Hero Motocorp — bad workshop experience

I have bought a new hero i smart 110 cc bike on 8th april having reg. No. Dl11sv6866. The left side mirror keeps on vibrating when my bike travels on a road having pits. I have complained them regarding the same but they are not helping me. Further on my second free service my bike's indicator's are not working properly. This is a very bad experience with hero.
