Hello there,
I'm owning mestro edge vx
At the 1st service everything was fine.
On the 2nd service they spoiled it up, engin started making noise, vibration, booth lamp was disconnected..
When i asked the reason why is these all problem accured after servicing, they said it is normal it happens, but what about the booth lamp, they say it will drain the battery quickly, if so then why did company have even installed it..
The company has time to give reminder calls for servicing but not for customers feedback to check our satisfactory with the product..
I should have opted for brand like yahama & honda..
I beleive this will my first and the last product purchased from the hero motocorp.. Was this information helpful? |
