Battery warranty problem my battery is is in the showroom six months today I am workshop...

Work shop manager of kk motor company denied to service on 18.03.21 due to lack of staff, then i take bike at service center next day, on 10am, they gave estimate time 3 pm, then i came to center on 4.30 pm and workers not yet start to service, workers who check electric problem not available at center, workshop manager also not available at center...

I bought a new pleasure plus plantinum last month in annaya motors periyakulam 625601..( theni district).they are still not given proper extra fitting spares..and also new bike have oil seal leakage.. worst customer service I ever seen.Kindly do something.....

Do the dealer has the right to sell the hero bikes to third party showroom.If there is any right they are not providing any bills for bike service and they are behaving rude towards the customers.Recently i had serviced my bike at (laxmi motors) siddipet(502103) telangana state i was completly disappointed with there service and behaviour.So, i request you to take necessary action as soon as possible
