Last February but bike has been maximum time reporting in your branch because it is lot of problems like that missing problem, over accelerator, i m lot of complate in mail for dheeraj ji but not resolved my problems . Your faridabad branch ( sehgal motors ) it service is not good Sandeep g irritated me he is delaying my problem i requested to you sir pls resolved my problems. When I m continued complaint last 1 year but not resolved my problems

    Hero motocorp assured me 5 years warranty if I had timely service. I got 6 times service in 16 months. chainspacket worn out for my bike. But my Authorised service center(GOPAL Hero service, Proddatur) refused to provide warranty and changed my mobile number in their records. Please help me to get warranty as assured by them

        Meri gadi up 90v 3258 hf delux ke engine me kharabi hone par mai Banda jile ke mayur hero agency me gaya parntu agency valo ne kaha ki engine ki koi warranty nhi hoti aur mujhe lauta diya gaya . mahodaye meri gadi kharide huya jab ki hero campany bike ki warranty 5 year deti hai Sir mujhe bevajah paresan Kiya ja raha hai kripya meri bike ko sahi karwaane ka kasht kare.

          I have purchased a new Hero Pleasure-Xtech on 26/10/2022 with advance booking of Rs1100/- during Diwali.Diwali offer was to get Goodlife gift voucher of Rs4000/- after billing.
          After payment I didn't get Goodlife voucher link and contacted the same showroom.They verified and informed that mobile no entered in Invoice was wrong and after RC copy upload mobile number can be changed and I will get the link.
          I visited the showroom very ofter for the issue and after all the formalities, till date I didn't get the link and now they are approaching me to pay extra abt Rs3500/- as they qouted for wrong variant.
          More than 2 months over but issue is unresolved till date.

              My vehicle no TN22DU8248, purchased during sept 2021.Hardly after 6 months i used to face regular problem on front handle bar pulling to one side, pickup issue, break noice, and regular engine off during driving, when i inform the person who takes service request will tell all will be cleared, when returning the vehicle another service person will do test drive and will inform all are fine, but hardly within 2 -3 days all problem will re occur. To my surprice when i gave for service in novemeber they said clutch plate is weak and need to be replaced and blaming me on my driving .I own splendor since 2003 do you mean i change my clutch plate every year?

              i need your intervention in replacing my clutch plates free of cost.

              I doubt the service persons at mohana motors in velacherry are not replacing the parts as mentioned in bills raised by them, for ex in november they changed rear break shoe, again when i gave the vehicle after 20 days they say break shoe gone.I have bills to prove them.

              I need your intervention to change clutch plate free of cost.On 30th dec when i revisted to raise complaint they say its chargeable so i refused to give for service.                   I'm Sudheep from Chennai my bike number is TN-13 Y-6841. I bought Hero Splendor X-tec from Srivari Hero located at Chennai Thirumullaivoyal on August 28th. From the day of purchase, I experienced problems with the bike which were cleared one by one later but I had an Engine Off during running complaint which was not cleared from the date of the purchase till now. This problem already existed on the old BS6 Splendor so I enquired with the Sales Representative whether the problem exists in the X-tec model also but they said No. The issue was cleared by changing the pump and now everything is resolved, that's the reason that I wanted to purchase the Splendor X-tec bike. But now the same problem started with the X-tec model also. I approached the showroom and complained about the issue, they took my bike for service and said there was a minor problem with the sensor which was corrected and my bike is ok and the problem will not repeat but after 3 days of service the problem again started and this time, they told they will check thoroughly and clear the complaint and they returned my bike claiming that all the sensors were changed newly and well-tuned. This time also the service was not helping the problem started again in 2-3 days and this was happening repeatedly. During the second service, I again Highlighted the problem, and this time they told me that the i3s System had issues and was also newly changed but the same repeated. I made a complaint every time to Hero Customer Support they promised that the issues will be fixed by the showroom and every time I call to make a complaint, they are providing different department Manager's numbers that they will be assisting me and sure the problem will be cleared but none of them were helpful. I dropped my bike for service regarding the same complaint more than 10 times but was useless. Last time I made a complaint to customer care and I asked for a replacement since every time I make the complaint the showroom executives said me that I'm the only person having this issue with the X-tec model and this time the customer care gave me the Territorial Manager's number and he assured me that problem will be cleared up surely for this time or he'll look for a replacement and after completing the service the showroom executives called and told me that my bike was ready but I demanded them to ride my bike for few more days and confirm themselves that the issue was resolved and does not repeat again. But the showroom executives only drove for a total of 15-20 km and assured me my bike is ok. When I went to check my bike, they are showing me a new set of guides and rules of how I should drive the new model bike which is purely impossible by humans and can only be driven by programmed robots. I again got my bike back and was ok for only 2 days the problem started to rise again I called the Territorial Manager (Ravishankar Chennai) and made the same complaint and asked for a replacement for my bike which he assured me but he told me that since the problem is unidentified, he can't make a replacement as I'm driving the bike in a wrong way. The guides which the showroom claims were not even mentioned in the Owner's Manual also. I'm helpless now and I'm bringing this to your knowledge, kindly do the needful which you can do at your best.                       We bought a splendor plus bike on 17/06/2021, I availed two service from Hero MotoCorp, unfortunately I did not have time to avail all the five free services from Hero MotoCorp . But still it's just been 1 and half years from the date of purchase and having a fuel pump failure is not acceptable, I had to pay the money for replacing it, from the service center they told that it's not claimable . I need a claim for Fuel pump spare that I paid for which is around 2, 675 .

