This Murugesh from Chennai,
i have bought a pleasure at one of the show room which is located at valasaravakkam-chennai on last July-2018.
Yesterday i have met with one major accident because of accelerator failure and not able to decrease the speed
my vehicle got damaged and major injury for me also
i am expecting immediate replacement for my two wheeler and 10 lakhs for my medical expenses with in one week otherwise i will go with consumer court

I buy this bike hf deluxe.. I month ago from kalsi moter gill chonk ludhiana. Bike no. Pb91g2262. Im facing a problem in handle and tier of the bike. Both things are hard in working.. I went to the kalsi moter and tell them about my problem.. But they only service my bike. But they did not fix my problem.. Nd service was not also good..
Please fix help. Me to resolve my bike issue asap

Hero Motocorp — maestro edge not serviced properly in 4 services

My maestro edge is not running properly and it is vibrating very badly and it's engine is giving a louder noise. I complained about it but the service centre does not repaired it properly even when i am complaining about this problem from my 1 service but they have not repaired my scooty and i am done with 4 services and 4 complaints from there but they are doing nothing about my scooty and charging extra money every time....

I having a maestro vehicle bearing no mh20 ea 1224 which is purchased from raj auto aurangabad, since the day of purchasing tail lamp of vehicle is not working without using the break at night time, i made a complaint during last two services both the time company charged for tail lamp services on 13 july 2019 they charged me for replacing bulb but when i got back it was not working i made complaint on help line but till date they not responded today i called they are saying come to company, they never called me after service to tk reviews or prblm so i m annoyed with the service and want to go...

I g kumara samy (Phone [protected]) one of the customer of hero two wheelers since a long and i using glamour fi.

Bharath motors in nagercoil is giving very very poor service and maintenance of all vehicles. No service mechanic take care the vehicle and only waste the whole time.
Today 09/08/19 i given my two wheeler at 0820 hrs as a first token. Now 1135 hrs no mechanic till touch my vehicle
Kindly arrange to take care all'vehicles of hero moto corp customers...

I purchased hero passion pro from singla agencies pul pehladpur new delhi 110044. When i purchased the bike and i started go to my home that time felt that bike back wheel not work properly. Hi,
My scooty have been serviced through your agency, they didn't changed the engine oil. After getting the service, i drove my scooty for 7-8 kms then the engine became seased. I tried reaching your agency from where the servicing done (Sector 58, noida), they toe my scooty on 28th july to their agency. Then they promised me to deliver it on very next day. But still i am reaching them out to deliver it to me and it's now 8 august and i am not getting proper response from them.
My vehicle no. Is up14 db 1521.

Please provide me resolution on this as i am not getting...

I am in need of a duplicate bill for re-registering my bike .
I lost original bill which is 20 years old in floods
But the dealer is not ready to provide it and it is mandatory to reregister my
bike in karnataka.

Vehicle is bought on 12/09/1999.

My registration will be over by 18th of this month.

Day one like bike purchase related clutch issue till not solved they said next service will be solved now i have done 3rd service
I have done 3rd service on 5/8/2019 some noise coming in chain cover then next day 6/8/19 tuesday i visited then they are worked on it but noise again started they are not seriously on it

I do have a pleasure scooter which is given for repairing to m/s sunny motors, auth service centre, kanika square, cuttack, odisha since 05/08/2019. The scooter is pending for a speedo metre. The workshop manager is unable to say me when to deliver me the scooter.
Am misbehaved by the manager and the supervisor. Kindly resolve my complaint as early as possible. Otherwise i will take help of the court of law....

I purchased active 5g from authorised dealer in mumbai dated 15-aug-2018 till now (Within 1 year) it's engine & battery problem not resolved. Engine stopped 4-5 time in a year on road. I face many problems during a year.

From the date of purchased, i suffer a lot, three months ago its battery stop working. Hardly i managed to take it in servrce center but they temporarily worked on it and again after just 3 months i have similar problem

This is to inform you that, i am very disappointed with hero bike service station at (Rithala metro moters), last week i had gone to same service station for my bike 1st service, when i describe the issues in my bike to service man, he will not attending me properly, also when my bike service is done, i have go to billing counter, the cashier man mr. B. R. Mishra is very rude with me, his behavior is very bad with me. When i told him how you talk with the customers, he said (Jiska bolna h bol de mera naam b. R. Mishra h)

I have purchased hero glamour fi model in month of april 2019. From the date of purchased, i suffer a lot, bike is not starting with kick in morning. Starts only after 4 to 5 kicks. Today i have given in your service center at vadodara near pandya bridge. Your staff told me that it will take 2 to 3 days to repair and approximate expenses will be nearly rs. 1200/-. Only one free service is done so far. I request your staff that when i came in the morning to my office, it was in well working order. Plz do needful at earliest....

I have hero mastero (Hr48c 3519) and i bought it on 14feb2018 from tosham, bhiwani (Haryana). Three months ago its battery stop working and kick also didn't work. Hardly i managed to take it in servrce center but they temporarily worked on it and again after just 3 months i have similar problem. Your service makes me very diappointing and i never suggest anyone to take a bike or scooty from hero motor shop.

From service center, call me that your 3rd servicing has lapsed. According to service book for 3rd service it is 260 days or 6000 km. My super splendor is purchased 22nd jan 2019 from sakchi show room. When l object on 3rd august at service center slag rd. Bhuiyandih jamshedpur jharkhand. They told me servicing will be done. L told them days & km is not now reached. Why did you call me? After 2nd service bike has ran only 1000 km. I complained some problems but the mechanic just remove the dust, washed, filled nitrogen and handover me the bike. My bike no. Is jh 05 ch 7468....

Hero Motocorp — issues occuring in bike's performance during rainy season

I have bought a maestro edge in november 2017. The bike working fine but after using it for 5 months. I started facing issues as the light bulb fuses in a day or 2 after installing. Indicator sensor failing frequently. The bike is also not giving the promised average. I have shown in the service center, they charged me every time and the issue occurs again.

In the rain, the bike is performing really badly. It stops in between if drive during rain. Then after kicking, and blowing some air in the petrol tank and working on it, it automatically starts in 1/2 hour again. I am facing this...
