Hero Motocorp — Bad material of bikes midgard

I have purchase a bike of super splender, now it is only three months of purchase, and its modgard is broken on the of riding, and it is suddenly stopped on flyover
The condition is very bad of material from which it is made, I have send the relative pics of bike, the bike no. Is ( DL 11SL 4990 ) and the mob no. Is [protected] .

Hero bike glamour problem

Respected sir/mam,
i am purchased a hero bike glamour two months back.the bike manufacture defect, heavy smoke in silencer & beating sound is completely different comparing the other bikes and also low mileage.i went to service centers not responding hero service center employs. please solving my problem.
