Here is aditya dave currently stay in bhuj (kachchh). i am troubling about a service of hero company, where they cant able to solve a problem of their bike. i had completed my 4 service of bike where i always mentioned the problem which occur in bike while riding, after the all over servicing i contact to the service centre but they totally fail to solve the problem 4 times in servicing.

I own a 2021 Passion Pro BS6 bike. This bike's engine shuts off suddenly while running in traffic without any reason which in my opinion is very dengerous and life threatening. I am riding motorcycles for last 7 years, and I am enough experienced not to stall the bike everyday in city traffic. I visited Naihati Hero authorised service centre for resolving this issue, they updated the software of the bike and assured that I won't face this issue again, but the issue is not resolved even for one day( the problem continue to occur on the same day way back to my home from the service centre which is 5km away). If any concerned person of Hero Motocorp get this complain address this as soon as possible because it is a real safety concern for me.

I have bought a Two wheeler in the month of November 2022 in Ramnagar, Varanasi. But till now dealer have not provide number plate and even not giving the update. The behavior is not also as according to expected. I hope that HERO MOTOCORP is concerned about their customer. Kindly look into the matter.

1.Most of nut bolt got losses even when started using on 1 weeks itself so there adjusted Temp Local but and bolt

2. Battery which came only 6 Months

3.There lot of sounds engine while driving

4.The tyres are used Maxxis which was not quality one due to this tyre with 1.5 months damaged fully

5.the Put board of down plate got loosen now temp which is tied From metal wire

6.So which are used engine and other materials are used not quality one

so kindly provide us replacement or cash back our amount

My Name is Rahul Rawat and I bought hero Splendor+ from Kharghar in 2022.
its been only some months and my bike having self problems it is not taking self when i went to your service center in new panvel two times first, they make me wait for whole day and nothing happens they didn't do anything and give my bike as it was. and second time i go today they said bike ecm system not working i told them its a new bike and is on warranty but they said to me We cant give you warrant and tod me it will cost Rs.8, 000 to fix my bike ecm system i denied it and they charge me a bill of Rs.461. which is very bad.
i want to raise a complaint regarding it
first, they didint allow me to give warranty.
second, they charged me unnecessarily.

On the first month itself, it started making problems, As the gear is applied, it sometimes suddenly stops. As we have risen to the occasion, they asked us to do service, but the problem hasn't ended. It's been 1 year and 4 months since it started to be a serious problem. As today we are in a village, we are unable to reach people for help. As due to the perious vehicle satisfaction we have bought it, which made us to face difficult . So I raised it in the hopes that I would get a good solution regarding it.

I have been taking paid service for my bike for last six years approx.
Showroom manager told me that if you take a regular paid service the hero company will take care of body of your bike for five years.
I purchased the bike on[protected]. After two and half year i lodged a complaint that silencer of the bike got rusted and it is about to break.
They took pics and said we lodged the complaint after a month it will be changed .But every time when i went for servicing for my bike they used to say next time when you come for the bike servicing it will be changed.
Now they are saying the bike is more than 5 years older. When i give my bike for servicing at chirkunda hero showroom it is not satisfactory. But we have no choice at chirkunda. Last time i gave my bike for servicing on[protected] they changed the engine oil. Today i gave my bike for service at dhanbad here they are saying to change the engine oil again as it is lower then the level.
Service of hero showroom at chirkunda is not satisfactory and they are cheating with people.
This kind of service is not good for a reputed company who claims to be heart of India.

I am buying Hero Splendor bike on 15 October 2022 but not received any RC and Security Plate already 4month but alrways say 1week but not solved my problem

Hi i have an xpulse 4v bs6 model. From 1st service till 6th service today my engine oil leakage problem is not solved. Even after riding for more than 12000 km this problem still persist. It is really frustrating nd very bad experience with xpulse. Will never recommend anyone for xpulse again

I am having hero xpulse 200 4v which having engine leakage issues and heavy vibration even under 60 kmph with loudest engine sound. I tried to get assistance for hero service center but issue remains the same.

I raise the complaint for issuing my Hero XPulse helmet. The Hero Arun motor, Theni, Tamilnadu, They didn't surrender my XPulse helmet and also the service was worst in that showroom. They didn't responding me properly. So kindly take action as soon as possible.

I have given my bike for service at above said showroom today (28/01/2023) morning 8.30 am and i have visited the showroom at evening 7 o clock for collect the bike from service.They are delever the bike without water wash .Once find out the problems i asked the bike service supervisor as why you are deliver the bike without water wash and did only air spray cleaning?? and shouted to them. He said i am unaware about that now bike service is closed and will come on Monday after 11 o clock. They are behaving very rudely and answring without any responsible.

I am really upset and got anxiety about the company serviceing to the customers. How dare they deliver the bike without finishing the full work. i am seeing everthing in mirror screen they dit only air spray and deliver the bike withoin 10 min. Without servicing they collected money Rs.780/-
I am telling that people like "once i enter the showroom after only they have take the bike and did quick service without water wash within 1/2 an hour. At thetime my bike was very ugly and dirty .After that only the sayning come on Monday again for water wash.
What is this??? i need to take one more holiday form office for bike service???.

As i have 2 advocate in my family i will escalate thsi issue at consumer court .

world no 1 worst bike service at SMC HERO MOTORCOP IN MEDAVAKKAM. I will tell to my all friends and face book, twitter follwoers to avoid the HERO MOTOR buying and itis simply waste.
I hope your team will take quick action on that company .

Whenever I press the clutch and let the bike be free, the engine shuts down, this problem is from the start when I bought this bike. I have complained so many times to the agency, during services as well as apart from them, yet the issue has not been resolved. It’s been a year now and I’m very fed up with this. Therefore, I request you to kindly replace the bike or fix the problem permanently.

My bike no.- RJ20US3135 engine has problems 4 times in the last 1 year. There is a problem of crane in the engine, due to which the bike gets jammed and the bike stops, even the service center people do not pay attention. The problem is coming since the last time I had brought the bike. and back off. From 18/01/2023 my vehicle is at the service center only.
Didn't even give me the bill twice during the service in between, please give a proper solution.
