I have booked xpulse 200 in hosur showroom (27.03.2021)and the onroad price is highly differs from the price quoted by Hero MotoCorp and there is no proper response for the customer and they said there is no colour option if you want the colour i wished for they said to wait for 3 months and staff's are very irrelevant and irritating so kindly i request solution for my queries

    Sir I have bought a Glamour bs6 variant bike. Up50BZ0982 . I am very disappointed with riding comfort of seat height and seat comfort. It's worst of seat. If possible change my seat . It feels like wooden seat . After paying 92000 rs I feel that it's my life's wrong decision to buy Glamour bs6

      Its not even 1 month I bought this bike Splendor from D.R Brijmohan & Sons PVT LTD, G.S Road, Bhangagarh, Guwahati(Assam) and the bike is giving severe perfomance.Due to the poor perfomance of the bike I had to go for repair twice at the servicing centre.If such new products gives so much trouble then what will happen to us masses if we have to deal with the same thing again & again wasting our time and money.I am submitting a photocopy of the delivery note along with this.

          This is inform you that I have Maestro Edge 125 FI, Vehicle no. CH01BZ-8509. I have done service always at Charesma Service Centre at Chandigarh. Last time I had service of my vehicle and their is engine oil leakage and they change the rubber.. But after 3-4 mother their is similar problem of leakage. Then I go to at Plot No. 3, Industrial Area, Phase- 1, Chandigarh in January, 2021. They have not any washing...

            Two months back i purchased a new hero hf deluxe bike from day starting there is major fault in a fuel tank how much petrol you have in your fuel tank it not showing it always showing in a red mark. I complain again the product they are giving a good effort but the result are zero.Its a worst experience for me from hero company i will never recommended to any one to purchase hero company bike.I given a request to resolve a default as soon as possible or change the fuel tank completely as soon as possible

              Dear Sir/Madam

              I had given my bike(BR01EH7733) on 07-Feb-2021 for service and service person told me that he will handover to me on 22-Feb-2021 but till now I didn't received my bike, because of this I am facing below issues,
              As per ongoing situation during Covid time I am travelling with Public transport which is not safe, if something happen to me will your company will liable to pay?
              I bought bike for my personal and professional use not for company showroom show.
              Any one used to buy vehicle for there own purpose but here it seems like I bought and kept in showroom service Centre and my work is to pay the EMI only so better u can pay because now you are using.
              Whenever I used to ask from service manager (Om Prakash Upadhyay) when you will return back, his reply is (companiya part bheje ga tb hi na banaye gai, toh kiska galti bike kharidenai wale ka, sell krne ka ya companiya ka) sorry to used this language but I got reply like this, his service and stock maintenance is so worst.

              Please resolve my issue within 2 to 3 days because it's so long and I am facing lots of issue unless I have to take some other step (towards companiya or seller or me) and if you are not able to provide the bike parts or service, please take bike from me and return my full money back.

              Hope so will get your reply and needful.

                Regret to inform you that, upon receiving message from hero authorized show room siva sankar motors intimating that my bike servicing was due, i gave my bike for regular servicing with minor complaints informing them that front wheel break action is more and it is moving with difficulty when tried to move it manually and chain sound was observed. I gave my bike for servicing on 16.03.21 and Job card No is[protected]RJC[protected]. My bike registration No is AP31DZ1631.
                They have called me during the same day saying that spark plug is to replaced along with some other accessories. I said ok..and then collected my vehicle, after that i've observed lot of jerking while accelerating beyond 40KMPH and it comes all of a sudden, when tried increase acceleration it will give jerking and rather speed will decrease, all this happens momentarily and will again restore to the normal. I have bought this issue to the notice of concerned service person, he tightened front wheel nuts and said everything is ok..since the problem is still remaining ive called the service person he said he is on leave for aquite few days then said concern mechanic is on leave later said u can bring the vehicle some body else will see.I've waited patiently all through this, finally when couple of days back when i 've again met that service person, but this time mechanic was very rude and said have to wait for few hours, though i've explained him its been enouh number of times ive approached them taking permission from my office.Since he is not ready i've approached service manager with all this history, now this time he assigned supervisor who inturn after taking a test ride assigned my vehicle to helper, asking him to adjust the gap in spark plug which was totally replaced and new one.He completed his job but my problem was not resolved, though they told me if problem is there bring it again..i could not do it again, coz im working in a private firm and you will appeciate that asking permissions, saying the same reason is quite embarassing.I could not take back my bike again to the service centre for the reasons as mentioned. I hope u can understand my frustration, idont understand whether it is due to lack of expertise or lackadasical approach of concerned people. Kindly suggest me the grievence redressal mechanism.

