Hero Motocorp — Bike not delivered after false date of delivery

I had booked bike "Xtreme sports" on 4th jan 2017, I was promised to get within 10 days with cash payment. But I have not received bike. Everytime they say to be delivered within 2-3 days. I am really surprised the bleike "xtreme sports" bike is not available in any of the Hero Ex-Showroom in Metropolitn city like PUNE. There is no bike for demo either. Moreover, the sales man try to sell the bike which is present in their showroom only.

I have bought a new bike of hero i smart..nd it have alot of problems on it..in one year 8 plugged has been changed..nd dealer is not solving the problem..I would like to exchange my new bike bt they are not exchanging it..because of this problem i would like to change the bike which i bought..plz try to solve my problemm...
