Hero Motocorp — battery/starting problem in duet

I had purchased an duet scooter from indian sales corporation, bhilai on[protected] vide bill no 10350bk17s4547 dated[protected] for rs, 52, 264/=. After 2nd servicing battery problem started and in the month of july - to oct 18 three time battery has been changed by dealer.in the month of feb-19 again the dealer repaired my above duet and finally in april-19 first week again battery has been replaced free of cost, (Reg no of vehicle is cg-07 bj 4240)

Now after one and half month battery problem again started and by cick also vehicle is not start.

Kindly advice me that i should lodge a claim to dealer for replacement of vehicle or sugest any other dealer name who repaired the duet perfectly.
