Regret to inform you that, upon receiving message from hero authorized show room siva sankar motors intimating that my bike servicing was due, i gave my bike for regular servicing with minor complaints informing them that front wheel break action is more and it is moving with difficulty when tried to move it manually and chain sound was observed. I gave my bike for servicing on 16.03.21 and Job card No is[protected]RJC[protected]. My bike registration No is AP31DZ1631.
They have called me during the same day saying that spark plug is to replaced along with some other accessories. I said ok..and then collected my vehicle, after that i've observed lot of jerking while accelerating beyond 40KMPH and it comes all of a sudden, when tried increase acceleration it will give jerking and rather speed will decrease, all this happens momentarily and will again restore to the normal. I have bought this issue to the notice of concerned service person, he tightened front wheel nuts and said everything is ok..since the problem is still remaining ive called the service person he said he is on leave for aquite few days then said concern mechanic is on leave later said u can bring the vehicle some body else will see.I've waited patiently all through this, finally when couple of days back when i 've again met that service person, but this time mechanic was very rude and said have to wait for few hours, though i've explained him its been enouh number of times ive approached them taking permission from my office.Since he is not ready i've approached service manager with all this history, now this time he assigned supervisor who inturn after taking a test ride assigned my vehicle to helper, asking him to adjust the gap in spark plug which was totally replaced and new one.He completed his job but my problem was not resolved, though they told me if problem is there bring it again..i could not do it again, coz im working in a private firm and you will appeciate that asking permissions, saying the same reason is quite embarassing.I could not take back my bike again to the service centre for the reasons as mentioned. I hope u can understand my frustration, idont understand whether it is due to lack of expertise or lackadasical approach of concerned people. Kindly suggest me the grievence redressal mechanism.
