Hero Motocorp — BIKE is not Start

I have Glamour FI bike which is not starting by both self and kick.I placed the bike at agency for 5-6 days but were fail to resolve the problem.
The main dealer of Maharajganj (Shubham Agency Gaunariya Babu pincode 273303) is not cooperating to us.
