Hero Motocorp — Battery problem

I had buy splendor black bike MH 22 AV 8887 in August month 2022 I have facing battery problem then i have submitted battery to your show room namely Nirmal motors whose located in Loha District Nanded 431708. where i was buy my splendor bike.
The problem is that am submitted my battery on dated 10th May 2022. while am submitted battery the show room responsible man told me the battery issue resolving will be in near about 20 days but the problem is that still the day 46 days completed now i didn't get my battery. i have calling concern person number of times but they don't taken my calls and irrespective reply from their side so am very tired from this things please suggest what can i do for this issue. I hope you will understand my suffer .