                        I would like inform to you that. My Name is Rahul Kumar yadav S/o ramchandra Yadav .i was bought bike from manak service centre sherghati gaya bihar. my vhicel number is BR02BB3893. the starting problem is going on since the purchase of the bike .i have given this infomation to the manager there many times, whose recording is with me. manak service center is very misbehaved with customer my battery was problem when i bought the bike but they didn't pay any attention to it.I am worried about my bike from last 2 years no one is helping from manak service center.i am request to you please take action as soon as possible early.

                        For us poor family a small bike is a big dream

                            I bought Hero super splendor bike on 27/10/2022 from Hero agency Pilkhuwa Uttar Pradesh, and now not even two months completed it is creating problems regularly,
                            Now its battery is totally dead, and they're charging ₹ 250 for replacement of dead battery, even this is in warrenty.
                            Hero Motocorp Bikes and services both are worst.
                            Don't purchase any vehicle of HERO (ZERO).
                            TOTALLY WASTAGE OF MONEY.

                                  I have insurance for my Hero (passion pro ) bike. Bike No. DL3S ER4778. I have purchased in 2020. I had bike accident recently and went to hero service center named as Pashupati motars service center IGNOU Road, Maidan Garih New Delhi. It has been arround 12 days. A person working there said, only some parts can be changed by the confirmation of insurance company. They denied to change all the damaged part. Then, how customer can trust on brand and insurance company. At the time of buying bike, they're saying they will provide all kind of support like insurance and all. I request you kindly solve this issue. If you can't do that. I'll further take action.

                                    My registered mobile number with hero is [protected], bike registration number is GJ05HU4509, now its cross the limit of tolarancy of i suffered and its disturb my routine also, check my details from you record how many times and how much extented i suffered? since from my first complain i am writing many issue is still not get resolved, looking into ocnsideration i think hero sell bike to just learn problem instead to serve to customer.still my bike get frquenty off, display get blank while pushing self start, after thst has to start with kick, due to this issue electronic system of bike get affected and will be injured, gear shifitng issue, has to push 2 times to shift the gear, Is it look like i purchased my bike to place at service center, when i visit for serviced my bike person told me that their is time remain to serviced your bike, when next time i visit he told me that your time period is over, what kind of staff you selected?
                                    on my last visit for serviced, managertold me that its not shown that your bike get serviced till today? Is this my responsibility that servecer record shown in your system or not?Is i have access to to your system to check the record? Now its over of my limit and replaced my bike because i suffered too much, do for this action of replacement of bike to move me in compulsion with legal action for my hard eared money. my dealer is JALARAM HERO SURAT.
