Dear team,
I purchased a hero bike on january 8th 2020 and after one month, the bike didn't started and I took it to the charisma hero phase 1 chandigarh where It was repaired by the the service center.
Again, the same problem has occured today i.e 10th april 2021. The bike was given to the supreme sales today and they repaired the bike and after it was took from the service center, it again gave the same problem and this time Mr. Joginder Singh was so rude that he clearly stated to do whatever we can and this vehicle wont be repaired by us again.
The vehicle is in the service center and nobdy is entertaining us.
The manager Hardeep Singh is also giving the false hope to us. I have already been facing harrassment from the last 3 months.
The bike is only 3 months old and it is still giving this much of problem, I will apply for the full refund back which i paid for the vehicle or replace me with the new one.
If not, then I will place a case against the company of giving the damaged vehicle and harrassment against me and my family.