                  I am Prasanna 50days back I purchased Glamour 1 million bike, some serious issue I am getting will riding.
                  1.Engine automatic switch off.
                  2. Battery problem.
                  3.No control over bike will riding
                  3.Break Shou issue
                  4.Acceleretore automatically up down while grear in Neatul .
                  And I so many times inform to service center but still issue is not resolved.. I want to change my bike with new one

                  Need to revert in urgent basis.

I am try to coordinate with there salesman several times but now they are threats us & say do whatever you want... plz help to solve this issue another its difficult to trust Indian product for Indian.                           Sir, Recently I brought Hero xpulse 200 BS6
                          I got handlebar damage and I faced Faraq problem in 2nd servicing. I informed to the service manager they do not responded for that. They are telling every time no parts available. Still now they did not solved it . Is heromotorcorp provide genuine parts?? Definitely I think heromotorcorp doesn't provide genuine parts. I'm facing it after I brought Hero xpulse 200. If that problems make big issue to the bike -IS heromotorcorp will provide for that also??
                          I asked this question in service center they did not responded.
                          Again recently I saw damaged nuts and bolts which are located under the bumper(My bike).
                          Sir please provide genuine parts and good Mechanical department in service center.

                          Please maintain the technical person in service center who has mechanical knowledge.. Before servicing they are not checking bike performance.. Please do that. Provide spare parts in service center additionally.

                            My have brought ur Passion pro bike one year back . Daily problem already one time fuel motor changed. Fuel indicater always blikes like low fuel. Bike over heats with in 20km. Worst bike I ever experienced. When I am driving on flyover today bike suddenly mid road stoped at 60km speed just accident miss. Ur playing with people life ur worst bikes . Bs6 floop model o[censored]r company given to me. Even local mechanic says plz sell this bike sir. Bike No KA17HF3206

                                Complaints against Hero dealership at Shillong.

                                Sir/madam,
                                This is to bring to your kind attention that as customers of your company, we are facing huge problems regarding servicing & maintenance of our bikes particularly xpulse 200. There is only one servicing centre in the region which is understaffed hence the service provided is barely satisfactory. At present there are two mechanics in the workshop who can hardly attend to the increasing number of customers as a result of which the quality of service provided is not up to the mark or even close. Furthermore, 90% of spare parts are usually not in stock and it takes a month or more for us to get it everytime we place an order.
                                We have been facing these issues for more than a year now and we have been patient hoping that there will be some improvement but now we have no alternative but to inform the company as we are the owners of a bike that cannot be serviced, repaired or maintained as it should.
                                We hope that the company will look into the matter and do the needful to avoid further unnecessary issues and dilemma.

                                    It brought 04/04/2018 .
                                    I always my bike servicing by Joyride Card and I have already a Joyride Card. I went to bike servicing on 2 April . This was my 3rd servicing. Mobil changed and maintained a little maintenance . Did the clutch plate work. So charged more than me. Took more than 350 rupees from me . First 500 rupees was written when I said that my joyride card. 350 rupees was written after that. I had a joyride card, why was the charge so much? When I told the owner that he misbehaved and said that it would be so much charge. What is my profit . I will charge 300 rupees on Joyride card, then 350 rupees for only clutch plate work.
