    Last day I had conface a heavy problem by me pleasure Plus. That's why I had do the contact with rsa executive.he had do his basic job. After that when my vehicle got service appointment then someone contact form local authorised workshop & after that he apoint a service advisor.. today morning I have contact with him his behaviour is too roud...he told me if you aren't coming between 9:00 am I can't wait for you...

          Dear sir, I Dr Yogesh Upadhyay purchased a new splendor + bike on 29 Oct 2020 from shubham hero Basti. Chasis No. MBLHAW113LHJ11593.
          Now after about six months of riding the bike I am deeply aggrieved by the worst performance of my bike. I have already got my bike serviced three times at Sant Kabir Nagar (khlilabad) Uttar Pradesh but mileage of the bike is lowest of all time. Even after repeated complaints your service advisor and engineer could not repair the bike upto satisfactory level. Kindly get my bike checked thoroughly by qualified and certified service engineer and if required my bike must be replaced with new engine as I think that there is some manufacturing defect in the engine. It is tarnishing the image of hero motocorp. Waiting for early response

            I am a Hero bike user.My registration no.is WB06S3283.I went to the Vineline Eng.Pvt.Ltd., TOPSIA service centre.One of the employee named Adil Ali misbehaved with me.I visited for consecutive three days for the tax invoice but it was not ready, after asking that why it is being delayed much so they said net connection issues. One of the employee named Adil Ali has misbehaved with me very badly.He said you can't listen to things nicely, get your ears cleaned.He was even ready to show body strength.Being such a reputed company like Hero why do you recruit such a people who do not have even sense how to talk to the customers.If action is being not taken.I am going to lodge complain to the higher authority.

The battery of my scooter broke down yesterday. The battery is under warranty. But I do not have a battery replacement because I do not have a service book.                 My dad took auto loan from Hero Fincorp, Shyama Automobiles, Ranchi .They somehow leaked the data from their end and then my dad received the call exactly on the day of EMI payment and then they asked to submit it online as the cheque payment was not getting through. And asked to submit the money via google pay. The guy on the call had all the details about our loan. And later when we didn't receive the receipt we reached out to the concerned authorities and came to know that it was fraud.

                  Hi there,

                  My name is Zahad and I am a Royal Enfield influencer for Coimbatore, Tamilnadu region. I am a YouTuber, Motovlogger and an Instagram influencer (@mistercoimbatore) .

                  I recently got interested in Off-roading and wanted to use Xpulse 200 as a secondary bike.

                  I approached Vasanthi Hero showroom (Coimbatore) last month and the staff never explained me the finance process. When I asked her the interest, she replied that I will be paying only Rs. 6, 000 per year and also did not say from which bank she is going to apply, that’s my carelessness, I accept my mistake as well. I confirmed for 2 years and I thought that I will be paying only 12, 000 rs 24 months.

                  Staff said that I am eligible to pay 17, 000 rs as an initial payment and then proceed with the finance.

                  Since I had 50, 000 rs, I gave it to the staff to proceed with the payment but the staff returned with a receipt of 48, 500 rs and we have taken 1, 500 rs as a document charges. I have never received a proof/receipt or explanation for the document charges till date.

                  Later, on April 7th I received a message from HDB Financial Services about the EMI breakup. I installed HDB app to review the EMI breakdown and saw the finance provided to me was 90, 736 rs which was more than required, let me explain.

                  Forget about 1, 500 rs (document charge), I paid 48, 500 rs and the vehicle cost confirmed by the staff was 1, 37, 736 rs. The staff also confirmed that if I delay and make the payment in the month of April, the vehicle cost will be more.

                  Vehicle cost: 137736
                  Initial payment: 48500
                  Remaining required: 89236

                  I do not understand why HDB financed me 90, 736 rs on April 7th instead of 89236 rs and today on April 9th after taking the delivery of bike, there is a change in the financed amount, it says 91, 735 rs.

                  Financed amount: 91735
                  Required amount: 89236

                  I really do not understand why there is an extra charge of Rs. 2499. Processing and document charges was already taken at the time of booking (1500 rs). Also, the staff confirmed that I will be receiving a Helmet but on the delivery day, she said that Helmet is not included in the accessories and there was no Tool Kit and First Aid box. Are you guys serious? In a way, I am happy that they will provide front and rear number plates for free on Tuesday, April 13th, 2021.

                  Also, the bike was really dirty with scratches on the mirror and seat cover but they have replaced it immediately. Few bolts and nuts were loose, I tightened the bolts & nuts, chain lubed and washed the bike in the Royal Enfield Service center where I work as a part time influencer.

                  You can refer to the images, videos for more clarity and also I request you to check Google reviews of Vasanthi Motors, there is no good reviews at all. Since, there were a lot of good reviews about the Xpulse on YouTube and excitement of me learning dirt and track race, I did not check the Vasanthi Motor reviews and ended up with a big disappointment. I will never refer Vasanthi Motors to my friends, relatives and family members.

                  Since EMI breakdown images will have a sensitive information, I am not sharing it here. Please revert back to me with a clarification and I will share the EMI breakdown images. Thank you very much for your co-operation!

While driving I have face a sitting arrangement problem when driving a bike both thighs and the private parts of the body stumbled and injured day to day driving because of curved position of seats near the petrol tank.

                        I have purchased hoping no problem scooter, but my Maestro edge KA 22 HG 6741 from Nagashanti motors Belgaum, scooter is giving slope speed engine off problem and very low mileage of scooter, I visited goa Magnet wheels, they said software and O2 sensor problem, but again when I was in Belgaum I visited Nagashanti service on 28th March 21, they said software is upgraded but computer indicates not good health (RED) so O2 sensor needs to changed, I said do it, but they say not available, they ordered but till today it's not delivered they say,
                        My scooter I canot youse it for past 15 to 20 days because engine gets off on slow speed, engine indicater on, and very low mileage. I am fed-up of this new scooter. What I should do now.

                          This is not the first complaint about my 2wheeler service, earlier I have shared it with the service center, now updating it in the consumer forum.

                          Mohit Service (Mayur Vihar 3 Kondli 110092 Delhi) hasn't improved himself neither they have a card machine nor they are properly doing their job, even the behavior of Gupta Ji and the owner is totally out of the box.

                              I bought a bike in August 2020 in M. K. Motors thiruvallur in Tamilnadu. I found oil leakage in engine and told to that showroom during 1st service. They told after service oil leakage corrected. But actually not corrected problem. The real oil leakage is from engine casting area near head. I complaining this issue in that showroom but they are not respond to that issue and asking Rs. 3000 for solving that issue.

                                But one day when I had been to Bolangir the same scooty showed a great problem for which it could not even start and I had given in the service centre of ARUNDHANTI HERO Motocorp .Bolangir.But since 15 days it could not well serviced and they are always returning me in several pleas.
                                Further I would like to inform your the company that I am being facing lot of problems for my children to drop them in their schools.

                                  I have booked xpulse 200 in hosur showroom (27.03.2021)and the onroad price is highly differs from the price quoted by Hero MotoCorp and there is no proper response for the customer and they said there is no colour option if you want the colour i wished for they said to wait for 3 months and staff's are very irrelevant and irritating so kindly i request solution for my queries

                                      Its not even 1 month I bought this bike Splendor from D.R Brijmohan & Sons PVT LTD, G.S Road, Bhangagarh, Guwahati(Assam) and the bike is giving severe perfomance.Due to the poor perfomance of the bike I had to go for repair twice at the servicing centre.If such new products gives so much trouble then what will happen to us masses if we have to deal with the same thing again & again wasting our time and money.I am submitting a photocopy of the delivery note along with this.
