Im working with tvs supply chain pvt ltd who is working with hero motorcrop i was always happyworking with tvs but my heart was broken when i should have holidays cause my father was admited in the hospital but mr anil who is working with tvs supply chain he gave me answer for my holidays i said to him that i need to go to have my father he is admitted at the hospital but he reply me that are you doctor who who will heal your father there will be doctors nurses to tace care of him what will u doing there so im just knowing about it. Is this way right to behave anyone i was already sad knowing about my father then he gave me unbeliave able rply so please i wanna just get my rights so please take action thank you

With all my due respect, I would like to inform you that, I bought a new bike from Hero MotoCorp. but they give me defective bike, in which many types of problems keep coming frequently and no one of Hero MotoCorp them is solving my problem.
Due to which my new bike has been standing in a bad condition for 2 months.

Therefore, it`s my humble request to you please take some action against Hero MotoCorp. I will looking forward for your valuable action and reply.

I have purchased hero pleasure on 1.1.2021. But after 6 months also I have not received any permenant registration number. After many verbal communications I am not getting any satisfying answer from the dealer. The online status is in rejected status.

I have purchased a Hero Splendor + motorcycle on 09th Nov 2020 from Ajit Hero, Rayagada, Odisha. I am resident of Rayagada, Odisha, 765001. Already 3 free services done, another 2 free services are pending. Since the day I have taken it, I am experiencing trouble like sudden and frequent engine stoppage. And I have indicated the issue in each service time. They have said the issue is solved. But I do never experienced it happened. I have to do 4th free service very recently as its total distance travelled reached. In this month I am experiencing another issue. Whenever I am putting back break, it produces loud sound like something that came out from a rusty surface.

It sounds like I am using a very old (20-25 year old ) bike while it is just 7 month plus old new bike.

I found their website for online customer care or grievance page. Nothing available. I want it to be sorted out.

I am HERE FOR COMPLAINT, AGAINST VARANYAM MOTORS, 1, padmanabh nagar, raisen road, BHOPAL.
REGARDING VEHICLE SERVICE I WAS WAITING HERE FOR FOUR AND FIVE HOURS, DURING THIS PERIOD IN THE COUSTER WAITING ROOM NO ANKY KIND OF DRINKING WATER FACILITIES AND NO ONE PROVIDES THE DETAIL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VEHICLE.I MYSELF WENT TO THE WORKER AND MANAGER TO INQUIRY MY VEHICLE. AT 5 O'CLOCK I GET MY VEHICLE BUT WITHOUT WASH. AND I DIDN'T GET MY BILL ALSO.
After all I am not satisfied with the services and lady manager whoever at the showroom. This is the worst service in hero company.

Maine november 2020 me xtream 160r Bilaspur chhattisgarh kharidi hai jo ki abhi 2500 ke lagbhag chali hai first servicing ho chuki hai starting me problem aa rahi hai mai gharghoda, dist raigarh chhattisgarh me rahta hu yaha local agency me gadi dikhane pr unhone yaha nahi ban pana bataya hai, head me petrol aa raha hai kaha gaya, kyuki gadi abhi warranty me hai iska kya karu ?

I have purchased a Passion Pro Motorcycle from Sharman Hero, Pitam Pura, Delhi on 24.03.2021 and I have got the first free service of this motorcycle from your authorized service center i.e. Infinity Auto, A-123, Mangol Puri Industrial Area Phase-II, New Delhi-110083 on 12.06.2021 with the following problems faced by me:

And so and so .. The supervisor Talk to me and he will attach a supporting battery to my bike but it was also not working

Sub; Service related serious complaints (Estimate and actual Cost)

I am HP Kharwal, my Vehicle is a CBZ Xtreme Sports, 2015 Modal and No. RJ03SR3717, i left my vehicle for Normal Servicing and routine check up on Friday, 25th June, 2021.
On Monday 28th June, 2021 i received a call from service center and told me that your vehicle will not be repaired/serviced thereafter i was visited to that service center for looking after my vehicle.

At time of my visiting to the service center serviceman/mechanic was telling me that your vehicle's engine is not working and we have to open it and estimated cost will be about Rs.500 to 700/-, I was agreed with them and given my consent for repairing of my vehicle.

On Wednesday 30th June, 2021 i was received call again from Service center and told me that your vehicle No. RJ03SR3717 is ready to move that time i was not visited the service center for getting of my vehicle.

On Friday i visited the Service Center for getting my vehicle and i asked for cost of servicing/repairing they told me that Rs. 3400 round figure when i was heard and shocked and mentally nervous. thereafter i was argued with them but they were not ready to reply me about how was this cost increased suddenly and i told them It is you duty to tell the customer before doing any thing new or estimated cost are increased.

Thereafter, they are denying to provide me actual cost and they have not any justification of said incremental cost.

You are requested to help me for my vehicle and I belief that for HERO MOTOCORP the Customer satisfactions and trusts are more important.

I have purchased a hero glamour bike from Golden Motors, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal. I am facing a huge problem with my bike from the day of purchasing. Problems have started in it from the day one... I had to call RSA for three times because of full breakdown. I have purchased the bike on September, 2020. I am still facing the same problem as showroom service center could not solve the problem but I have to pay the instalment amount at every month... Please help me...

On my bike tyre bubbles are came that time i gone to kankavli showroom and they told me you get it. Tyres is in warranty but the hero showroom in kankavali maharastra told me you get it within 1 month, that happens in last 4 months but does not I got it . They didn't received call and not tell anything plz I request take action on it immediately.

Vehicle is not getting started smoothely & missing .

i visited the Sehgal Automobile on 29/06/2021 for planned service (4th) along with the problem of vehicle is not getting start in the evening even after more than 20 kicks . ( from last two days, facing too much difficulties .

When i received the vehicle, they informed me that Fuel Pump Assembly is replaced under warranty and now issue is resolved, i have informed them, i am still facing the issues . They are making the excuses like, our technician are on leave, one of our person ( Mr. Manish is injured ) so he can't come today .

Although, i called yesterday evening them again that bike is not getting started, they noted the address and said will send the technician. but till 3 pm no call or intimation was received . now saying they will send person tomorrow . At present they are saying our technician are on leave, one of our person ( Mr. Manish is injured ) so he can't come today or talk with our seniors.

Feeling so frustrated and cheated . Although bike is still under warranty, it was purchased in September 2020 . facing the same issue from long time, same complaint was also raised during the earlier services .

For your reference, Invoice Copy of 29/06/2021 is attached herewith.

Hope to get a positive & prompt action from Hero Motor at the utmost urgency

We bought HERO HF DELUXE bike at 8months back, from the last 3months the bike doesn't get started properly.
Now it was completely breakdown and not started.
Even we reported the same thing to showroom, still they are not solved the problem.
And we tried to make the complaint through customer care and hero motors website but it doesn't take the complaint.
