I have purchased a bike "Xpulse 200T" from hero. And after second day of purchase bike start creating issues i.e. engine malfunction light on automatically. I have reached out to Hero regarding this problem and they clear DTC at there end. And on that time issue is resolved but on running bike almost 40-50 km engine malfunction lights on again. I have reached out to hero motocorp almost 10-15 times for this problem but my problem is still there.
Now, company and there members start pretending with me and i did not get exact solution for this problem. Sometimes they said that, company calling to Engineer for this problem, some time they said we have to change wires, sometime they said we have to change purge control wall etc. I have spent my lots of time and money in this process. But i didn't get any particular solution. company is not doing anything they just passing the days. And, I have lot's of photos as a prove that my bike having this issue with engine malfunction light. Please help me for the same.
