मगर आज दिनांक 17 /02/2021 हो गया...

I Abdullah Saquib BR 32F 0910 was given my pleasure for servicing on dated[protected] on the same day evening i called from service centre my pleasure has been serviced but for some personal reason i couldn't not receive in the evening but i reached on[protected] for collecting my pleasure then i look on my pleasure mud guard was broken then i complained to mechanic he told me to talk to my supervisor I talked to supervisor he was blaming upon me that it will be already broken i told to him make me talk to your manager some Das is a manager in service center i complained all about this then he accepted verbally that it has been broken by his staff but it will not replace it will take charges i politely requested that you give me a written acceptance letter then he shouted upon me & using vulgar language & told me that any where u complained for this nothing will happen.
So i request you to take a strict action against thes Employees otherwise I will take a legally action against them.

          on[protected] morning .Till i have waited to 5.30 pm same day .No resonse from sales team. I have callled to land number ..But no response . They have given onroad 82000/- and finace scheme . How can we understand that only if we mention ex showroom price and life tax @9%.With out insurance on road they have given quotation .               I have splendor I-Smart WB 38 AJ8206. The engine had a noise before using 1 year. I went to service center. They repaired the engine. The noise was again raised after one year. The problem continues. Yesterday[protected] I went for the service. The bike is not starting by self key, the headlight was rattling and the front break was not working properly. They tell me that they repair the bike . At the evening they handed over the bike. I noticed that the front break and the self key was not working properly and the noise om the engine remained same. I told them these problems. They gave the justification that it will be better after using. They gave me wrong information. If they have not the parts then why they accept the order? Why they not to aware about their stocks. Today the problems are the same. Now tell me why I hade paid you if you had done nothing. My money is not for your ugly reputation. I will never refer anyone for any hero bike...Go to hell...

                      sir really i am very disappointed to hero global agency meerut road . i am your loyal customer my scooty all services done in global agency but many time they can't done his work properly and make sure every time they left any isshu and after 2-3 days i go to again to release my problem
                      from last some years i have problem in my scooty engine, they accepted that they can not resolve my scooter engine, every time they told me that this problem has been resolve they convinced me and i aslo corporate your agency team and stand my scooty something 6-7 days,
                      But now my scooty engine is guaranty will over very soon that's why i told respectfully his engineer and his supervisor they convinced me this time we will sure resolve and i stand my scooty 15 days in agency but i use and i feel that complaint is not done by agency so this is last to call my side to company kindly resolve my ishu very soon otherwise i will go to consumer court
                      and i will take my right so kindly check this issue and resolve if you can

                          I bought pleasure plus last year December, at Sri Harsha motors maddilapalem Vizag and my bike no AP39 HD 6341. 1st servicing done at Siva Sankar motors Gajuwaka Vizag. During 1st service I raised below problems
                          1. Break sound during running -not rectified
                          2. Engine abnormal sound-not rectified
                          3. Accelerator problem-not rectified
                          4. Suddenly stopped during running time-not rectified
                          5.signal buzzer problem-rectified charged Rs.60 amount
                          Above remaining problems not rectified just water wash done and handed over the bike and no servicing was done.
                          Sir please solve my above problems I trust hero services.

                            Sir, I recently I purchase a hero Splendor + i3s bike from Shiv Shakti agency meerut threw csd rate, I paid basis Rs 56064 to CSD and Rs15098 to dealer Paytm acconut at the time of delivery of bike, which was said for RTO, insurance and other charges, he give me the bill of total Rs68, 268, in which the ex showroom price Rs 62401/- on 28% of GSNTwhich not authenticated because the GST on ex showroom price will be at 14% GST, SO kindly give me the exct total amount with correct GST %,
