रेस केबल सही होते हुए भी गलत बताया गया और उसके दोनों नोट को खराब कर दिया और सोकर का नोट नहीं लगाएगा जिससे भारी दुर्घटना हो सकती थी इसकी शिकायत वर्कशॉप मैनेजर से करने पर बदतमीजी से बात करने लगे और झगड़ा करने के लिए उतारू हो गया और आधा अधूरा गाड़ी मुझे दे दिया जाए जिससे मुझे बाहर किसी लोकल दुकान पर गाड़ी सही कर आना पड़ा इसकी सूचना मैंने शोरूम में दी तो भावेश नाम का एक व्यक्ति आकर गाड़ी चेक और उसने देखा कि सोकर के नट खुले हुए हैं

I would like to bring to your notice, since I bought Hero glamour bije, 4 to 5 months back .

I wasn't happy for more than a week After the purchase, their was a regular complaint in the bike engine,

Engine use to stop frequently in running, selfstart was always in trouble, , engine have irrespective sound when started, these complaints have be registered always with showroom authority, but they wear not able to solve the problem,

I brought this bije in M/s, shuva Shanker show room Visakhapatnam.

I was not happy with the bike, kindly arrange a new bike, else will take legal action against the company.

Akshay here from navi mumbai i purchase heros new xplulse 200 white in 25 oct 2020 from that day to this day my bike give fault like hell
first with hin 3 month tape sound coming from engine i will reapir that from chemburs treadmark show room after that my rare suspension get break down annoumulsy in road i will also reapir that from chembur but now withhin 1 month of services tap tap loud sound coming from engine what i do ?
please some one help me within 1 year bike already giving me disappointing & regared why i buy this bike?
it is completely faulty peice please replace that bike from me

Hello, I have hero splendor plus ibs- i3s bike. bike having battery issue. so i had visited service centre(Ranjeet motors, Maharashtra, Thane). i told them to replaced battery under warranty. but the service person told me that it takes more than a month to replace battery. this is a very unprofessional statement given by service person. I am not satisfied with the service. please replace battery as soon as possible

It was my third free service after buying my super splendor, service per break my mobile drain nut .and they welding my super splendor engine without informing me.and charged money, there is no other option.

They not even gave any job sheets.

I buyer a super splendor BS6 bike on 10 th august 2020. But till now I didn't get RC.

I purchased passion pro bike on October 2020 from gupta motors nagpur but from the date of purchase the engine gets off frequently while ridding on road and it happens several times in a day. I shown the bike at every service centre but still it didn't get resolved. The service centre person is saying its a company's manufacturing defect.Kindly help me to resolve this problem

I am purchased passion pro bike on dec-2020 also completed 13000km on run and completed 5 services.i am facing a problem with sudden off the engine in the middle of the run for 1km run it will stop 4 to 5 times...

I am several times told to service person but they didn't solve the issue.every day 20 to 30 times in the middle of riding.

Please suggest me what to do.

Service centre na to call aaya hai na to kuch message jab meine morning me call kiya or appointment liya tha tab bola aaj service me rakh do or Sam ko aapko delivery kar denge par jab meine samko samne se call kiya to bola ab to showroom bandh ho gaya hai kal aana to sabhi customer ko aap aise karte ho mera to kuch problem hi nahi solve karte or aditional o karva pade o karva na padega tab call karte ho mujhse promise kiya tha fir bhi aaj mere ko bike delivery nahi kiya 6.31 pm jab samne se call kiya tab pata chala

Dear Sir, I Laxmi Narayan mohany own a hero pleasure vehicle last 6 years. And I regularly services my vehicle in hero service center only. My vehicle registration number is AP 31 CP 4300 and billed in the name of Chandana das. Now I residing at Jhagrahi, Nuapada, Odisha. My nearest hero service center is Bishnu Automobiles, Udyanbandh, Nuapada, Odisha. Today I gone for service to replace the drive belt after breakdown. They replaced the same with non genuine part, It's OK. But they charged me for that as genuine part rupees 550/-. This is cheating and intolerable. I have purchased a bike splendor plus last year and since i have purchased it i am getting issue in bike regarding start problem switch problem everytime i went to service centre first of all no one is there who attends customer bloody irresponsible staff manager and owner adn no one gives a proper response regarding this isses and i want my product to be the perfect as i have paid for it no person is there in the company to resolve the problems company has zero after sales service and now i am going to complaint in consumer court for this company and product.
