We bought HERO HF DELUXE bike at 8months back, from the last 3months the bike doesn't get started properly.
Now it was completely breakdown and not started.
Even we reported the same thing to showroom, still they are not solved the problem.
And we tried to make the complaint through customer care and hero motors website but it doesn't take the complaint.

I have been taking the bike for 7 months, the oil filter is coming out of my engine absolutely rubbish service...

Very poor service, highly dissatisfied with service .bad experience today, water wash also not done properly, after servicing vehicle performance is very poor...

Meri bike ki battery me problem h, mere bike abhi ek saal hua hai jo ki battery gaurntie me h fir bhi uski replacement nhi ho rha hai sahab ji...

The mrg motor service Coimbatore I have purchased vehicle and my 5th service has taken late and it's almost 13000 km above so they told me to not taken this for 5th free service but I bring my vehicle before 12500 km before 5 days before but they told me to bring another day... Who is mistake here I want my free service. It's too bad, everytime I have a big problems like this, kindly resolve this issue...

Ohm Auto Sales Jiyanpur Azamgarh UP is asking extra charge to adhere number plate. While I have paid all purchase amount in a single payment. No balance is there. Then why they are asking extra charge. Please clarify at your end it is relevant or not.

Why free service canceled. Service timing miss my mistake but Km not complete. And covid time so i miss my free service. So pls manage this type issue....

I had a splendor plus new model vehicle today I went to your showroom Vallioor branch and I have my bike For the service but your employees didn't take responsibility for my vehicle. And one of the person says the new model vehicle has lot of sensors and I didn't understand the difference and uses. So please provide me with the fully knowledgeable employee and must provide the training for the mechanics. Thank you...

Complained krne k bawjud koi sunwai nhi phle bola 3 din main apki seat shockar change kr denge abhi seat available nhi hai mane bola 5 din ka time lelo but kr dena lekin aaj 10 din ho gye koi sunwayi nhi hai.kya faeda 5 year ki warranty dene ka jab poori nhi kr sakte .

I am call lots of times... nobody answering my call.
