I visited Navya moter Gorakhpur UP. for my bike for a service it's 60+ km from home why I visited here as I purchased bike from same showroom, They told me come tomorrow again due power sort circuit then I asked is there any nearest hero showroom where I visit and get done for my bike service .they told me visit M.B moter gorakhpur, i visited MB moter gorakhpur at 10:30 and asked for service my bike they rudely to me come tomorrow without any reason, then i requested I came from 60+km please do it, they told me why you came here for service you can go, then i called to Navy Moter and shared my concern of MB moter they told wait at MB moter I will call some they will arrange service again I called after 30 minutes given my mobile to MB moter service manager to Navya moter service manager then I again I called Navya service manager he said go at job card counter they will take your bike number again visited at counter they will give your bike tomorrow without any reason, I was very disappointed with Hero service and there staff then again I called to Hero customer care and explained all my issue then customer excustive talked with MB moter service manager then he give my bike token for service,
Still am at MB moter and waiting for my turn.

There is a lot of argument happened the. Is Navya Moter hero showroom. The worst response, worst service. worst experience.

Hote Need solution on above issue as can't argument every time do the above activities once I visit any hero showroom.

महोदय प्रार्थी ने सुपर स्प्लेंडर बाइक nov 2016 में निघासन खीरी से खरीदी थी ।बाइक का इंजन से शुरू से ही काफी गर्म होता था जिसकी शिकायत भी प्रार्थी ने एजेंसी पर सर्विस के दौरान की थी लेकिन प्रार्थी की शिकायत को यह कहकर टाल दिया गया कि यह सब मे होता है और प्रार्थी इस तकनीक में दक्ष तो है नही ।लेकिन अब प्रार्थी की बाइक का इंजन खराब हो रहा है 50km/h से अधिक की स्पीड में चलाने पर प्लग शार्ट हो जा रहा है तथा कालाधुआं भी फेकती है।अतः महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी को बाइक खरीदे अभी 5 साल पूरे नही हुए है इसलिए प्रार्थी को कंपनी द्वारा प्रदत्त 5 साल की वारंटी का लाभ देने के लिए निघासन खीरी की एजेंसी को निर्देशित करने की कृपा करें।प्रार्थी की बाइक अभी 27000km ही चली है ।ये भारत की no 1 कंपनी की प्रतिष्ठा का सवाल है।

I have a Hero bike, always get it serviced at Hero Service Center, still engine oil is leaking from the engine, even after telling the service mechanic, there is no permanent solution, please help me always empty after getting oil I believe in Hero company that a permanent solution will definitely come out

I got my center stand fitted during the delivery of my bike from authorized hero showroom. from day one the center stand touches the speed breakers while riding and it gives a very bad impression to everyone as they hear a screech from the bottom of the bike. since day one i wanted to remove the center stand cause i have no clue how is the make and fitting not tested before providing a authorized accessory to the customer. feels like a makeshift...

सर्विस सही नहीं हुई गाड़ी रोड पर चलती है तो हैंडल टेडा लग रहा है hero shoroom बालोतरा में मैंने बोला था बोलने के बाद सर्विस सही नहीं करते हैं

We have took a splendor i3s model bike in Karur. Initially after taking the bike the very next day the bike showed many faults like the jecupser not fixed battery failed, break wire is not fixed and so on. Really fed up with this. It was actually the next day we took the product. Then we waited for one month and left for service. After the service also it's showing so many faults. Poor service, how can they give such a damaged bike to a customer. It's not trustworthy.

I have purchased Hero Glamour BS6 on 12.11.20 from Bhagwati Hero, Chirkunda, Dhanbad, Jharkhand-828202. Since beginning the bike has got engine stopping problem. Day by day it increased and presently it gives huge trouble. Whenever I apply clutch in front of a turn or bumper the engine stops, self start also not working properly at that time. Again every morning starting of engine is a big issue.I have attended first three service in time...

I have purchased my bike HF Deluxe on dated 24/10/2020. Now my bike is consuming heavy Mobil. For resolution i visit to dealer/service center at Jaya automobiles Bhiwani-127021. But they refuse to repair it on warranty and asking for heavy charge(Copy Attached). My bike engine No. is HA11EXL9J15054 . Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I highly depressed and feeling all the time irritation to purchase your bike for which I have paid a much more amount than its previous amount or required, instead of purchase this bike I have to replace it by a bull cart. What a rubbish type of your manufacture because this bike having no peak up & effort . And unable to ride a single journey through this bike having no proper ignition to stabilize it running. If any option to return my bike kindly give me opportunity to return it .

I own Glamour BS6 disc varient in august 2020, run 5800 and done service on time at Hero workshop but from 11 august starting problem issue comes.bike not start by self or by kick, i maintain my bike very well. on 12 august i visite Hero Agency (Venkteshwar Hero Agency, Pachhatiya-JAUNPUR) along with my bike. i told them about bike issue and i said please check with computer(VCI or VIC whatever said i dont know) but they cannot check with computer and directly hanover to machanic to check issue, but machanic not found real issued and whole day make me foolis, they gave wrong information.my bike is at showroom workshop from morning 12/08/2021 to evening 16/08/2021 then also not solve or maintain my bike 100% final, now bike start but after 3-4 time pressing self button and by many time kicking. also they damage bike back side indicator and make some scratches. within a year company battery also have issue taking not charge.i observe that machanic is not proper trained about BS6 segment and by checking through computer.please solve my bike problem permanently.

I have purchased hero HF100 bike in sonipat showroom near vivekananda chock on 11.08.21.
Bike running only 104 km.Today I am going to up for urgent work bike was stoped in highway.I am connect the call from customer care but no one any responding. I have loded the bike on private cab & reached sonipat. Service manager says I have only repair the engine but I am not agree for repair the engine.Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I want to claim our bike rim but claim advisor rude behavior with me and they are 10 % claim money from me but my bike is old only 7 month now so I have 0 Dep insurance but they are saying insurance company not giving 0 Dep insurance but insurance company is saying customer care I m giving 0 Dep insurance but himgiri hero jhilmil Delhi is not acceptable my bike . So what do now

Hi Team,

I purchased my scooter 'Hero Pleasure Plus' 2020 model on 21-Oct-2020 and faced a self start issue before the first service.

I have reported my scooter at Thippaiah Motors, Kamala Nagar, Anantapur-515001 for first service with self start issue, But the issue wasn't sorted out and service manager Mr.Srinivas promised that if any further issue happens he is ready to send a technician to my door steps to pick the scooter for service it for free if i face self start issue again.

During the second service & third service also i reported about my self start issue. But technicians are unable to understand and they are trying to convince me all the time.

Now the issue became huge, like my scooter is not starting by self and when I reached the service center and service manager they were refusing to provide service and were talking vulgarly in calls.

I have become helpless here. Looking for best support from Hero Motocorp.

Hero splendor bs6 battery not working properly

सर मेने दिनांक 17 /07 /2021 को कमल ऑटो मोबाइल खैरथल अलवर राजस्थान से एक स्प्लेंडर BS6 बाइक खरीदी थी /जो अब 720 किलोमटेर चली है./अब मेरी गाड़ी चलते वक्त बंद हो गई है /और इसकी शिकायत मेने कमल ऑटो मोबाइल से की तो उन्होंने मेरी गाड़ी को लेके जाने के लिए मना कर दिया है/उन्होंने कहा की अपने आप करवाओ /अतःआप से विनम्र निवेदन है की मेरी गाड़ी को ठीक करवाए/
