Before days i have problem in my bike that running stop and i put my bike in rajtilak motors but there is no any responsible person and there have no any solution and now my bike RPM is over the limit so that i can't control the bike when accident accrue for this problem there is heromotocrop will be responsible and i will claim against heromotocrop company.
i want ans from higher authorities and need proper solution for my bike

    My bike Xtreme 160r.i m purchase my bike 21/11/2020.some problem I m face starting date.27/28 November my bike morning time not start self starter and kick start..I m diposit my bike Gagan bike service .sisupal . bhubaneswar.see tel me everi is ok.contnue my bike use 15 day same issue starting.one week age I go to this service center telling this issue but he asking this winter time same problem come don't worry.automatic slove it.what to do.same CBZ xtreme old model no issues.glamour no issues.my bike new one morning time average 50key morning time .what is the solution.plz how is my solution .plz.give me any solution

      Very and very worst service of hero company.. Today I went khanna hero service mayapuri New Delhi to resolve some technical problem of my Maestro Scooty, but nobody attend me even I requested him repeatedly.. Someone told me that there is time of their lunch and someone ignore me again and again and their behavior is not so good.. Finally I returned back and check it some local technician than I feel the services of that local technician is best than that KHANNA HERO SERVICE mayapuri.

            Yesterday my vehicle Brake down at SHAKTI TOYOTA SHIMOGGA, Bypass road
            My Vehicle suddenly nosie gets, i Stop the vehicle & checked chain cover gets down tuches to the chain, one bolt is missing chain cover supporter trieding wear, one bolt is loosen & i call the my service dealership he says, SA say take & come with vehicle i say more noise coming another time he says come on that type running 5 second later he say remove the chain cover bolt take it & hold it in hands & come, & he roughly says, i says no 1 month back i service the vehicle, after clucth hard & rough noise coming i say to SA Repit repair complaint sovled SA no one can say the vehicle complent, & i (strongly says warst dealership in SHIMOGA), YESTERDAY i call to dealership & service manager say chain cover hold it & come on to the dealership
            I said no, because ur mistake u can take it & i want ready to vehicle that day he says no i will ready for the tomorrow,
            i say i want this day, ok leave it i can ready out side leave it, & hold the call.

                I have serviced my bike yesterday From VASANTHI MOTORS - Hero MotoCorp- COIMABATORE, TAMILNADU. when am riding towards office got a burning smell in the lift side of the engine when i try to call the service guy he doesn't response yet i think he is in day dream try to wakeup your solders

                Am not happy with your Wonderful service without checking anything before you guys deliver to customer

                  I've been using HERO-PASSION-X-PRO 2014 model...Now I am Looking for SPROCKET CHAIN ASSY and some other Important SPARES so, I have visited to AUTHORIZED HERO SERVICE CENTER but Showroom Owner is REFUSING to sell SPARE PARTS to Customers at his Service Point Counter and I am not Getting SPARES Parts from Authorized SERVICE Center.

                    It's being four times since May 20 I am complaining about that my bike (Maestro edge TS11EH8278) has starting problem. Everytime I give to check and again in few months same problem. I have in May, Oct, Dec and again in Jan. And in Jan my bike stopped on the way to office and I had to pull it to bring back home. Despite of such expensive services everytime (look at the bill everytime I am paying becoz everytime a new solution is given.) am not getting any solution

                    Apart from that, this time in Jan when service people took my bike, I explicitly told that I don't want routine service. Despite of that they did servicing and wheel balancing without asking me !! And again huge bill.

                    This is very very pathetic service and very unprofessional service people. I keep calling them asking about the problem and bill which they don't tell me and when I go to connect bike, they give me a long list of services. When I gave bike, fuel tank should have been full as I filled petrol 3 days back. But while collecting the bike, only one bar left that too blinking. This is unacceptable.

                        I purchased a new hero destini 125 on 11/10/2019 and on the document its mentions 18 months of warranty for the battery but Hero service canter denied it and said my vehicle had an old battery as the dealer sold me old stock so the warranty of the battery is expired. It's having an Exide battery and Exide battery told me that they also can't help me. They all are blaming each other and no one is giving me any solution. As a customer, I want to know where is my fault and who is responsible for my battery which I don't have a bill for as it came with the vehicle. And if I want to go with a legal way whom to file the case Hero MotoCorp or Exide or the Dealer where I purchanged it, Please Help

                          My hero passion PRO was having problem of getting off while clutch is applied. The service centre peole are not able to rectify it even after 4 services. Given complaint to Hero motocorp TSM but no satisfactory reply or action. This is a company with worst customer service and I advise all to desist from buying products of them .

                            1-Front side Noise but service center reply me it’s normal .
                            2- Cone set upper bolt not open to sppaner, technician hitted bolt with iron hammer .

                              The battery of the Splendor Plus I bought in August 2020 was out of order. I contacted the service center several times but their approach was completely disappointing. The battery was out of order within a month after the second service. The reply from the service center was that it would take another month for the new battery to arrive. Is the service so bad for you?
                              If there is no immediate decision on the matter, I will proceed legally.

                                  My hero passion pro electric start is not working since 10 November 2020 . I inform at least 25- 30 times to agency owner. Every time he assures me that In 2-3 days we change Machine of Your Electric Start.
                                  But even after 80 days ... The agency owners makes me fool continuously . I have no any choice expect arguing him.
                                  Please take appropriate action against agency owner.
