Why My free service canceled? All Service regular but my last service delay so i have quarantine for covid 19. And showroom timing 9 to 2 i have not manage to this timing so plz manage this time issue.

I am Satish bhatia I had taken service from power motor of hero destini 125(bokaro stell city, 827004) but it is not starting now

Sir I have complain many times through email and customer care no but unfortunately till now my problem hasn’t resolved..I have complain against manager of Girija hero showroom, Nawada, Bihar.that he hasn’t solved my queri and continuously 2month onward ignore my queri that tomorrow your problem is solved but till now he hasn’t solved it.he said you complain against me in customer care so go to customer care and solved your problem from customer and why are you waiting here..that stupid and untolerable word I can’t tolerate..so kindly again request please take action against such a nonsense staff

For simple work to change the c.d.i.splender i.smart and labour charge is very high and complete in four days labour charge is 750rs this is possible please clear

I have hero passion x pro bike. I have got service this bike at Aan automobile (kuwadva road, rajkot), the authorized service station of Hero motorcorp, on 29/05/2021. I got the delivery of my bike on 31/05/2021. When I have collected my bike after service it was not working well. It was doing more noise than before I have serviced it. Then I immediately gone to the service station and I came to know it is because of the mistake done by the mechanic while fitting the parts. Then they have started solving it and in between this they started taking lunch and rest. Nearly 3 hrs I have to wait there then they have given me my bike. And just I reach to my home again the bike is started making noise.

After that very next day i.e. 1/6/2021 I have registered one complain on the complain number of the company ([protected]) and the customer executive have said me that my complaint has been registered but I didn't get any complain number. And no any kind of procedure has been done by the company. So on next day i.e. 2/6/2021 I have again contacted on the same number and again registered my complaint and then the person has given me the complaint number that is[protected] and told me that the problem has been solved within 48 hours. But still today i.e. 4/6/2021 there is no any kind of contact from the company or the service center.

I think No one should purchase the vehicles from Hero motorcorp.

I am Suman Manna citizen of Shyampur Horwah, i had bought BS6 Hero Glamour on 12th October 2020 from Shyamal Auto Shyampur(Shyampur branch), which is under Riddhi Motors, I am not getting proper service. My bike was not starting since 22rd May 2021, I had complained many time then also no one is coming to see the what's the problem. They even not bothering my problem...

Main ek ki samasya ko lekar pareshan Hun mujhe koi response Nahin mil pa raha hai meri wife pichhle kuchh mahinon se engine se awaz kar rahe hain is chakkar mein 5 bar company Chala Gaya koi response nahi mila

I have purchased a scooty on 21/1/21 named maestro edge and now it's self is not working I have to. Use kick for daily use . Please get it solved now

Hi Team,

I have given my bike (AP 39J K6672) for 1st servicing in Sri Lakshmi Motors Gudivada. When I have given for servicing supervisor had listed down the small small scratches. The problem is at the time of delivery. I have see the left mirror has been broken and back mudgar become bend . That was completely staff mistake and I'm sure it was happed in show room itself. When I was questioned them the way how the reply and arguing with me is worst. They are very rude in answering. Infact some one talk like you complaint where ever you want. I need an explanation how come they behave like hell with the customer.
Pls make an investigation and pls make sure they should not behave rude anyone else in future.

Sir I bought a bike from your dealership vasu motors at kund rewari haryana in August 2019, but there were some pbms in it from the first day.
As I am a handicap person, I needed a self start bike but bike was not self start .
I went to them repeatedly from day third but they said they will do it.
They took my battery to get it changed from company but gave some other person battery saying that it got interchanged, I have bill as proof and still it didn't self start.
Secondly, there is some noise in its rear drum bit it has not been done by them.
In sept 2019 my my bike get into accident and my leg broke again, I was on bed, when my bike came back from showroom, there was a new pbm that it's front tyre guard gets entangled in chasis due to which I could get into accident but escaped somehow.
When I asked them they said they will do it.
Sir today after too much pbm I got some person to influential person in my area to ask them to do all work and they completely denied today,
Sir I am daily wage worker, I lose rs 500 for the day I go to them for repair works, I didn't have any knowledge where to complaint but today I found someone who can contact you, that's why I am sending complaint after so many days.

I have Purchased Two Mirrors for my Glamour BS-IV vehicle. On the label the MRP for each mirror is Rs. 255. The amount would have been 510. But they have collected 540 from me. Showroom name is SRI SPANDANA MOTORS, KODAD, SURYAPET DIST, TELANGANA.
They gave me GST Bill for it. Particulars are 457.63 is sub total and 82.38(82.38).
As per law no item should not be sell for more than MRP.(Inclusive of GST)

I've purchased a new glamour bike after the 5 service I noticed engine oil leakage from the chamber and I've gone to the service center and they approved, but they are taking long time.

Dear team I have purchased hf delux bike on dated 11 sep 2020 from Kahlon motor wadala banger batala.
And am just visit the agency for third service but it's very disappointed that service done by a 15 year guy and the service of bike is very bad.i have compainted regarding horn but is still not working.After one engine makes sound like 10 year old bike.very unhappy with hero motocorp.
