I've booked a red color Xpulse 200 model on Feb 4th, 2021 by paying an advance of ₹5000 at Mohana motors, Velachery. They've told us to wait for maximum of 15 days for the bike to be delivered.

Now it has been one and half months since the bike's booking date, the bike hasn't been delivered yet.

Each time they're saying that the bike will be delivered in a few days but not giving an assured delivery date.

It seems hero doesn't care about their customers. This has been a very bad experience from hero even before the bike's delivery.

If it is going to be prolonged, I'll certainly share this experience with everyone and let them know the poor service of yours. I'm not blaming the dealer here but only hero motocorp.

I need you to look into this and provide me with a solution ASAP. Else I'll prefer a brand which values customers satisfaction.

    I brought the vehicle ( splendor + ) in valli motors in puducherry, clutch and oil leak problem they cannot rectified the same problem again and again. I leave the vehicle in show room and i told the problem . But they cannot rectified the problem only they wash the vehicle and give returns again .

      I have buy new bs6 xpulse 200 on this Friday 19th March 2021. I observed engine is overheating. On Sunday 20th march I showed my bike in hero service centre workshop in thane . As per technician engine oil level was low and he filled up but overheating problem as it is there. Technician did not checked properly. Service centre technician say .

        I have purchased a Supersplender BS6 in the month of August 2020 from the dealer Bajarang Bike, Sonapur-782402, Kamrup(M), Assam. The dealer has not provided the RC within last 6 (Six) months. I have enquired several times during these six months and they have replied the same answer that I will get it by post.

        Without the RC I am getting harassed by the police authority, therefore I request you to look into the matter and help me to get the RC at the earliest.

            Regarding pickup problem and jerk in my new maestro edge 125

            I purchased new mastreo edge 125 steal from Sarswati motors Rajapur Prayagraj (up) in first week of December. After completion of first service it started pick up problem. After speeding it gives a Jerk. This problem was informed to sarswati motors. Service was done 3-4 Times but problem wasn't detected yet. Now my vehicle is kept in service center till now but problem is same.

                Bike ke 1st service ke baad kabhi kabhi gear start me perblom aane laga jab hero service ko complain ki to bike ka back light bulb change karke de diya gaya, Aur jab mene iski baat waha complain service incharge ko ki to bole bulb shut kar raha hai isliye problem aai hai aur mujeh bike hand over kar diya gaya.
                Mere bike me abhi bhi wahi problem aa rahi hai.
                2 mileage ki problem bhi service ke baad hi aane lagi hai jab mene yeh baat kahi to kahne lage fi bike hai to mileage problem nahi aa sakti aur meri bike full tank me 338 km chali hai
                Aap se gujarish hai mera problem shut out karda. Pls

                              Work shop manager of kk motor company denied to service on 18.03.21 due to lack of staff, then i take bike at service center next day, on 10am, they gave estimate time 3 pm, then i came to center on 4.30 pm and workers not yet start to service, workers who check electric problem not available at center, workshop manager also not available at center

                                    मेरी गाड़ी दिनांक 12 मार्च 2021 को वायरिंग के काम के लिए राजाराम धारणिया वर्कशॉप में गयी थी, वहाँ मेरी बात Mr. Bhawani (एडवाइजर) अथवा उसके मैनेजर से हुई थी, उनको मैंने बताया कि मेरी गाड़ी ऑनरोड वायरिंग शार्ट हो गयी जिसके कारण सेल्फ, इंडिकेटर, हॉर्न, अथवा लाइट यह सब बन्द हो गए थे, इस काम को उन्होंने बहुत लापरवाही से किया और आज दिनांक 18 मार्च को फिर से ऑनरोड यह समस्या हो गयी जिसके कारण वायरिंग से सम्बंधित सारी चीज़ें बन्द हो गयी है, मेरी हीरो कंपनी से प्राथना है कि मेरा ये काम वारंटी के खत्म होने से पहले करवाया जाए ताकि कंपनी की लापरवाही से मुझे भुगतान ना करना पड़े। अगर मेरा ये समाधान वारंटी एक्सपायर होने से पहले नही होता है तो हीरो कंपनी से अनुरोध है कि ये काम कंपनी के द्ववारा करवाया जाए,

                                    मेरी गाड़ी संख्या RJ07GS7737 है।

                                    अथवा मैं आशा करता हूँ कि भविष्य में यह किसी और कस्टमर के साथ ऐसा व्यवहार ना किया जाए।
