Defective Bike need replacement

Dear Team,
I have purchased a Super splinder bike on 10th of November.I am very much unhappy with the product. I am becoming a regular customer for your service centre as bike defecting regularly. I have purchased for my official purpose with my all savings. As I am a sales person my bike is very much necessary for me in this Covid Situation. I have taken this new bike for my old faith on HERO. I am very much hopeless with the product....

    Sir i have purchased a splendor plus bike from taranangad motor gwalior. They gave a helmet of abp comany & it was a very low quality and not comfortable .
    This is very rediculous behaviour the indias biggest comany doing this I very upset I want some solution

          First no response to customer
          And service was very poor
          They are taking all problem and not doing service they only wash the vehicles and giving to us and telling your service is completed I service December I complaint that baterry problem and they tell you come next time we will replace the baterry you have guarantee and next time they did not replace baterry they charge the baterry and give to me and same problem comes no self start no IBS
          No clutch start etc now they are tell after 2 service your kilometer is end so your guarantee is completed so we can't help you what ever you what you do it next complaint engine problem I am complaining from the first service they are not response and in paid service they tell this much amount you have to paid and I tell 5year warranty us their and they tell no problem in engine i am having problem and engine getting heat and engine getting more sound in engine they only want money no work they only blaming me only and they are telling your mistake we can't help you . Company not giving warranty and guarantee .they will tell but lastly they will not give you (hero bikes) they will tell 5 year likr that because other no body will pucharse our company bikes. So we have to print 5 year warranty and guarantee .your service people tell in workshop

                  The customer support is of no use, they are not listening to the query and cutting calls while I am speaking.
                  My query/complaint is regarding service of my hero destini 125 . The service book says either x kms OR y months . But my x kms are not completed, but the dealer is saying the free service will expire after y months .
                  He is saying both the conditions are mandatory . If that is so why it is not written AND instead of OR in service book .

                    This is to bring a huge issue into your notice that at one of your dealership Chaudhary Enterprises, Tepla road, Banur they are doing a massive fraud with customers where they are being cheated with the quality of service that is being guranteed by your reputed hero moto corp. brand. I went their for service of my vehicle and and was disappointed on seeing the quality of service done as the labour was not skilled enough and the spare parts and the oil that the company ensures is of good quality is totally a hoax as the oil was of very bad quality basically call it a duplicate oil was used, and to specify this is not only my vehicle but the all the pending customers i saw for service facing same issue of bad quality cheap duplicate oil, and immature unskilled labour . This type of service has effected my vehicle splendor+ which is guess is the major highlight of the brand and my vehicle was very much new but now due to this issue has damged my whole engine and i had to get it repaired whic cost me a very huge amount that has completely emptied my bank account. This is just not right for a reputed brand to cheat acustomers like that, and request to immediately take action by setting up a internal enquiry regarding this issue. As everyone knows that using bad quality oil not only reduces life of vehicle but also harmful for nature and engine both. This is a serious issue which could be brought out legally as well but as this is my moral responsibility that i should inform the company regarding what is going on inside their system particularly the Banur Chaudhary Enterprises . And on further noticing the issue if any action isn't taken immediately this must be known that tis issue comes under the Section 415 and 420 of IPC for frauding the customers . And one more issue which i feel is truly disgusting on Dealer Kamal Chaudhary's part as he doesnt know how to treat customers as his attitude is rude just want lump some money without providing the actual services. And to help when myself investigated the issue from the known ones i found that Kamal Chaudhary only buys duplicate spare parts and duplicate oil and claim them to be original thus asking the money for original service which was actually never given.
                    I truly believe that a necessary immediate action must be taken against Chaudhary Enterprises and request you to investigate this secretly for better revealing of truth as i gurantee and ensure you that you will find all the duplicate bad oil an spare parts in the agency and its service centre definitely. And rest i believe in Hero Brand that it wont let its name go down due these fraud dealers. I hope i will get all the details of the investigation taken by the company before i take out this matter legally to punish the dealer under as mentioned above section and this also be very negative effect on company's success and reputation . I hope that a company's executive will be in my touch to inform me about every step taken regarding this issue and prevent the dealer and company from penalizing.

                        I had purchased a passion pro b6 from East venice motors, Alappuzha on 05/09/2020.The vehicle completed 5 free services and bike run just 14938 km now.I started complaining from my third service.The main problm is when we riding top gear or any gear when we apply clutch to down or up gear, the engine turned off.After each service they says it get repaired but no use.Now i cannot confidently overtaking vechicles because engine get turned of when we overtaking and in traffic roads engine turned of frequently.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I purchased a hero bike on january 8th 2020 and after one month, the bike didn't started and I took it to the charisma hero phase 1 chandigarh where It was repaired by the the service center.
                                      Again, the same problem has occured today i.e 10th april 2021. The bike was given to the supreme sales today and they repaired the bike and after it was took from the service center, it again gave the same problem and this time Mr. Joginder Singh was so rude that he clearly stated to do whatever we can and this vehicle wont be repaired by us again.
                                      The vehicle is in the service center and nobdy is entertaining us.
                                      The manager Hardeep Singh is also giving the false hope to us. I have already been facing harrassment from the last 3 months.
                                      The bike is only 3 months old and it is still giving this much of problem, I will apply for the full refund back which i paid for the vehicle or replace me with the new one.
                                      If not, then I will place a case against the company of giving the damaged vehicle and harrassment against me and my family.
