I have hero ismart110 bike. When i went for my 3rd bike servicing to yadrav service center. I told them following problems to hero service executive.
1. More engine sound
2. Bike front mudguard is noisy.
3. Check the average point. (Consuming more fuel)
4. General checkup.
Following service he provide to me:
First of all i went for 3rd servicing. I have completed my 100 days and 4 days extra. With only 400 km's more than previous servicing. He told me "you have came late so 3 rd coupon is not valid for you". (What the hack.? I said him, on first servicing i was 10 days late? That was ok?). So he used my 4th service coupon from my owner manual book.
I ask him for my loss of this servicing so he simply answered its not my problem?
What i do for it? I need my this coupon and servicing back,
He made total serving of my bike within 20 mins.
1. More engine sound:
Ans : this defect is for all ismart bikes. Ohhh... That was awesome answer. If this was defect then that should have some resolutions.
2. Bike front mudguard is noisy.
He done for initial level but within an hour it start noising again. But now the headlight he disturbed. I saw it in night. Upper and lower lights range level upto 10-20 foots.
3. Check the average point
Ans : he said me, average point is ok. But now it is consuming more fuel than previous.
4. General checkup.
Checked horn and indicators that was ok previously.
I am very disappointed with this serving.
Please, revert the all changes made in this servings and return my service coupon.
