranty period for changing the clutch plate. But I was not agreeing to take my bike. After that they told me over phone that the clutch plate needs to be changed within warranty period.

                                    Sir, if I am facing such problems within 02 months of new bike, it is difficult for me to ride this bike by bearing such maintenance cost. Now, I am requesting you to change this bike and help me to get rid of this problem.
